What a fun place. They have an amazing selection of beers but they also have a yummy and varied menu. They had great specials on the Saturday night we went. It has a bit of a sports bar atmosphere but it is not truly a sports bar (they have the t.v.'s on playing sports but it doesn't have the sports bar feel. We saw families and dogs and friends and couples - so it is a place for all people. I love that it has two big openings to the outside so it doesn't feel stuffy inside. Our server was very friendly and patient but could have been a bit more attentive once we got our food as we ran out of napkins and water and had to flag her down. I had the lamb burger special and it was truly to die for. If I hadn't worried about being too full I could have eaten another because it was so good. I think this should be a regular menu item. It was cooked perfectly and it was truly mouthwatering with all the toppings. Usually I hate buns but this bun was so soft and squishy and NOT dry that I gobbled it down. It came with a side and I was a little disappointed because it lists the sides on the menu and a side salad was one of them but when I got the bill it was extra for the side salad. When I asked she said there is an upcharge for the side salad (which was not noted on the menu). But the salad was great too so no problem! One friend had the pizza which I would not rate as an amazing pizza (I am an East Coaster so I am a pizza snob) but my friend loved it. They had some very cool toppings for their pizzas too. If you are going to go for a really good pizza I wouldn't go here. Come here for the other stuff on the menu. My other friend had the fish and chips and loved it. The portions were all very good sized. I am looking forward to returning - especially if I can get that lamb burger again. read more

Came here for lunch with a coworker and he was raving about the Wagyu sliders so I just had to try them. And yes, they are truly amazing as you can have them cooked as you like it. The bun was fresh and paired well with a generous slider patty of 100% grass fed New Zealand Kobe Wagyu Beef and topped with cheddar jack cheese. You can really taste the quality and juiciness of the patty. The sliders are pretty filling and will leave you stuffed. I opted for the onion rings and I am glad I did as the batter was crispy and onions thick cut, very delicious. Poor service. Quality was not good at all. We ordered the Caesar salad, mango fish tacos and the Kobe sliders. Mind you we've been going to the Encinitas Ale House location for years and were hopeful that it was the same as what the staff told us in Encinitas. - it is not. This was so bad. I would never come back here again. Overcooked fried fish tacos, overdone French fries and Caesar like "salad in a bag". Our server was immediately not interested in us when we did not order alcohol and then never offered or refilled our water even one time. Big location. To say I was blown away would be an understatement. Most breweries outsource their food (which is perfectly fine) or offer chips or popcorn or other light snacks. This place has a full blown menu with absolutely excellent food and an enormous beer and wine list (including tons of beers from other breweries). The food here is not "hey, you're at a brewery, the beer comes first" food. This food is absolutely legit. Bring your family. Bring your kids. I cannot say I am a patty melt expert but my patty melt (with bacon added) was, by far, the best patty melt I have ever had in my life. I could almost dream about it. It was an absolute enormous thing, and the patty was juicy and humongous and I loved every cheesy, bacony, meaty bite of it. Bring your snake jaws for this one. The sliders with bacon and cheese were also excellent. The buns were a step above normal buns but they definitely added to the meal. For the beer, I went with a flight of very heavy stouts and barrel-aged brews. I liked them all but the one from the bourbon barrel was magnificent and I also made sure my designated driver took the wheel on the way home. Some of these beers are quite powerful. I am not a dessert guy, or a root beer guy, but the root beer float was insane. It is a thing of beauty. Our service was wonderful and the interior decor of the restaurant was fun and interesting. Despite the chaos of a big group and a busy brewery, our server was attentive, quick, and very friendly. I shared the Crispy Rice Tuna Bites and the Mushroom Raviolis with a friend, and we enjoyed both. The tuna bites had a great rice-to-tuna ratio and were very flavorful. They weren't able to split several checks so we had to order separately and unfortunately some people from our group got served first and instead of taking the rest of the orders from our group, our server jumped to different tables. Some of my friends had already finished eating while some were still waiting for their food to come out. They didn't have enough staff to accommodate the volume of customers that night. First review of 2026! Glad to start off the year on a good foot! The ambience is so cool and moto themed so everyone in our party enjoyed it since they ride in the desert. Our server was a sweet woman who was busting butt working multiple tables, but still being attentive. The food itself was great and fresh. Most of us ordered either the fried chicken or grilled chicken sandwiches. I appreciate that all of us said that our sandwiches were actually spicy, because it's the worst when you want spicy and it doesn't deliver. Solid choices all around with pizza, fish and chips, burgers and patty melts. The selection of beers and sours was great as well and everyone left happy. You can spend a bit of time drinking beer and enjoying all the cool motorcycle memorabilia. With over 35 different beers on tab, and a tasty food menu, CBC is a nice hang on a weekend afternoon. The menu is quite varied, and includes Burgers, pizzas, tacos, mac n cheese, sandwiches, salads, and more. We had the Mango Fish Tacos - Beer battered (Swai) fish with shredded cabbage, mango, tomato and spicy sriracha aioli. This dish was excellent and really hit the spot. Also excellent are the Chicken Wings. The meat is tender and both the sweet Thai chili and the sriracha bbq sauces are delicious. Lots of good stuff to try, lots of good reasons to go back. Dropped by for a quick lunch as we needed to pick up some beers for family. The food and drink menu is insane -- we loved our meal choices for lunch. I had a cheeseburger with caramelized onions and perfectly seasoned sweet potato fries. My husband had an enormous grilled cheese that actually had cheese charred on the outside of the sandwich. The tomato soup was also so fresh. We were amazed by the beer selection - I had a few tasters from what was on tap and my husband had a delicious Riesling. It was on the corner an industrial building located with other corporate business. We were able to grab two side-by-side communal tables towards the back. The place was busy but service and food were great. We had one server in our area running around, but he was highly efficient and attentive. I had the pleasure of trying the seared ahi tuna, chimichurri steak, and Southern fried chicken sandwich. As much as I could rave about the appetizers, the Southern fried chicken was the highlight out of everything I ate. My coworker and I shared this dish and had the kitchen cut it in half prior to serving. The fried chicken patty was extra crispy, and I loved its hot honey and fresh slaw. The side of fries were underwhelming. I was looking for a lighter beer to sip on and settled on Strawberry Fields. It was a lager infused with strawberry. They've got a huge beer selection, including their own brews and a bunch of Belgian and local options. I had one of their Belgian beers and also tried their most popular house brew both were phenomenal. I ordered the grilled caprese sandwich and fries, and it hit the spot. My partner got the strawberry blonde, brewed with local strawberries; it was super light and flavorful. Easy summer drinkin'! We started our meal with the sweet and spicy wings, which were absolutely delicious. I had a burger with goat cheese, which had an over-toasted bun and too much greens, making it difficult to eat without falling apart, but it was still tasty. My boyfriend's salmon salad and steak were 10/10! Dad loved his chicken sandwich as well. My dad's friend got the mango tacos, which were spicier than anticipated.
