This is probably my favorite Pizza Port Location. There is plenty of parking in their private lot, and plenty of street parking. We stopped by on a Friday night and didn't have any issues. The beer and pizza are awesome as expected. For pizza we ordered a large half Carlsbad and half Solana Beach. It came with a generous amount of shrimp and clams on it. It was a tasty combo, but I might stick to a more traditional combo. We had our dogs with us, they have a very spacious dog friendly patio. They also have firepit seating by the entrance that I will have to check out next time. The service was great, I was able to get my orders in quickly and enjoy my beer while waiting on pizza. read more

I like this location but the guest tap list has gone downhill lately. There used to be interesting and good beers on the guest side of the board, but it's mostly filled with head scratchers now. I'm not sure what changed but overall the beer list has gone downhill, and uninteresting house beers linger for months. They often add back old beer too. Not sure what changed here but hopefully it is corrected. Maybe they got a new beer buyer that doesn't care or is clueless. The pizza is of inconsistent quality as well. Oddly shaped pies with too much dough that looks half raw. One other gripe is people who work in the kitchen finish their shift then dominate the bar, driving patrons away. Loud and abrasive, their looming presence is unpleasant. The highlight here is the bar staff. All very friendly and attentive. read more

We came here for an early dinner on Sunday. It was quite crowded. We ordered pizza at one counter and then beer on the other side. I ordered "Carlsbad" pizza which was average. It was very doughy, not my type of pizza. The tater tots weee a big under-fried, too soft for my taste. I had huckleberry cider It's a nice place for large group gatherings but it was also very loud, hard to have a conversation without raising my voice. We stopped by on a Friday night, it wasn't as crowded as I was expecting it to be. They have a large outdoor pet friendly patio, larger than some of the other Pizza Ports I have been to. Ordering was easy, for beer we had a sour, kriek and lager. The beers were fresh and solid. For pizza, we got a large half Carlsbad and half Solana Beach. They were very generous with the toppings here, the one half had so much yummy shrimp and clams, it was a favorite for sure. Everything tasted amazing. The service was great, everyone was helpful. There is plenty of parking here, they have a large private lot, and there is street parking as well. This is now my favorite Pizza Port location due to the ease of parking and the food. read more

Came to pizza port after a day at Legoland with my brother and nephew. Just a short drive. My brother had visited and raved about this place and treated us to a couple of pizzas. four stars for years of good experiences that offset the barely two-star one I had this visit. the pizza slice de jour, CARNE ASADA, CHEESE, and JALAPENO, was an epic fail. so overcooked and dried out, the toppings had the texture of jerky dust. no bueno. the always consistent side salad, the lunch special's healthy element, turned into a weird revelation and then a wonderful memory of my mother's kitchen. ate with a couple softball friends. Rich confessed mid-lunch, as he slid his across the table to me, had NEVER eaten a salad, not once, in his entire life. strange, right? I remember my very first "real" salad. I was eight-years-old. the only way I'd ever eaten spinach was straight out of a can (generously "seasoned" with Tabasco so it was edible). then one evening, my mom whipped up a spinach salad with bacon, red onion, and hard-boiled eggs. the experience was transcendent. funny how a simple act of eating with friends can generate sweet and loving memories. read more

I didn't realize this location was so close to home, well closer than Carlsbad so I'm excited either way. Obviously pizza post is a staple pizza place for us. We ordered online but my son wanted to order more beer buddies so we called that in and they told us it would be ready about the same time as the other order. Parking was easy, but it was also raining. Once you walk in signs point you in the direction needed. We paid for our order of beer buddies. No problems there at all. Lady was nice. The first part of our order came out first and the buddies about 10 mins later. Which we understood. It was busy so we didn't mind waiting. I like that they will give you the extra sauces without getting annoyed. Sometimes I feel like the cbad employees get annoyed if we ask for more then 2, but we like sauce lol We grabbed our items to go but did notice they have an upstairs. We will explore more next time. They changed their Mozzarella sticks brand and they are super gross now. They only offer one hard seltzer and it's a lemonade hard seltzer which was mediocre at best. Chicken wings are not great. Pizza and salad are fine. Two of the games stole our coins. read more

How many stars can you really give a pizza place? I went here on a Sunday with a couple friends to celebrate a birthday. We got the San Francisco pizza and tried a bunch of different beers. The service really stood out -- it was honestly above and beyond. I don't remember the name of the girl who took our pizza order, but she was super friendly. And Jessica, the bartender, mentioned her birthday was the next day. When she found out we were celebrating one too, she went in the back and cut us three slices of her own birthday cake to share. I'm from Oceanside and I'm a regular regular killer pizza from Mars. I love to come to the airport to have a Lahaina pizza . It's truly one of the best, but I also hear the cheeseburger specialty pizza is really good. Staff was very friendly, quick and efficient. Bathrooms were clean. Music is popping. I was in the area and was craving their beer buddies! It was a busy Sunday with lots of kiddos running around! I ordered and waited, once my order was up I asked for a box as I thought I had said to go, and the guy just hands the box and walks off. The Cbad village location is a lot more friendly and welcoming than this location. When I got to the car I wanted to try a bite and was majorly disappointed in the fact that it was under cooked! I'm use to them being crunchy on the outside and soft and yummy on the inside. This was just soft and almost soggy like. Sadly, not sure I will be heading back to this location anytime soon. :-( read more

Located within an industrial park. Indoor seating on two levels, most of it communal tables. Outdoor seating in the parking lot, too. Lots of arcade games to play, if you're into that. Lots of TVs, too. They even have an aquarium built out of a beer vat (if I'm using the correct terminology). Great loud and casual place for the whole fam. Order food at the register. Order alcohol at the bar. They take your name and call it out for you to come get it when your order is ready. Fast and friendly service! I got a pitcher of beer, two medium pizzas, and a side of tots for around $75 including tax and tip as of April 2025. Plenty of food for 3 adults, a toddler, and a baby. And everything was tasty! We have been coming to Pizza Port for years. It has been a local staple. So very disappointed in our Laguna. There may have been two bits of artichoke and absolutely no black olives were to be found on the pizza. Generally just be looking at the pizza you can see all the goodness you are getting. Just from the photo, you can see how skimpy they were with toppings. We have never had a bad experience with Pizza Port. I had a Mongo for good measure, and then a hazy, but don't recall which one. We started with a Port Salad; LOVE the mushrooms on it. ‍ A dozen baked wings; half BBQ, half buffalo. Those carrots and celery were BIG and FRESH! We got the Monterey pizza, with onions, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and pepperoni. It was packed with kids after their weekend sportsball games, but we don't mind. We received each item separately, but it allowed us to pace ourselves and enjoy our beers. We have been coming here for many years and I enjoy both the beer and the pizza. This was our first trip without the kids, so we totally over-ordered on the pizza (a med pizza plus an order of "buddies" was just too much food for two of us). We ordered a simple pizza with sausage and mushrooms on half. The mushrooms were large and there were a lot of them. If you don't like large slices of fresh mushrooms, it is probably best to leave them off. I had a nice lager with a low ABV -- the first time I had anything here that was not dark and knock-you-on-your-butt from an alcohol content -- and it hit the spot after a long day of relaxing at the beach. They do a great job with the dark beers, even if they're a lot less popular than the IPAs. I suggest giving them a shot at least once. read more

We've been to multiple pizza port locations and this one is our favorite! The pizza is always delicious, there's enough space inside and outside under the shade tents. We love that we can take our kids here and we don't have to worry about them being too loud, they have video games for the kids to play as well. The young lady with mostly black hair who helped us at the beer counter was very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding on which beverage to order. They deserve negative stars. Our order was missing food, and even after we asked them about it, they never fixed it or brought out the rest. The lettuce from the salad was brown and disgusting. We stood in line to get a beer for about 10 minutes, but the bartender never even looked at the people waiting in line because she was too busy chatting. She didn't even notice that people gave up and left the line. The staff does not care at all. The floor is super dirty, the trash cans are full, and most of the games are broken. They even had this special clap the kids do to tell you to get out of the way. The tater tots, and Mac and cheese bites look like the children made them.
