Your average pizza, nothing too fancy. We arrived at 7:20 when restaurant was closing at 8 and woman working gave us the impression we were an inconvenience. Lacks customer service and had headset on for half the time we were trying to order. This was our first time there so we weren't aware cheese bread was a whole pizza, was looking for cheesy garlic bread. When she rudely told us to pick the size, we mentioned that was too much and she didn't bother offering the garlic bread on menu by piece (what we were initially trying to order). We won't be going back. You can get a mediocre pizza a lot of other places that have a much better overall experience. read more

Walked in and wasn't greeted at all. Just a blank stare, so it's not off to a great start. Me and my group ordered some wings for a small meal. We had three orders of drummies and they were okay. They don't toss them in sauce, they just give out cups of sauce. The food was a 5/10. I like the place, it looks nice. read more

Lake Mills was my go-to place for Pit pizza. I *love* Pizza Pit, but the past six months have been very disappointing. I always ask for extra sauce, and there has been no extra sauce on pizza! Even my husband, who doesn't like extra sauce, commented (without me saying a word), "Where's the sauce?" "Is there even sauce on the pizza? Compared to last year, the restaurant has gone downhill! The older female (assuming the owner) is rude, lacks customer service, and is always gruff. For now, I am not ordering from here. I'll drive to Madison for Pit pizza, where they know customer service and extra sauce and make a delicious pizza. There are other pizza places in the area I will use too. read more

Fantastic pizza and more! Always great food and fresh. Delivery is excellent. We mostly get pizza, but sometimes also get chicken strips dinner, wings (I love that they're all wings and no drummies, but you can also order just drummies), pizza fries, and gyros. Deep fried mushrooms are awesome and an occasional treat we add on to our order. read more

Pizza crusts are often undercooked and staff always sound annoyed when I call to place an order. Not a pleasant experience.

Moving day for my parents from Ohio. Needed something quick for the movers and family. I called to order pizza for pick-up and the guy that took my order was friendly and offered directions and help with what they had to offer as far as ingredients. The pizza was already ready (and still hot) when I arrived and the staff there was just as nice. The pizza itself had fresh veggies and meat, and of course, the fresh Wisconsin cheese was great. I ordered here over the phone and I've went to the lake Mills branch. The customer service is terrible. The young lady and the manager have a attitude that makes me wonder why they were chosen to deal with customers. If this establishment weren't one of the two only places in Lake Mills to buy wings they would run their customers away. I will never spend my hard-earned money there again. I dont tolerate bad customer service and sugges if you are planning to order here get ready to be talked to like you are trash to them. read more

I must state that I grew up in Chicago and I have had some very good pizza. This place was okay, but I have definitely had better. I guess I must resign myself to the fact that pizza is not as important here as it is in Chicago. The place is not terrible and the pizza is edible. They have more then pizza on the menu, they also have gyros and hot sandwiches. I imagine this is a favorite hangout for the local teenagers, but they do offer free local delivery. read more

Staff member spoke in tongues when we tried to order....couldnt understand her. Guess we didn't realize they cooked individual slices....but we ordered our slices, 1 didnt show up. She said she would bring it to us. She didnt. I had to go ask about it and they had to remake the slice. They did compensate for the missed slice by giving us an extra, but when we received it they were drenched in grease. Pizza tasted like frozen pizza. read more

Terrific tasting pizza with a slightly spicy, but addicting sauce! Love nearly everything on the menu, but I am particularly partial to the combo sub and thin crust pepperoni and black olive pizza. Pizza Pit got famous in MADISON years ago with their quirky ads and zesty sauce, and it's great they've expanded outside the city. In Lake Mills, they brought a small town friendliness to their staff. I almost can't believe how polite the delivery drivers are. I end up overtipping every time. I am a newly transplanted local...and I love this place more than a little! read more

I walked in Ordered 2 pizzas 1 was correct the other was wrong .I have had a lot of pizza pit and this is the worst I have ever had. When I called to complain the person that answered was rude and told me I was the one wrong . I will not recommend this place or ever go back. We came in to town for the Harry Potter Festival and this restaurant was one of 2 at our hotel that would deliver. We ordered delivery at just before 6:00pm and quoted 1 hr and 15 minute delivery time. After 1 hour and 45 minutes we called to check on our food and they had put an outgoing voicemail that they were too busy to accept anymore delivery or take out orders. It's now 9:35 and that same message is on their voicemail and we still haven't received our order of 2 pizzas and breadsticks. This is horrible service and I would NEVER recommend anyone in a hotel ever ordering from them. read more

I ordered a pizza over the phone. They called to tell me it was ready and waiting. They said they didn't want to let my pizza sit too long. Great customer service!! Good pizza, very affordable. Restaurant is clean inside has some nice large booths. Great place to stop with a family. read more
