A solid 4 stars. We headed out to a place new to us. This is in a strip plaza , just down from the Giant Supermarket . On entry we saw 2 high tops at the front, the rest of the seating was down the hallway...7 tables and regular chairs. After reading their menu, you place your order at the register, we chose to dine in. They had a lot to offer. Several pages and a flap with specials. My husband had the cold cut sub and it was just right and it came with fries. I got the 5 wings with the honey old bay and fries. The wings was loss of 1 star. They arrived in an aluminum pan with the honey coating first followed by sprinkled on Old Bay. Ugh, so when you go to eat them you get a full mouthful of Old Bay. I guess no one suggested mixing the 2 together until now. The fries came out just right, they were nice and hot, perfect! The service was fine, no problems. The only hitch there was 2 employees got into a yelling match, right up front, not what you want during a meal. Probably will not come back here. read more

Eato's is a solid spot. I've only tried the pizza and the meatball sub, but both were pretty good and definitely hit the spot. They are a little pricey in my opinion, but if you're craving a decent pizza for the day or night, this place gets the job done. read more

Ordered a cheese pizza for takeout. I was really nervous because there were mixed reviews in the comments but it was sooooooo good. If you're in the mood for NY style pizza this is the place. What can I say about Eato's? My wife and I have owned a house in the area the last 7 years, and on an almost weekly basis, we find ourselves having an Eato's night. The food has always been delicious and consistent, from their pizza to their wings to their subs to their pasta, and always ready super fast. You'd think with so many visits over the years, there'd be some where something fell down, but honestly, I've never had a problem. The worst I can say is that sometimes the service which handles their online ordering goes a little wonky, but that's on the service provider, not Eato's. And you can just call ahead or order when you get there. The space is designed more for carry-out than eat in, but there are a few tables if you so choose to stay. I'm a smidge ashamed to say I come here often enough that they literally pull my order as they see me approach the door, but they do, and it shows that they care and remember their regulars. Always happy to see them busy with regulars, and if you've never been, give them ago. I recommend...well, anything. Here's to many more years of Eato's nights. read more

I order a pizza to be delivered this past Friday evening. I requested that the pizza be thin crust and crispy. When it was finally delivered, 20 minutes later than the time I was told, it was neither thin crust nor crispy. As a matter of fact, the crust was very doughy and chewy and the pizza was cold. I called to complain but was only given a $10 credit as oppose to a full refund. I would NOT recommend this place; I ended up throwing the pizza out. I LOVE Eato's! They have the FASTEST delivery in town and there food is seriously delicious. I'm always thankful to order from them because they will deliver in any weather condition and the food is always hot and the cold food is always separated and not in the same bag. One time they accidentally made me a Philly cheesesteak when I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and they brought me the chicken cheesesteak right away with a refund since it was Grubhub without arguing or anything. That's a business I feel comfortable with. No one is perfect but the way you handle situations really speaks volumes to me. I highly recommend this location as an elite and always tip the delivery person well. Today it snowed and I tipped 35% and he was extra thankful and grateful and so was I! I don't know why I've never tried this place before now. Stopped in for carry out on a Wednesday with my mom. There was only one group in there but you could tell staff was busy with delivery orders. We waited about five minutes before someone took our orders but that was no problem because we needed some time to look at the menu. We ordered half a pizza sub, fries, and a cheese and pep stromboli. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait and about ten minutes later our order was ready. I didn't realize until we got home that I was given a calzone instead of a stromboli. It wasn't worth calling and complaining because I enjoy eating both. Cheese was oozing out of the calzone once I cut into it and was full of pepperonis so I was not disappointed. My mom really enjoyed her pizza sub, saying it was the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Plenty of seating if you wanted to dine in. Eato's is that neighborhood pizza shop that you go to and know that your going to get a quality, good meal. I come here often and although they made a slight name change to the business (formally Vito's), the food has not changed and is still delicious as ever! The cheesesteaks are the best around. I've turned my family onto them and they love them as well. Everything is made fresh, fast, and it just tastes good. My cheesesteak sub was perfect- no frills, no thrills-and boy, was it tasty! And the fries- THE FRIES ARE THE BOMB! They are old school style- comes in a bag with salt, pepper and ketchup. I have just had the worse sausage sandwich ever. The sausage was over cooked and dry. the bread was so soggy that you couldn't even pick up the sandwich. I was on Yelp looking for some places to eat after I got done with work and found this place only had one review. I read Marjorie's review and it made me want to go there asap! So I called there last night around 9 to see if they'd take my orders around 9:30, they said sure! I came over there around 9:20 and was greeted by the owner I believe and he was very nice. I ordered the Crab Cake Sub 12 inch with everything and the Fish Filet 12 inch with everything. As I got the food, Miguel, one of the owners asked if I wanted a drink or a bag of chips, I politely refused and said thank you. Very friendly service! I got the food then drove home which took almost 40 minutes!! But even when it took a while before finally eating my sub, they still tasted good! The subs really held everything together without getting soggy or ripped apart. The bread was toasted and everything went well together. If you're around the area, give them a try! read more

I visit Vito's about 3 times a week and I love their food! I've had the pizza, chicken cheesesteak, shrimp and more! Perhaps more then I should have! The food is seasoned very well and the price is right! Unfortunately there is one negative or con should I say. The manager that is there everyday is not very friendly or accommodating... I do not know his name but he is the shorter one that wears a black hat everyday. I have never seen the owner but I know this guy is the manager. As an administrator I am a firm believer in customer service. The customers are the reason that businesses remain successful. I have been a faithful customer to Vito's and I hope from this review the owner can talk to him and help him value the customers a tad bit more! Never ordered online, I call and they already have my name on caller ID. the crust is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. sauce and cheese balance on a slice is perfect. sauce is not too sweet. its the way a pizza should be. I've only ordered whole pizza pies here. I tried cheese, the one with the works, pepperoni, the one with all the meat, the one with all the veggies. they were all good. I am not a Yelper, but I came on today to specifically praise Vito's wings!! I am super picky about everything, but especially delivery, and I know it's hard to get that right. No one has yet to deliver wings that have stayed crisp and juicy when sitting in sauce and basically "steaming" on their way to my house, but Vito's has now gotten it right on 3 separate occasions. Subs are also nice, good size, though I hate the "steakums"-type meat and wouldn't mind seeing some real steak - but hey, everyone does it this way. Their menu leaves a lot to be desired if you like a lengthy menu - apps selections are scarce - but I really can't say enough good things about the wings. I ordered online while grocery shopping next door. When I went over to get my food at the time given, nothing was even started. Upon checking in, they immediately got my fried foods and salad ready and put it on top of the ovens. 10 minutes later my cheese pizza was made. 15-20 minutes later I finally got it. When they gave it to me I explained that the fried foods were cold and soggy, and the salad warm. They didn't seem to care and didn't offer to replace anything until I asked. I did get one item replaced. When I finally got home, the salad was not as bad as expected and decently sized but fried foods, even replaced fries, were greasy and flavorless. The pizza was terrible. Entirely too much cheese and and odd tasting sauce. Perhaps it was a off night, but a slow weeknight with plenty of staff shouldn't result in such poor quality all around. read more

This was our first time trying this place out, we ordered delivery online via eat24 , it arrived bit before the estimated time , everything was hot and great ! They do not skimp on cheese here lol , the sauce is also nice . I saw they had white pizza with spinach so I had to have it , the only thing I didn't like were the slices of tomato ( I didn't know that they came on the spinach ) it was still good , I just picked them off . The pepperoni was good too , their red sauce wasn't overpowering at all ! The pizza had a nice crispy crust to it and reminds me of the kind that you'd get at the mall . We've been to Vito's a few times, and always like their food. The issue we always encounter, except for the very first time we visited, right after they opened, is that the service isn't always great. On our most recent visit, last week, we walked in the door and went up to the counter to place our order. There were no other customers, yet no one came to take our order and we waited what I thought was a long period of time. I was about to walk out when someone finally showed up. I ordered the veggie sub and asked what they normally put on it. He had no idea. I figured the cook would know, so I said everything no hots and no olives. We then proceeded to wait for a very, very long period of time before our food was finally ready. Got my sub and it was just green - every single green thing that they could find, they threw on it - broccoli, spinach, lettuce, green peppers. The only color was a small piece of tomato at the bottom. It wasn't bad, I will say that, but it wasn't what I was expecting. I checked out the website for their other location on York Road where they list what comes on a veggie sub: Black olives, red onions, mild banana peppers, mushrooms, green peppers, organic romaine lettuce, Roma tomatoes cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and ranch dressing. Maybe each location does things differently, but if it's part of the same company, you would expect some consistency. There were no onions, banana peppers, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, or ranch dressing on my sub. That's where my disappointment came in, beyond the fact that the guy didn't even know what comes on a sub, so how can I know what I'm ordering? And if they just want you to tell them what you want on it - I did by saying everything no hots, no olives. Somehow "everything" does not include mushrooms or onions, which are staples on any veggie sub. We'll probably go back here eventually, but we are not regulars by any means. read more

Normally, my husband and I love the place... I am very hard on Italian food for two reasons 1) I am from Jersey and 2) I am Italian. I would say 3 stars...Pizza that drips oil has cheap ingredients. Theirs isn't so bad for the price and size. I love chicken breast sub with mozzarella, mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and onions. Last night was an odd night, ordered a large chicken parm sub and fried mushroom. Got FOOD SHAMED over the phone tonight... the guy taking my order said, "Wow! You must be really hungry tonight".
