Writing after trying the place for more than 5 times. So far did not had any bad experiences. Their pizza twist is truly a different experience around Irving. I have not found any close by pizza place which does none traditional pizza toppings. My Wife and I ordered for a thin crust pizza (Achari/Manchrian) with Veg topping using Pizza twist website. It ended being a chicken pizza to our surprise. When asked about it, i was told that Achari pizza and Manchurian pizza comes with chicken as default unless specified. There were no indications while i completed the order that it had chicken as an ingredient. The Vegan option is what drew us to get pizza here in the first place and it was quite a disappointment. I would suggest to get their site corrected and give the users a clear presentation on veg options. I am vegan and visited with a vegetarian, an omnivore who enjoys plant based products and another who can't stand veggies. This was the prefect place. Each of us ordered our own pizza, exactly how we wanted it. And everyone was happy with their meal. I normally prefer pizza without cheese rather than with vegan cheese. My pizza was very good. Simply the best pizza I have ever tried! I tasted Pizza Twists Curry chicken pizza in California while visiting family. I am so glad they are now open in Irving, I am literally 7 minutes away. We ordered Half curry chicken and half vegan butter chicken and loved the sauce and the taste. All the ingredients were really fresh. My husband loved the garlic and ginger in the pizza. We ordered 3 pies to sample. Our Pick was the Bombay Garlic Chicken. Fantastic! Also had the Achari wings which were decent. To top it off, the service was amazing. Zulma was knowledgable with an impressive understanding of the flavor profile and was vert friendly and courteous.
