Had dinner here last night. Ordered a "veganized" specialty pizza and cauliflower bites. The food was really delicious! GREAT pizza crust and sauce. Loads of fresh veggies. The gent who took our order was really helpful in helping us decide and giving us great options. We were able to dine in and they were really busy. Our service was still great even though it was a super busy Saturday night. Everything was clean, and all the staff were appropriately adorned with PPE, making us comfortable eating there. I was really hoping that this location would land a great pizza place. Pizza Junction was really good (moved), Godfathers (failed) so we decided to give it a try. I ordered online a chicken garlic pizza with NO mushrooms on half for pickup, and received a mushroom and cheese pizza on half with a chicken and garlic with mushrooms on the other with a burned crust (look at many of the pictures, by the way). Very friendly staff wanted to make things right over the phone and had another pizza delivered for no cost. Nice. The pizza was made without mushrooms on half I guess, but not cut that way. The ingredients were fresh but overwhelmed by the acrid taste of burned crust. Some crusts are good with a little "char", but not this one. My wife is a vegetarian, so we ordered the Medium Vegination pizza. My wife usually eats like a bird, but tonight she had 2 pieces at the restaurant, and then when we got home she was in the kitchen having another piece, it was that good. The crust was wonderful! Today is the day, this pizza restaurant just open. For barely opening it's doors, it was good. They have garlic bread, were it taste like a buttery garlic sauce. The small cheese pizza, had the perfect amount of cheese and delicious red sauce. The crust was both crusty on the outside and soft in the middle. I've gotten this place through DoorDash, and then started going in person. I always got Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, and Tikka Masala pizzas. Just tried the Indian Garlic Chicken Pizza and fell in love. This place is amazing. I have never had a problem with customizing (no mushrooms or olives). I've been getting there early to get a beer before my pizza. Their taps have been a bit foamy, makes me feel like a nuisance ordering it, but they're friendly anyway. I wish Covid didn't happen so I could hang out here. Cannot recommend enough for Indian style pizza, hoping to try a regular pepperoni pizza soon ;) read more

Pizza was delicious! Passed by the location and checked their menu, and was not disappointed! We tried the butter chicken and palak paneer pizza - was really good! I've tried other Indian-style pizzas, and this was top notch. Extremely friendly service and great food. They were also great in giving advice on what type of pizza to get based on our food preferences. Will definitely come by again when in Reno! Indian Breadsticks? Holy granoly! This place is by far one of my favorite pizza places. They offer both pizza with an Indian twist, and traditional Chicago style pizzas. The Tikka Masala Paneer pizza is so amazing. Their Indian breadsticks will CHANGE YOUR LIFE! This is also the perfect compromise place, because I live with people who never will leave their comfort zone of pepperoni and cheese pizza. They can get their traditional (boring!) pizza, and I can get my tikka masala pizza or one of their countless amazing options. I know it sounds crazy topping a pizza with Indian flavors, but it's seriously good. We had the tandoori chicken pizza and I would definitely get it again. It really made us want to try their other pizzas as well. Bonus: it reheats pretty well too. We didn't think their regular pizza was anything special, but let's be honest, you're not going here for regular pizza. We also had the butter chicken pasta and Indian wings. Both were also excellent. I make butter chicken pretty regularly at home and now I know what I'm doing with the extra sauce. My second Foodie review... January 2021... Is not a great year for restaurants or for foodies.. The COVID restrictions and such have regretfully permanently closed many small businesses... Luckily this business is still around... Chicago Pizza With A Twist on 2900 Clear Acre Ln, Reno, NV.... The restaurant itself is very clean, but not fancy or particular pleasing to the eye.. The food on the other hand is a work of art... India and Italian fusion. Who woulda thought... And it works very well... The pizza dough they use on their pizzas is very tasty (which is a big deal for most pizza lovers) and their sauces and ingredients are fresh and well put together. I have had their chicken wings and they are delightfully oven crisp, and meaty with a choice of crazy sauces, but the pizza's are what are truly impressive to me. It's straight up flavor town. I just love their Latino Style pizza which I ordered.. A combination of sweet and hot. I do not care for Hawaiian pizza's with ham and pineapple on them.. Well.. This pizza has pineapple on it and it is fantastic. Go Figure.. And you can get all the pizza's extra spicy.. I also ordered their new Spicy Tahir Achari Chicken pizza which has white garlic sauce .. This was outrageously good... I have had their pizza's with an India flair as well, like their pizza's with Tikka sauce, Tandoori sauce, Curry, Manchurian, and with lamb Kebab, etc.. In these tough times, making dinner is getting more difficult by the day. We used grub hub last night and trying to try new local spots. My husband and I prefer our crust different, mine thin and his thick, but decided to try their normal Crust and I was pleasantly happy! It was soft and puffy, but delicious. I am picky when it comes to the red sauce as I don't like it to over power the pizza. The sauce was just right and not spicy at all. My one complaint comes in the form of not enough toppings! With an all meat pizza, I want to feel like it is overflowing with all the meat! The delivery time was very quick and pizza was still warm. I would recommend this spot unless you are wanting to go cheap, definitely not cheap in price! We will return someday! read more

This place has really good pizza when it is made right but recently my orders have been messed up! I love the BBQ chicken pizza with no bacon and the first time I ordered they left the bacon on. Yesterday I decided to give them another chance and ordered the same thing. It may be a little more worth it if you're getting one of the Indian style toppings for the novelty factor, but overall it was pretty cheap quality pizza, and expensive for it. I tried Chicago Pizza with a Twist tonight and it was soooooo good! I ordered Indian Garlic Pizza, Indian Breadsticks, Tequila Lime Wings, and Tirimusu. I always knew I'd try it, but I love pizza and didnt want to try anything weird. It came down to me choosing between a normal pizza or this one. I have been wanting to try this place, but I've been craving a real pizza. I chose this one because I wanted to try it and thought now is as good a time as any. I am so glad I did. Last month we tried this location for the 1st time. We have had food from a location in Folsum, CA and it has been excellent. We ordered 2 pizzas. The 1st was a spicy butter chicken, thin crust. Very little spice and I wouldn't call the crust a thin crust. The Folsom location also offered a gluten free crust, not available at this location. The 2nd pizza was regular pizza, thin crust. As stated b4 not a thin crust. I may try again, I wont order on line and I will ask questions about spice and crust thickness. read more
