Our first time ever eating at a Pizza Ranch anywhere happened today. WOW, were we impressed!!! This location was SUPER clean and all the food stations were kept being stocked up with all the foods!! The fried chicken was very juicy with NO pink on the inside and the outside coating was perfectly cooked...not too hard...not too soft...just right!! The stuffing on the hot station was fabulously moist and not dry. The gravy was delicious and we used it with the dressing and the mashed potatoes.. so YUMMMMY!!! The biscuits were fluffy, not dry and wonderfully hot to melt all the butter pats you can top them with like I did. The salad bar offerings were FRESH and replenished consistently. ALL of the Pizza choices were fresh and we were asked when we were paying as we started if there was a particular Pizza we were interested in trying and when I said "The Texan "taco pizza" the cashier said she would have one made right away and gave us a number to put on our table so they could bring us freshly made slices TO OUR TABLE BEFORE THE REST OF THE PIZZA WAS PUT ON THE BUFFET!!!!! The dessert pizzas included chocolate chip cookie pizza, a cinnamony/icing pizza and the Cherry/w icing dessert pizza I had was sweet decadence and the soft serve vanilla ICE CREAM not ice milk was the perfect end to our first time at a Pizza Ranch. Will be back...YESSSSSSS!! Aaaaaaaand the cashier gave us a punch card for every visit which ends up with you receiving a free buffet and she also gave us a coupon for our next visit of a good reduction of cost with a buy one get one. ALL of the employees were so courteous and kind!!!! Hard to impress us as I was a manager in food service in my younger years for a couple of decades and look at EVERYTHING with a "particular" eye including food "temperatures" and THIS Pizza Ranch gets a big BRAVO from my Husband and I!!!!!! read more

This location of pizza ranch is just ok. Not sure if we just hit it at a slow time but the pizza choices were minimal. Not a lot of turnover and they just seemed to keep putting out the same options. I know you can request different options but we didn't want to spend a ton of time there waiting for it. read more

Hey, hey.............what's up with all the bad reviews? I'm gonna show some Yelp love to this pizza joint in Watertown, Wi., called da Pizza Ranch! The only reason why I came here, is because I didn't have a car today...........normally, the company I work for use to leave a few vehicles at the hotel parking lot where I am staying, so we can borrow the car to get around if we gotta get grub, or anything else if ya gotta do some errands, but I guess they must have changed the rule policy recently, as I haven't been back to Watertown since 2016. No car? Not to fret.........the Pizza Ranch wasn't to far of a walk for me, and when one is hangry..............you simply gotta do what you gotta do! I put on a warm coat, then made my trek down to da Pizza Ranch on the suggesting of the friendly hotel clerk. Basically the Pizza Ranch is an "AYCE" pizza joint, but that's not all folks..........they also offer some hot food items like Frrrrrrried Chicken, Mash Potatoes, Hot Veggies, Biscuits & Gravy. They also had a full Salad Bar, & they offered two types of Hot Soup. For today's soup, they offered - Cheese & Broccoli, and Chicken Noodle. Got a sweet tooth? Yes, this place also offered soft serve ice cream, as well as some puddings, & canned fruit (peaches). A simple pizza buffet...........not the highest quality, but the food here is definitely edible! I plopped down my $12.33 (not including my tip) & got by feed bag on at the Pizza Ranch! I was sooooooooooooooo hangry after traveling over 15+ hours to get to Watertown, Wi.. So glad that this place was there, as it allowed me to get something quick to eat, so I could just go back to my hotel room & rest up for tomorrow. :D read more

Started going here during Covid for carry out chicken and found it to be very good. Have had it 3 times now and quality is very consistent. Chicken is crispy, rolls and cole slaw are very good. Will definitely go back. I Need to try the buffet. read more

Always very good food, but today the order was late, watched the driver go a house 2 doors down across the street. When she came to the door, did not have any change.I feel a delivery driver should be prepared to make change, it was a 48.00 order and I only wanted 5 back. Definitely know I'd be getting meh pizza coming here but was surprised with the lack of choices. Everything was covered in meet the marina was empty and looked like it had been for a while with how crusty the pit looked. We waited 30 minutes for the marina to be replenished! CRAZY!! Half of the pizzas weren't labeled right which could be a problem for people not paying attention. They did make a few pizzas not covered in meat when asked! But definitely not a place I'll return to unless I have to to make a kiddo happy for their bday dinner! read more

A lot of good fresh food. They will custom a pizza for you upon request. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Quite clean restaurant and they keep your table cleared as you eat, so you don't have a pile of used dishes to eat around. Nice to have a place in town like this again read more

Been here a couple times, probably not much more. Upon arrival at 7:45 PM, we were told that the buffet closes in 15 minutes and they would not be restocking anything. The hostess was considerate, asked if we'd like to look at what they had before purchasing. My two children and I decided it looked good, we were hungry, and decided to stay. They are 13 and 12 years old, considered adults and charged accordingly. As we were eating, the staff was cleaning & prepping for close at 9pm. I am Christian but hearing every song being religious I felt was inappropriate. Bottom line, hard to justify $38 for that experience considering Culvers is a football field away and we could've eaten for around $20 including custard for the kids. read more

Very good pizza! We have been here a few times everything was very good! They have a nice salad bar and two different types of soup! My husband really liked the fried chicken. I like the chicken broccoli alfredo pizza! Definitely will keep coming. Best thing is kids eat free on Tuesday! read more

If I could give negative stars that would be too many. Pizza Ranch pizza is the worst pizza I have ever had. We picked it up and it was cold. Crust has zero flavor, next to no toppings and even looked gross. This is the second time I have had this pizza, once in Sun Prairie and now Watertown and they were both horrible!!! Did an online order. Picked it up only to discover when I got home - 10 miles out in the country - that several items were missing. Called and was placed on hold...for several minutes. The manager offered to put the other half of my order in the oven so that it would be ready when I got back there. No apology. Went back into town. Had to wait for the only visible staff person to finish helping an older guy. The manager came out with another person's order...and actually went over with her all that order included, which was not done when I was there earlier. He then got my order out and checked it. There was an extra pizza, which he said I could have if I wanted it. As it seemed to be the only apology or compensation I would get, I took it. Needless to say, I will not be going back there for a long, long time. BTW, the food was mediocre. read more
