The food is pretty good, But the phone service is horrific. The workers aggressively answer the phones and they act as if they couldn't be bothered when it comes to taking your order. I have been going here for years and I'm honestly so uncomfortable calling this business that I won't be placing orders over the phone anymore. It's super unfortunate because their food isn't bad. Their service was amazing and the food was yummy. We ordered 2 large pies (pepperoni & plain), 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, and calamari. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the crust was soft and crispy. The mozzarella sticks had the perfect amount of cheese and the outside of it was really good. I have ordered from this restaurant several times since I moved to Vernon 10 weeks ago. There food is good but I started noticing everything is expensive like $50 for 3 cheeseburgers. After that I started looking at the prices on the menu they gave us with one of the deliveries. We ordered two dinners the next time we ordered adding up the items first because we didn't have a lot of cash on us and when we made the order it was about $10 more than what the menu said the total would be. I called the restaurant to find out why and they told me I have an old out dated menu. I told them we just got the menu from them and the guy said let me look at the ticket. Sure enough he said it was $10 over what it was supposed to be and apologized saying his co-worker isn't good at math. You would think they have a cash register to add things up. Well I stopped ordering from them and called another pizza place but there pizza wasn't as good. I called Pizza Pro's back again tonight to only have them try and charge me $45 for a pizza and wings. Again $10 more than what the menu says. I told them they can forget the order and I'm reporting them to the department of consumer affairs. read more

I wouldn't say this pizza is made by pro's. Pretty tasteless and the crust is always soggy and bleh. My husband and I typically only order the sandwiches from here because they're decent. The biggest downfall of this place is the fact that they don't even know their own menu so when you call you have to spell out exactly what you want or you're definitely getting the wrong thing. I guess tonight my husband wasn't specific enough when he ordered my sandwich because I got some weird concoction on a roll. It was supposed to be chickEn cutlet, mozzarella, roasted red peppers and balsamic. This is where we're all the homies go after riding mountain creek all day. The pizza is pretty good. The service is great. There is a cute young blond girl who is friendly and attentive. She works hard, multi tasks and she is an asset to this place. I've had plain slices,buffalo , and all sorts of specialty slices. Pizza is pretty decent for the area. The customer service was nothing but air. Thin air and no atmosphere. I ordered a double black cheese burger deluxe and they forgot my patty. So I called back for a refund and they sent me a single patty in a tin and offered me 2 dollars off my next $50 dollar order....not impressed at all. This place is the most depressing pizza place to eat, the service is very unfriendly, decor is dirty with worn out booths, floor awful, everything is white and ugly, always a tv running and pizza is nothing special. We get delivery or we pickup if we are out. Pizza is nice and thin and the sauce is seasoned just right. They also have huge zeppoli and a lot of other options in the menu. We would like to see sautéed spinach and broccoli added to the menu. They do make it but it's not in the menu. read more

So while I waited for my wings, my pizza sat on the counter getting cold. Oh and don't get me started on the rude lady who answered the phone anyway. We were staying at Mountain Creek and ordered a large catering order from Pizza Pro's. We ordered off of the catering menu online. The online price for our order was $250.00 and they charged us $330.00 when they brought our food. When I called to inquire about the price difference, the manager was extremely aggressive and rude. He made no effort to apologize for the confusion or make things right. On top of that, the food was not good. We ordered penne vodka and the pasta dish was made with a brown sauce and melted cheese on top with overcooked pasta - not the typical recipe for penne vodka. Lets start off by saying the employees weren't wearing gloves and seemed to be annoyed at the fact that I even walked in the door. This place is disgusting. The dining room was dirty, tables probably purchased in 1993. Bathrooms hadn't been cleaned recently and smelled putrid. I was in the area and was just looking for a quick pizza to bring home, but it was basically just cardboard crust with tasteless ragu sauce and rubbery cheese. Overpriced, undertaste. The ketchup on the counter very clearly came from the dollar general next door. There wasnt even any soda in the cooler. I ordered a chicken parm sub for my wife but we were disappointed to find out it barely had any sauce or cheese, just cut up chicken dingleberrys on burnt bread. Will not return. Brought a Birthday party of 50 rowdy kids (& parents!!) in on Sunday evening for Pizza & Subs - They were so accommodating - couldn't have been nicer & the food was fantastic. This was the worst Pizza we have had in years. Looked like it had been flattened by one of those heavy rollers they use when paving roads. Tasted like it was a month old. Employees were cold, indifferent. I counted 6 employees doing nothing and 6 dirty tables. We had to clean our own table. Place was dirty and gross. 2 employees sat in table behind us and launched a few F bombs my young daughter over heard. This place needs to shut down. Really lacking on flavor. Positive that they use frozen cheese, possibly frozen dough. Props for a perfectly stretched pizza and equally cut slices, but then again frozen doe just might come like that. Best comparison, tastes like a pizza you'd grab from Cosco and take home to bake yourself. Sure it's edible, but not very good. read more
