Amazing! If I lived in Reno; I would come here all the time. I love breakfast and breakfast that is out of the ordinary is a total great find. Great Full is one of those finds. I grabbed the paleo breakfast bowl with so much sautéed veggies and it was topped with egg and a protein. I decided on salmon. Big bowl and I ate it all! Great space and great service. Please come and create your own adventure.

Last Monday, friends and I had another delicious brunch at Great Full Gardens-Midtown. The restaurant is cheery and bright, the food is fresh and tasty (with So Many veg, vegan, and gluten-free offerings), and the service is always friendly and attentive. Monday we had Juli's Breakfast Tacos, Huevos Pupusa, the Pollo Taco Salad, and a Gingerbread Latte with oat milk. Everything was super delish and we'll be back soon!

Approaching a week overdue on this review. Jack was incredibly awesome to us last Sunday (12/28). The place was poppin, which is typical for Sunday brunch. We ordered the Chilaquiles and a Frittata.. Mimosas and a few more items. Everyone was stoked. No complaints. Oh, aside from someone's eggs being overcooked ((shrug)) i'unno. Highly highly recommend, per usual.

Visited GreatFull Gardens twice in 2 weeks and I am still loving them. Have had a craving for their plant based options, mainly the paleo bowl and Julie's breakfast sauté. Both options are very good with tofu. Had the mushroom latte thus morning. Nice uncaffeinated treat. The raw desserts are delicious and healthy. No guilt here!

This is an incredible health food restaurant in Reno. Our server was incredibly helpful and nice, and the food was fresh and delicious. In a city full of junk food this place really saved our day and gave us a nourishing meal. It's a funky interior, and the place has soul. We even got a few fresh draft beers from Russian River Brewing. It was priced very fairly as well.

I stopped in for an early dinner on Thursday night after a long drive from the Bay Area in heavy rain. I sat at the counter, which wasn't the best choice for atmosphere, but the place came highly recommended by friends. I loved that they have a large menu with plenty of options to choose from. I ordered the wild salmon with two sides of vegetables, which were fresh asparagus. The food was piping hot, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Reno.

Great Full Gardens is hands down my all-time favorite restaurant. I'm vegetarian, and I love that they have so many options for me, while also offering plenty of choices for my family and friends who aren't. Whether you're looking for something super healthy or a little more on the indulgent side, the food is always high quality and made with care. I usually come once or twice a week, and brunch with my family is my favorite time to visit. If you don't drink caffeine, I definitely recommend their mushroom blend drink, it's amazing! Or, if you're in the mood for something fresh, you can't go wrong with their freshly squeezed OJ. The servers here are pretty amazing... always kind, attentive, and accommodating. What really stands out is that both the servers and kitchen staff have been there for as long as I can remember, which says a lot about how well the owners take care of their team. The atmosphere is always welcoming and genuine. Check out their Instagram! Their staff makes some of the funniest reels, and it really shows the great energy they bring into the restaurant every day.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is always so cheerful and friendly. They always make each visit personal. The restaurant is clean and bright with lots of seating options including a patio option. To drink, I ordered a glass of champagne and a glass of their made-in-house strawberry lemonade. I combined them to make my own ultimate mimosa. It was delicious! For an appetizer, I had the stuffed mushrooms. I had one with the vegan cheese and one with the regular cheese. These were delicious! They were large and flavorful. They weren't greasy like other stuffed mushrooms at other places. For my main, I had the Crabcake Benedict with quinoa salad. The crabcake was full of flavor and had little to no filler. The eggs were beautifully cooked for a benedict. The hollandaise was creamy with the perfect amount of acidity and spice. The quinoa salad was BEYOND DELICIOUS! If you haven't tried it yet, you are seriously missing out! I can't wait for my next healthy and delicious meal at Great Full Gardens-Midtown.

Had a really enjoyable breakfast. Salmon Benedict. Plenty big for my usually ravenous appetite. Cooked perfectly. Big glass of apple juice was fresh squeezed. Saw other meals coming out of the kitchen which also looked delicious. Service was genuinely happy and helpful. Even though it was Saturday at the brunch hour we were seated immediately. Full endorsement. Definitely will return.

Best restaurant in Reno, best staff, freshest organic ingredients, undefeated vibes. There's something for everyone at Great Full Gardens, from health nuts to meat eaters. Literally every time I come in, the music is a mood, and it's always just the right one. The place is clean and bright and welcoming. We first visited Great Full Gardens when we were in Reno for vacation in April 2025. As someone with food allergies and celiac, it's the kind of restaurant I dream about. When my husband proposed relocating to Reno from the Bay Area, Great Full was a big selling point. We moved here in September 2025. Reno has everything we love, including this special spot, where you'll find us 1-2/week, minimum! As of March 2026, we've eaten at Great Full at least 50 times, always with great service, and I've never been "glutened," as they take great care with food handling. You already know from the zillion reviews that the food is fresh, tasty, and healthy. It's rare to find a restaurant that serves high quality organic food, and knows how to cook it properly. My faves are the frittata for breakfast, the warm kale salad or Bismarck Pizza for lunch, and Vatapa for dinner. The ahi tuna as an appetizer, or an add on to a salad is an entree sized dish, well priced and is incredible with the sesame crust and wasabi mayo. They have wonderful soups by Gino The Soup Man that you also buy frozen there, or at Whole Foods. Oh, and don't miss the dessert cups, to die for! What makes Great Full Gardens even more special is the staff. Everyone we meet seems happy to be there. Love and care goes into the food, and the way customers are treated. I have no doubt that the positive culture starts at the top. At the midtown location, we've had outstanding service multiple times by Jack, Chelsea and Kay, and most often by Tracy, who's kind of the heartbeat of the whole place, and makes us feel like part of the family. We love Tracy's sense of humor and attention to detail. I think he's been working here since they first opened, or close to it. Tracy, and the whole team are top notch, and always take care of us. Side note, thanks to the chefs for all my special requests! A big thank you to all the wonderful people that make this place hum. Great Full is a second home for us, and we hope they continue to have great success. I give them my highest recommendation.

If you are "new" to the Reno dining scene like we were, don't miss this restaurant. The menu has so much to offer for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans! So many choices! We were seated immediately on. Busy Saturday morning around 11:00 am. Very friendly servers and staff! Hubby had the salmon Benedict. Being on my never ending diet, I chose al a carte options. Perfectly poached eggs and toast and a side of bacon for protein. Fun interior dining room with some local art for sale on the walls too. Reasonably priced. Will return!

Would non vegans enjoy this place? I'm trying to find a compromise for my daughter who's newly vegan. My husband likes his meat and dairy and I'm struggling to find a place with middle ground. Thanks in advance.

Yes of course. They have meat and seafood options!

Does Great Full Gardens-Midtown have a Veterans Discount, and how much is it? Thank you.

They gave me a veterans discount the other day, but it was only off of my entree not the whole ticket. My entree was $17 (with my added ingredient) the discount was $1.50. I believe the discount is 10% off of the entree without add-ons.

Shoutout to our main waiter Bryce! He was solid! He was extremely attentive and made it his mission to check up on us every few minutes and after we received our appetizers, entrees, and desserts. 10/10 service. We ordered 2 cokes, the crab cake, a bone marrow and a beef carpaccio to start, two beef wellingtons, the broccolini, and two sticky toffee puddings. Everything was delicious. The crab cake was dense and full of crab. Paired with their citrus aioli, it was chefs kiss. The beef carpaccio was amazing. The beef was tender and was topped with an egg yolk sauce that really brought the savoriness to the beef. The bone marrow was thick, well seasoned, and melt in your mouth delicious. The beef wellingtons were med rare and juicy. The root veggies were tender but not soft. The potato puree was smooth and creamy and the Demi glaze was the icing on the cake. It brought everything together. When we got our sticky toffee puddings, we thought they were a bit small but we were pretty full by that point anyways so we didn't mind. Just as we were finishing them, Bryce brought over two massive ones and an apology. Apparently there was a mix up and the ones we ate were for the tasting menu. So we ended up taking the big ones to go which was great because that meant dessert for later. Overall, the meal was superb, the atmosphere was lovely, the service was impeccable, the staff were friendly, and the vibes were solid. 10/10 would recommend. P. S. The riverside setting made for a relaxing atmosphere and was a great place to spend a summer afternoon. We started with the Crab & Salmon Cakes, and they were outstanding. The presentation was beautiful, and each cake had a perfectly crisp exterior while remaining delicate inside. You could clearly taste both the crab and salmon, and the slightly spicy aioli complemented them perfectly without overpowering the seafood. For cocktails, I ordered the Tequila Mockingbird, and it was excellent. The mezcal's smoky flavor came through clearly, almost reminding me of a good Scotch, yet it had just enough sweetness to keep it balanced. If you enjoy spirit-forward cocktails that aren't overly sweet, I'd highly recommend it. My wife ordered the Razz Jazz and later the Rosé All Day. She loved the Razz Jazz, describing it as refreshing, lightly sweet, and lemony, with enough alcohol flavor to remind you it's a cocktail without being overpowering. The Rosé All Day was another refreshing choice and perfect for a warm afternoon on the patio. For lunch, we ordered the French Dip and the Tri-Tip Sandwich. The French Dip was tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the rich au jus. The Tri-Tip Sandwich was loaded with smoky, well-seasoned beef on fresh bread. It was a bit richer than I personally prefer, but the quality of the meat was undeniable. The fries were a standout in their own right, perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and seasoned just right. Wild River Grille isn't the least expensive lunch in town, but the quality of the food, expertly crafted cocktails, attentive service, and beautiful riverside patio made it feel well worth the price. We ordered the Imperial Japanese Chicken Wings, the Frenchified Burger, and an order of poutine. The star of the meal was the chicken wings with the wasabi ranch dipping sauce. The seasoned shoestring fries served alongside were also excellent. The burger was very good, but it was essentially meat, sauce, and cheese. I like a little freshness on my burgers, so I was missing some lettuce and tomato. Fortunately, I substituted a salad for the fries and ended up piling most of it onto the burger. Next time, I'll just ask for those toppings to be added. The poutine, however, didn't quite live up to the versions I've had elsewhere. I'm not sure if they used white cheddar curds, but they were almost completely melted instead of retaining that signature squeaky texture. The gravy was just okay, and I don't think shoestring fries are the best choice for poutine since they don't hold up as well under the toppings. Overall, I'd definitely come back--especially for the wings and another burger.

I had a tough time deciding between the Homegrown Burger and the Alaskan Salmon, but I went with the burger. It was cooked exactly how I requested, juicy, flavorful, and easily one of the better burgers I've had in Reno. I'd give it a 9.2/10. My wife ordered the macaroni and cheese. She thought the flavor was delicious, but the sauce was a little thinner than she prefers, so she gave it a 6/10.
