I'm giving this restaurant three stars based solely on food quality. I ordered a medium, 3 topping pizza and garlic knots. The pizza was tasty however the crust seemed dry and the toppings seemed hard to find like they were shooting for the absolute minimum. The garlic knots were dry and required something to drink and plenty of it. I'm hoping this was just a one time thing because I will give them another chance. The service was absolutely fantastic I placed an order over the phone with Justin he was kind, repeated my order, I told him I needed change for $100 and he made it happen. I ordered on grubhub. A large pie with extra cheese and pepperoni. Pizza arrived cold with no more than three pepperoni on each slice. No extra cheese. A waste of my $30. This place has very good pizza for the area. I've seen a lot of reviews about delivery issue, and having ordered from here probably 50 times, I've only ever had one delivery issue. And to top it all off, once you give them your credit card information regardless of whether you pay cash on subsequent purchase all receipts will show all 16 digits, the CID on back of your card, your billing address and phone number including name. When I explained to the owner that this was like giving identity theft thieves a key to your house, he got mad at me and told me that no one else has ever complained. Well welcome to 2007, identity theft exists because of places like PizzaPizza which publish your information on the receipt. Who in their right mind would put your personal identification on a pizza receipt? As for the food, not bad not great. Iceberg lettuce is the standard - can we say NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE! The croquettes taste like they come from a frozen bag and were microwaved. The salad has limp vegetables on top. The calamari was probably fresh when it was caught 12 years ago but the freezer as well as the frying process have made them greasy and tasteless. On the plus side, the delivery is fast, and my order has been correct (ordered from them twice). On a negative note, the pizza is really not that great. It's very greasy, they use little to no sauce (like I had half a piece of pizza that was just cheese on bread), and if we had ANY other pizza place that would deliver to our apartment then I would probably never order from this place again. This is your typical little pizza shop. The two good things I can say for it is that the prices are pretty good and they are pretty quick to deliver. Good bet to go with when you have had a long day, dont want to cook, and just want 'something'. As others have said, always double check the order as they are bad at this. The pizza is really good here, but my review is really about the service. I order all the time from Pizza Pizza since the food is good and it always comes in a timely manner. However, this time around after I opened up all the bags of food in my home, I realized they forgot my salad. I called back immediately and the man who answered said it was on its way. I thought to myself, sure it's going to take another 30 minutes for them to make a salad and then get someone to deliver it. However, to my surprise about 2 minutes after I hung up the phone my doorbell rang and it was another delivery guy with my salad. They literally realized at the restaurant that the first delivery person forgot my salad (before I even called) and sent a 2nd delivery guy out to deliver it! Now that is good service. The fact that Yonkers has no real healthy choices where I work, I decided to order a salad, a Greek salad anyone who has had a Greek salad knows what it should contain. This was no Greek Salad, just a plan garden salad. Iceberg and roman lettuce, way to many olives, white onion-should be red, to much feta. This salad taste just the way it look bad. I call them to let them that it was a really bad salad, and the guy who answered the phone said that is how we make our salads. I will never get another from them. And yes the pizza really isn't all that good, people who gave good review were all probably drinking and needed some grease. By far the rudest customer service! I've ordered here for both home and work because of convenience and it's never easy! During the course of a pandemic where people are literally losing their business, you would think a pizzeria would be grateful to be open. I ordered individual meals for my family and as usual, something was wrong. Someone's meal was missing from the order and I paid for it. I called back and the man who answered was extremely rude and accused me of lying about a beef patty; the cheapest item on my order!!! He continuously shouted and became outraged when I shouted back. They need a serious humbling because they're extremely ungrateful to the fact that people would even order during this time. I personally called the driver back and he exclaimed that it wasn't in fact my fault because he NEVER delivered it to me. They're expensive, rude and only survived because there's no other shops in the area aside from Palisade Avenue and Hastings which can be inconvenient for some. Customer service is horrible and I will be sure to inform my job because the entire establishment uses their services for simple Sams Club food like quesadillas and chicken tenders. Good small pizza place. Slices are massive, 2 slices completely filled a medium sized box. Great combination of cheese and sauce. Very reasonably priced- $6 something for 2 huge cheese slices and a soda. The place is tiny, barely enough room to turn around and only one small table. I'm very picky about my pizza but I was pleasantly surprised! I always watched the commercials but never thought much of them besides that they were cheesy but catchy. Anyway, the pizza was solid. It was a little thick, but it was huge and pretty good, especially for the price. I also got very delicious garlic knots. I have ordered delivery from here numerous times. The food has always been fine, perhaps not the best but Im not a connoisseur of pizza. I keep ordering mainly because its the best pizza delivery option on grubhub for my address. They have consistently been late with every delivery. They usually run about 10-20 minutes late. This evening I ordered, and finally 20 minutes after the estimated delivery time, I gave them a call. The man who answered the phone was not particularly informative or polite, let alone apologetic for the delay. He told me that my order was about to leave, and then hung up on me. I waited another half an hour and called again. The same man answered, this time he wasnt as rude, apologized, and told me it should be here in 5 minutes. Well it finally came! Ended up getting delivered an hour and 45 minutes after ordering, and an hour after the delivery time I was told. Vaguely lukewarm, but food none the less. Cant say I was too happy, cant say I could recommend this to anybody else who has any other options beyond a dominos. If I had known delivery would have taken that long, I would have ordered dominos. It would have been a lot cheaper, a lot faster, and a lot hotter. read more

Great place to order delivery from with a large selection of menu items to enjoy. The pizza isn't all that good in my opinion but the other food is very good. Some of my favorite potato skins that I often find myself craving. We had heard good things so we decided to give it a try. Ordered a pizza online at 710pm, called at 8pm to make sure it was coming and were told it was on it's way. Called back at 830pm and were told there had been a problem with the online orders...why wasn't this mentioned when we called the first time? About 10-15 minutes later it finally arrived, tasted pretty good but it would have been better hot not lukwarm. I found them online, as we are not locals, and figured after the long 6 hour drive to Yonkers, that delivery to our hotel room would be nice. Their menu is extensive, in fact, its one of the largest that I've ever seen. We ordered the Combo #1. They told us it would be about an hour. It was about that long before the delivery guy showed, so I can say that they were on time. The food was decent. Not the best, but I've had far worse. Huge servings. Pizza has a lot of cheese, which I don't love, but I'm sure many of you do. The sauce is good. The salad was huge. Garlic knots are yummy. Pretty good overall. read more
