Very good for gluten free. They will ask if you have celiac disease. If yes, they will actually take all fresh toppings out from the refrigerator and not use those on the counter as they could have cross-contamination. Nice to find a place that understands this. Well, we have not been here in a long time, and we were having a craving for pizza, we walked, in, and we were warmly welcomed in everything looks so nice and clean. We were pleasantly greeted and asked what we wanted, and they started to make the pizzas. They were very detail oriented. and putting each topping on and everything looks so delicious. Before it went in the oven and it looked absolutely like a little piece of art, then when it came out, it was bubbling and sizzling. It looks so delicious. The restaurant was nice and clean and everybody was so friendly we sat down within minutes of our pizza was delivered to our table. We each took a bite in and absolutely delicious. Toughest crust I've ever had. Good toppings but damn you could dislocate your jaw getting through even one slice. What happened!?!?

I had never even heard of this restaurant until we passed by it. My kids and I decided that we wanted pizza for dinner and this was the closest pizza place to our hotel. It's more of a specialized pizza place and they only have one size available to order. The menu is quite large and they have a decent amount of dessert pizzas as well. We split a pepperoni pizza and the American Pie. The manager rung us up and he was really nice. It took about 15 minutes for the pepperoni pizza and a few more for the dessert pizza to cook. We took them to go since I wanted to watch the football game. I suggest trying to find a place for at least one tv. It might attract a few more customers. The pizzas were good although the American Pie was not as good as I thought it would be. I would probably order another dessert pizza next time. I have had great experiences here, but my most recent experience was awful. I ordered a pizza for pick up. And when I got home, I realized I received the wrong pizza. I have celiacs disease so it's not like I could even eat the wrong pizza because I would never know what crust it had. I tried sending an email to their Help email orders@pizzarox.com. The email bounced back. I placed an order for delivery for the same pizza I originally ordered. I called and left a voicemail and explained the situation asking for a refund. No one ever called me back. Instead what they did was they delivered two pizzas. But one of the pizzas was STILL wrong. I never received a refund either. read more

Terrible experience. I got in line at 7:30 PM and didn't get my food until 8:28PM. I waited 58 minutes while my fiancé and child waited in the car for 2 pizzas that cost me $32. We had a very good lunch here. I'm a fan of "fast" pizza cooking where you build your own and this didn't disappoint. It really wasn't that fast as they were quite busy when we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. I've had this place bookmarked for years after a conversation with some young couples over their restaurant recommendations in Boynton. They all unanimously mentioned PIzza Rox as one of their favorite places. It's in the shopping/mixed use center on the east side of Congress that has a lot of other restaurants. But it was quite easy to find -- and visible from the road. Parking was very easy right in the spaces out front, as well. I would suggest reading a menu in advance -- if you've never been here like us -- as we had no idea what the topping choices were or how many to choose. Luckily, during the order process, it wasn't too backed up. And no one yelled at us for taking a few moments to decide. I got their regular "Neapolitan" crust pizza (there are two other choices - brewers grain and a gluten free) with no sauce. In addition to shredded mozzarella cheese, I added bacon, mushrooms, and green peppers. I meant to add some roasted tomatoes, but forgot to do so. Four toppings are included in the price, with over 30 choices. And I added an olive oil drizzle at the end. There are over a dozen "after bakes" additions from which to choose. I loved my pizza. It was cooked perfectly, a great well done crust, and all the ingredients blended together well. I ate half and took the other half home for a later meal. My husband chose tomato sauce on his pizza, and in addition to mozzarella, paid extra for feta cheese, then added prosciutto, mushrooms, and onions. He also liked his pizza a lot. (Mine was better!). He had one of their beers on tap -- a Be Rabbit creamy stout. He tried a taste first and liked it enough to get a glass of it. (I just had a soda from their dispenser). Besides pizza, they have salads, and chicken wings, some sides, and desserts. I think this place is a keeper. It's an inexpensive meal that was exactly what we were seeking taste wise. Now that we've been once, I know we will be more adventurous and knowledgeable in ordering next time we go. I had received a $12 coupon towards a pizza for my birthday and decided to go Friday night. I was in the area, so why not? Let me warn you, if you go, whether to eat in or take out you'd better order ahead and expect it to take about an hour for them to make a pizza. I had only tried them once before and it was a wait but not like this. The pizza was very good, although a little soggy by the time I got it home. I use a fry pan method to crisp up the crust which helped but I couldn't wait any longer to eat. It was already 8:00pm. They need to somehow streamline their system, add another oven, or something. They had one person rolling the dough, one person adding the toppings, then they shelve the pie for the oven and then you pay. If the process were reversed, then the customer would be told how long and decide whether to order or not. It's a shame they have a good product but terrible system. read more

I ordered from their website for delivery and my order was missing items. They did not label the gluten free pizza as gluten free as they normally do. They do not answer their phone anymore and the message says you have to email them for issues with your order. No one responds to your emails and they just take your money and not give you your food you paid for. It is very frustrating that you cannot talk to anyone on the phone when something is wrong. This may well have been the worst pizza we've ever had. The only, ONLY reason I ordered from here was because my sister is vegan and I saw the review on here. To begin with, our food, which was ordered through their online form, ended up being 20 minutes late for pick up. Secondly, the pizza tastes like cardboard with low quality cheese and sauce. It's worst than you get when you make frozen ones at home. It's that bad. We had FOUR different individual pies. And all four of us ended up tossing ours after trying to forge our way through. Dough recipe definitely changed. Not airy bubbly and burnt like it used to be. Nothing like the photos here show. Plus they drown it in semolina as they are spreading it out, ( like tiny seeds) which change the consistency and makes a mess everywhere. My friend and I went to this restaurant tonight because we were craving a fresh and unique Pizza. I have been here before, and liked it. But my friend had not, and he was excited to try. I had the atomic punk Pizza, and added ricotta. And my friend made his own white pizza with the toppings of his choosing. Both were so fantastic! First of all this dough is out of this world. Mine had a spicy sauce with the mozzarella cheese and the ham, pineapple and tons of fresh jalapenos. I added some ricotta cheese in order to cut the heat. Get ready to read about their incompetence. We ordered nine pizzas. You cannot call. We could not get to do our order online. (Don't ask, internet has been wacky) So, my sister goes with a list and must order each pizza one by one per their instructions They gave us Stacy's mom when it was never ordered. We did not receive a pizza that was ordered. It was no cheese but some Italian spices. They never made it. So, our birthday celebration for the recipient was ruined. Her pizza was never made. When my Pizza came out, my coworkers were finished eating. Oh well, it is all in the timing. I ordered a make your own, it came with 3 toppings for $9.95. The pizza was very fresh and tasty, a bit undercooked and a little soggy. I prefer a crispy crust. The slices were not cut all the way through so you had to tear the pizza to get a slice. The standard personal portion size is large and can certainly be shared. Everyone working at Pizza Rox was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean. Their Tuesday special was a double punch on their reward card. They never offered me one. I am not really sure I will need it or will go back anytime soon.
