Placed the order in person and was told it'd be ready in 30 minutes. Guess what? It wasn't. Why? Because the girl behind the counter forgot to submit it. Her response? Not "I'm so sorry," but "It's the day before a holiday, we're busy." Translation: Too bad, not our problem. Meanwhile, Mr. Little Owner Man stood a few feet away, heard the whole thing, and said... absolutely nothing. When I asked him if this is how they treat loyal customers, he proudly declared, "We've been in business for 40 years and never had a problem." Oh, honey. YOU are the problem! Maybe no one's told you, but longevity doesn't cancel out bad behavior.
