I just don't understand how 2 hot dogs and a slice of pizza takes over 30 minutes with nobody in line in an empty casino...and the pizza already cooked on display. We love this casino but this place is supposed to be fast and convenient, neither of which are true. Honestly, you'd be better off just putting vending machines instead. These employees here don't give a rat's ass about the food they serve or the people who are buying the food. Update from 4 hours after we ate: both me and my husband got sick from the food. Ugh

These guys make a nice pie for a casino grab-and-go. Crust is thin and chewy, and they're generous with cheese and toppings. You only have four options, though. Plain cheese, pepp, combo, and 'pizza-of-the-day.' Super Bowl Sunday's POTD was Barbecue Hawaiian, and they kindly swapped the BBQ for traditional red. It would have been too overpoweringly sweet to me, otherwise. The fellas doing the cookin' were all young and friendly, despite quite the madness of the crowd during the big game. It was not expensive. Filled two of us up nicely, soaked up most of the alcohol we consumed, and made a dang fine breakfast snack the next morning. Keep your expectations in check, and you will do fine here in a pinch...

I realize this sounds silly, but this shows a lack of training and reflection of poor management and I thought it should be shared. The staff member at Primo's shown below told me I couldn't buy a particular pizza slice at 10:53am because they are only selling the breakfast pizza now. Even though all the pizzas are in their display case with the so called breakfast pizza. She told me the "lunch" pizzas can't be sold for 7 more minutes. I thought she was kidding and chuckled. She was dead serious. Both of the employees were just standing at the register and there were no other customers. This was my first time at this casino and was very impressed when I walked in. Guess first impressions aren't always correct. I will never be back!

Darn good pizza for a great price. I ordered a whole pepperoni and it was fantastic. I'm a pizza guy and this is good pizza. Did not expect quality pie, but was pleasantly surprised.

We were able to order drinks and bruschetta while we waited. The bruschetta came with 3 different kinds. Coming in 2nd was the roasted red pepper & ricotta. The marinated artichoke was good but came in 3rd on my scale. Added some balsamic and oil to it and it was FIRE!!! We ordered the Don and Chicken Caesar salad again. The hot honey tasted delicious on the pizza. Everything was good. We LOVE their Pizza.

I thought at first maybe a glitch in the system but she let me know why my pizzas would take so long and then escalated the situation. Just want to say thank you, I don't expect to be treated like royalty but when you take the time to make others feel important and understand situations to improve the happiness of your customers, you will always be a 5 star in my book. Great job Emma!

We've been here numerous times, and it is long overdue that I give them the five stars they deserve. The Vibe & Hospitality tucked away in the corner of a shopping center on Los Altos, this is the definition of a true locals' spot. The history here is incredible--the owner, Jim, relocated and rebuilt this business after losing everything in the Paradise Camp Fire. That "rising from the ashes" spirit is reflected in the hospitality. Jim is constantly making rounds to ensure everyone feels welcome. If you get a visit from him at your table, you'll see exactly why this place has so much soul. Jen the manager is also amazing and consistently ensures the service is fantastic. The Patio & Pet-Friendly atmosphere the patio is a great space and is very pet-friendly. We've brought our beagle, Bodhi, and Jim even made a point to come out and say hello to him personally. Those small touches are what turn a restaurant into a favorite. The Food & Drinks the menu is top-tier. A few standouts from our many visits: * The Deep Dish Pizza: A total showstopper. When it hits the table, it literally turns heads across the entire restaurant. It requires a 45-minute prep time, but it is absolutely worth the wait. * Burgers & French Dip: The burger is easily one of the best in the Reno/Sparks area, and the French Dip is amazing. * The Wings: Often wings are just an afterthought, but these are really, really good. * The Bar: They have a solid craft beer selection (the flights are a must) and their Aperol Spritz and French 75 are perfectly executed. Whether you are looking for a great aesthetic, a lively sports bar energy, or just a high-quality meal, this is the spot. Support this local business--you won't regret it.

They are cut like a chip with properties of a fry and delicious. Toppings go all the way to the edge on the pizza. There is an area that has some arcade games which is fun for the kids to play while waiting for the food and even after. It keeps them entertained. It feels like the kind of place that works best if you're bringing kids, letting them play in the arcade, and making it more of an outing than just grabbing food. That said, the service was pretty slow. Even though it didn't seem very busy, it took around 30-40 minutes to get the food after calling it in, which felt a bit long. The pizza itself reminded me a lot of Shakey's because it use to be one, which was nostalgic and pretty good overall. But for the price, it did taste a little on the cheaper side and wasn't especially exciting. The biggest disappointment was the mojo potatoes. I was looking forward to them, but they came out greasy and tasted like they may have been cooked in older oil, so I didn't really enjoy them. Overall, Boulevard Pizza is decent if you're going for the family/arcade experience, but I probably wouldn't think of it as a great takeout or delivery-style pizza place. The surrounding area also feels a little rough, which may be worth keeping in mind depending on when you go.

Looking at all of the options, we decided to give The Blind Onion Pizza and Pub on Victorian Avenue in Sparks a try, before we headed back out of town. It was an early Monday, but upon arrival, we were greeted by a nice young man. He took our order and was very attentive to get us our cups for water and a hint when the food should be ready. We ordered a side Caesars salad to share and a large 1/2 General's and 1/2 Carnivore Pizza. We took a seat at a table near the main entrance, as we were the only customers there at 10:50 AM. Within minutes, the young man delivered our side salad with two small containers of dressing. The salad was plenty big for two and was quite refreshing on a hot August day. After we finished the salad, our pizza was delivered to our table. He also offered and brought out some ranch dressing and some of their hot honey, which was to die for. The pizza came with Red Sauce on the entire pie and half with Mozzarella, Salami, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Black Olives, Mushrooms, Mixed Bell Peppers & Red Onions. The other half came with Mozzarella, Canadian Bacon, Salami, Pepperoni, Linguiça & Italian Sausage. The crust was thick, spiral shaped dough that was done to perfection. We ate from our respective sides of the pie and it was fantastic. Having enjoyed pizza across the western states, this was near the top of the list. The crust dipped in their hot honey was the bomb! We boxed up what was left and took it home to enjoy as planned-overs. If you are in the Reno/Sparks area and looking for some great pizza, give The Blind Onion Pizza and Pub a try. Enjoy!

On to the food... 1st visit: Never would have considered putting honey on a pizza but it was a pleasant mix of sweet and savory that I'd eat again. Good crust, good cheese. The hot honey was good too. The garlic cheese bread had its good bites and its meh bites. the cheese was inconsistent (some squares had none) as was the garlic. Baked nicely, but the cook could have done better. 2nd visit: Did their slice special with a beer. The slices took a while because they were fresh to order. Not sure if that's normal or not. Good sized portion and good flavor for a "basic slice" or pizza. It's got some flop, if you know what that means.
