I thought my pasta dish had a balanced amount of pasta and sauce and a superfluous amount of sausage, which I am not complaining about. Unfortunately, I tried my friend's Chicken Parmesan and it was too flat, dry, and the tomato sauce was highly acidic. I guess this place can be a hit or miss, but I enjoyed my picks.

We had no idea it would take an hour and a half for our food to show up. And when it did well, here's how it went. My wife had the chicken piccata and I had the wise guy pizza. My wife enjoyed her plate. Based on the last time I ordered the same pizza a year ago what showed up on the table was a sad echo of something that used to be good. The sauce was very thin and to the point of almost being nonexistent. The meatballs were very stingy as if they were trying to increase their margins by short serving a basic pizza. Overall, it was very dry and lacking of any discernible taste. No doubt because it sat in the kitchen for quite awhile, given the unusual duration that it took for our food to show up. I've had better frozen pizzas from the grocery store. It was a very dry and disappointing for something that used to be overloaded with flavor, sauce and meatball chunks. It was a marked contrast from when we had been here a year ago. What used to be a regular go to has turned into a sad disappointment. I'm putting it down to perhaps they had an off night. But we're not in a hurry to come back anytime soon to see if that was the case.

It was SOOO GOOD. To find good pizza is a task considering my first job was tossing pizza's, best in my country. And Bill is always looking for NEW YORK pizza Since he is originally from New York. We have tried many many pizza places since like moved to Texas. All of them around us have been disappointing. Thanks to Gino's we now have a great pizza place. We moved here from California last year. We ordered a large Pepperoni, stromboli, and shells and cheese. I make my own sauce usualy...theirs is really good. We will return. read more

The only negative I found was that there was a little too much grease on the pepperoni pizza. It was nothing that a few extra napkins couldn't remedy though.
