A second half of the business, Cooper's Express, has deep fried chicken, shrimp, jo-jo wedges, mashed potatoes, and mac & cheese. No in-house seating - pickup only. No in-house delivery staff either - you'll need to use an on-line delivery company if you prefer front door service. So...I tried a meat lover's pizza and an order of cinnamon sticks. Honestly, the pizza was average. It didn't knock my socks off. But the prices are super reasonable, perfect for a family on a budget. I really like the owner and his son. His enthusiasm was truly contagious. I couldn't help but smile while I was talking to them. He's owned the place for 2 years. When I stopped by, he was rockin' out the pizza with his son. They were both super friendly and the service was excellent. They were also freaky fast. My order was done in a flash, only 10 minutes. I'd say the pizza is an average 3 but the owner, the service, and the super friendly demeanor bumps them up a notch in my eyes. Mansetti's is still my all-time favorite pizza in the area.
