The Lou pizza was also tasty, and the fresh sliced tomatoes on the top provided a nice tangy flavor. Also with this one, we felt the crust was a little much and we wanted more topping. But maybe that is part of the "deep dish" style - it's a bit different than some of the other deep dish pizzas we've tried. This pizza is good quality, good tasting, and very filling. It's tasty, although I wouldn't say it's my favorite, as I'm still on a quest for that favorite pizza. My personal preference nowadays is a thinner and crisper crust with a wood-fired taste and flavorful toppings, so keep that in mind when reading my review. Nothing exotic or fancy, meat, veggies, and cheese. Oh and it's cash only. Make sure to know your total before you arrive so you're prepared. 3. Food I can't even lie, the pizza is everything people said it would be. Thin, crispy crust with good amount of toppings, cheese, and sauce. Their garlic and cheese bread are straightforward too. An Italian loaf, loaded with melted butter, and sprinkled with garlic salt and if you ordered cheese they give you a generous amount of mozzarella cheese .
