We were staying down the street at the Best Western hotel and needed to have a place to eat close by, and we did not want to drive anywhere, so we found the Rocky location just around the corner in the strip mall near us. We walked over about 6:30 Sunday evening and were greeted by a happy cashier. We asked about options and we were told that the only super slice was a sausage and pepperoni. I usually order sausage and mushroom, but they did not have that ready. So I ordered the sausage and pepperoni and my wife ordered a regular veggie slice. It was ordered to go and we asked the gentleman behind the counter if utensils were in the bag and he assured me they were along with napkins. He was wrong. Two slices for two people should have had two forks and two knives, not just one of each. We did not find that out until we got back to our hotel room. Shame on me. Well, he got dinged one star for being not aware of his customer needs. And the super slice was a bit greasy, and leaked on to the big by the time we got back to the hotel. EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY! Brian the manager and other employee did a fantastic job explaining everything to our friends who had never been to Rocky Rococo before. Patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The salad bar was fresh and delicious, and the pizza - oh, the pizza!! It was fantastic as always, and this location has the best pizza dough because they make it fresh onsite daily. No pizza better anywhere. The posters on the wall are entertaining, and the place was very clean. We used to have several Rockys in Minnesota but only one now, so when we come to Wisconsin we love it. Let me start by saying the food here is delicious. The pizza is really cheesy and the sauce isn't too sweet and it isn't too acidic. The breadsticks are fluffy and seasoned well. The restaurant itself...that's another story. It's extremely dated inside and, honestly, a bit depressing. Everything is clean and well-maintained, it's just not aesthetically pleasing. They are severely understaffed, but the employees they do have are friendly and efficient. I've both dined in and ordered online to carry out. Thus far, I've never had an issue. They have the worst time management of any restaurant I've ever been to. Preordered hours prior and waited inside for over 45 minutes past the pickup time. Clean, affordable, tasty, and friendly. I like having salad here. The veggies address sliced nice and fine, so you can get a mouthful of different flavors in one bite. This particular location is cleaner and brighter than most rocky rococos, something I'm thankful for. Their salad bar looks and tastes fresh and they've added black olives, beets, sesame seeds, hard boiled eggs, crunchy croutons and even bacon bits to their line up. Wednesday is rococo Chicago day. Very good. No sauce on the pizza but chopped tomato chunks and sausage. Very fresh tasting. Only can eat a couple pieces though because it gets dry after a while without having sauce. Maybe a small side of sauce to dunk in if needed would be good!! read more

I hit this place up often for lunch on my workdays. 1. It's always clean! 2. Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. They often seek out ways to get you a "deal" on your order instead of just charging you full price. Then, they promptly fill your order. 3. The food is always hot and tasty. The pizza is good, not great. Breadsticks are really good! Pre-COVID they always had a decent salad bar, which went well with a slice of pizza. 4. The value is pretty good. I come here often and it never disappoints! Not my favorite pizza in the world, but it's hard to take away any stars when they do a good job at everything. read more

This is a pretty regular stop for me in my lunch rotation during the work week. The pizza is tasty and the portion sizes are good for the price. However, I'm not sure the people behind the counter have ever smiled in their lives. Every single time I've been here, simply ordering food has felt like I'm doing them an inconvenience. Put in an order for carry out to be picked up at 6pm, got there at 6 and had to wait 20 minutes for my order of 3 larges and 2 party breadsticks and had to ask the staff to find my order more than once. They seemed to be more interested in determining who was getting to go home for the night instead of serving their customers. I spent over $60 and once I got the pizzas and breadsticks home, the pizza order was incorrect on all 3 large pizzas! I have door dashed orders from this location twice. Both times it has been wrong. We ordered the family meal deal twice. The first time we had the wrong size pizza, this last time they didn't include the breadsticks. Wow did they miss the mark last night. Wife and I ordered a Large Motherlode. Pretty simple order, and I asked if they could do half ingredients and the guy said sure! Wife hates onions and Rockys has great onions and alot! The order was simple... Sausage and Pepperoni on the whole pizza with Onions and Roma Tomatoes on half. The girl at the counter was not very polite or happy to be working. Never confirmed my order nor opened the box. So I did. It looked delicious to me (and was delicious). But got home and there were tons of Onions which I love but unfortunately on the entire pizza. Wife couldn't eat it. Roma tomatoes on only half as requested so I know the guy heard me well. We have ordered takeout from this location on Silvernail more than 10 times in the last year. The staff is always friendly to us and even though the pizza is sometimes not ready in the time they said, they usually offer us a free fountain drink while we are waiting - that is a nice touch! I had my kids with me tonight and we all were given a cup for a drink while we waited the extra 5 minutes. I love the pizza here and the people. read more

I don't eat here often enough. How's that for a recommendation? Pizza preferences between people differ and my wife isn't a fan of thick crust. I however, love it. Beyond that the sausage actually has Italian spice flavor and the sauce is very enjoyable. This is good thick crust pizza with even the edges edible and enjoyable. The bonus in coming here is that they have a nice salad bar with a good variety of items. The service is fast food, but you do get a real metal knife and fork to cut your pizza and eat your salad. It's really a pretty good deal for what you pay. If you have been hesitant in eating here, give them a try. I've been pleased each time I have. read more

The pizza sits out for hours, the kids never wash their hands before making your food. I tried to help this business but had to leave them because there's no helping. I grew up with Rocky's around the Madison area. While I've lived in Delafield for a few years, the service and quality at the Delafield and Oconomowoc locations we less than stellar. The Pewaukee location, however, is amazing. Fast service, fresh slices, and a clean restaurant. read more
