The spears were cool and crisp with a light fried crunchy ouside. It was served with a side of ranch. Probably the best fried pickles I have ever tried. The table was also served a mini-relish tray with a tiny scoop of crab dip (so yummy) with a small splattering of carrots, celery and crackers. We approve! Entrees of sauteed scallops and an early-bird Prime Rib followed. Both were fresh and perfectly cooked. Would definitely order again. Unless they want to pay the staff around the clock, telling me what language I use at home is simply not gonna happen. The portions are the same regardless if you go to either store. And even the food off their food trailer is the same as if you ate at the restaurant. I highly recommend this establishment. They also serve up some American style foods. They do a great job at all the Jose's and the food truck does very well. Overall a great place based on the food and portions along with great service and they are always consistent. Same ports at either location and the food is always hot and fresh. Even the food on the food trucks is consistent with their stores.
