It was Easter so I knew many places weren't going to be open but I was pleasantly surprised when I went to their website and it stated they were open and accepting delivery orders. I placed my order online as I always do and received email confirmation that my order was received and will be delivered in 45 minutes. After an 1 hour and a half and numerous phone calls that went straight to a mailbox that was full, my husband had to drive there to see what the issue was. Apparently they were CLOSED!!! Mind you the website said they were open, I received email confirmation AND my credit card was charged for my order. If you are going to close, how hard is is it to update your website and not allow online ordering? I order from them at least once a week and this was enough for me to say never again!!! read more

I'm giving this place 2 stars only because I can tell that they use premium ingredients. However their pizza is DEFINITELY not worth the money. I've been a regular customer since they've opened and it's just gone downhill. At first they had $5 carry out large cheese pizzas and they were great! But for some reason their pizza crust has gotten SUPER THIN!!! It's pretty much like eating paper with some toppings! I even went as far as to ask if they sell deep dish or pan pizza simply to have something with more substance. They only sell regular or thin crust, which doesn't make much sense considering that their "regular" pizza is pretty much a thin crust pizza. They load sauce and cheese on top and the pizza just falls apart in your fingers, and the toppings slide off onto your plate. I've brought this to their attention and I literally got YELLED at by their store manager! He is extremely unprofessional and not willing to work with his customers AT ALL! After repeatedly being told that they were sorry about the pizza and that it wasn't supposed to be thin, I gave up. It's obvious that this place is stuck in it's ways and they will continue to send out whatever they want and charge you for it. Beware...if you order a lg cheese delivered, you'll pay $8.99 plus delivery fees for a thin crust messy pizza. You're better off ordering from Mustang Pizza or Perry's Pizzeria and spending the extra dollar. At least you'll have a 16 inch (Pizza Sauce's lg is 14) and it'll have some weight to it. Being a native New Yorker I seem to be on an endless search for some good pasta. Having had the pizza and wings from here, which are good, I decided to give their pasta a chance. I ordered the cheese ravioli with meatballs. The sauce is spicy and sour in what I believe to be an unintended mistake. There were only 5 small, obviously freezer burnt cheese raviolis. And the meatballs had the consistency of soggy styrofoam. It was practically inedibly disappointing. Needless to say stick with the pizza and wings here. As for the pasta... Run away!!!!! read more

Never Again! Ordered a pizza with chicken on it... the pizza dough was still raw and the chicken was full of fat. It was completely inedible and was thrown away. I also ordered a salad to take the work the next day, when I opened it I was disgusted! The lettuce was rotten and wilted, the tomatoes were rotten, and again the chicken was full of fat. I had to throw away $30.00. They have lost all of my business and I will make sure it is known not to order from this place!! read more

Worse chicken cheesesteak ever! The chicken was hard with a lot of fat. Couldn't even bite the chicken! Their fries were pretty good though.

I order from here often and have never had a problem. I pretty much order the same things though and I don't expect them to be more than pizza/sub place. There's nothing fancy. It's just your local greasy spoon kinda place. But I love the veggie trio omelette. I could eat that everyday. And they serve breakfast all that, I love that. Also the $6 cheese pick up pizza. The grilled chicken they put on their salads is delicious. I tried their chicken parmagian because of this and it was ok...too much pasta. Tasted like a typical, greasy spoon meal. I won't get that again. Never had any issues with customer service. Fast. Easy to order online. We'll continue to stick with our simple favorites. read more

We have only ordered from here once. Boyfriend got a chicken cheese steak sub and said it was horrible and chewy. I got popcorn shrimp with waffle fried. Popcorn shrimp was so-so. Waffle fries were disgustingly soggy and gross. Not ordering from here again. read more

I order from this location three time and three times in a roll the order delivered to me was incorrect and not complete. When I told them I was missing an food from the order, I was advised " We are to busy to go back out to bring your missing item." Which I was amazed since I tip the driver because I thought I had my complete order, I assumed they would swing back around to my house. So I suggested I would drive to the location for the rest order for my kids. I get there to get the food and a bag of chips, and I was ask to reach across a table of customers that waiting for their food. I had to explain to them that it's not good business to reach a cross a table customers, when you can get the bag of chips behind the counter, so I would not disturb their other paying customers sitting at the table. Also I assumed again since I had to drive from my house to the store, it would have been a nice gesture to offer me something for my inconvenience. But common sense is not so common, also customer service is not big there. I don't need a smile in my face if your can't resolve my issue, or understand that I order delivery and I have to pick up my order. Sorry just doesn't cut it read more

I waited over 40 minutes for a pizza they never made. The employees were eating on the cutting board right next to orders being made, chewing their food right over ingredients used to make food for their customers-yuck. The man working the counter was complaining/making fun of customers to another customer! A lady who came in after me ordered her food, got it within minutes, and they gave her the wrong order. Another person came in, the staff realized they already gave her order away, and her order got remade and I'm still waiting for my single cheese pizza. When trying to get a refund, the employee seemed befuddled, even though he said he's been doing this since 1995. Never once offered an apology, explanation, or made any attempt to make it right. They didn't seem busy at all, since most of the employees there were just standing around talking & eating. I haven't decided if I'm going back or not, I understand there are incompetent employees out there, and its possible there was no one in authority working this day. All of this for a $6 pizza. /sigh read more
