Im giving this a 3 star because I went there today to pickup my orders and while I was waiting for my food this one worker name Jessica had came out with a mop bucket to put away so after she had put it away she went straight to pickup the the pizza cutter and started cutting the pizza and taking pizza out of the oven with out washing her hands so I had asked one of the employee to tell her to go wash her hands and I think she had a smart remark and then the employee that was telling her to do so she still didn't do it she continue to cut the pizza or whatever she was doing and didn't wash her hands then she walked to the back after that idk if she washed her hands or not. But other then that I was eyeing her making sure she didn't didn't touch my food because of she did they would've have to make me a new pizza. And I wouldn't think none of them would like to do that. Never know they probably would've messed up my food. So whoever the manager is I think she's need more food safety trainings and keep her away from ppl food because I think you guys wouldn't want anyone to get sick. But other then that just tell her wash her hands and calm down with that attitude because I didn't ask for the manager I just asked an employee to tell her to wash her dirty hands after touching a dirty mop bucket but damn imagine her after using the restroom. I would've token a pic of her but she's luck I didn't have my phone on me or else I would've had took a pic of her and recording her and posted it up. So, I personally really enjoy pizza x two. My family and I have been getting pizzas from here for years and for the quality and price I really don't order pizza or wings from anywhere else. Their wings are pretty fatty, but I love that about them. I like to get them with the spicy Parmesan sauce, so good! I also really like that I can order my pizzas with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara. I have pretty specific modifications on my orders and they always get it right. I think you should really give this place a chance if you haven't already. read more

This is my favorite local pizza spot. I always order the cheesy garlic bread sticks. They're pie shaped and the size of a small pizza. They come with a side of marina and they always give two cups of sauce without charging extra. You may wonder, why not just order a small cheese pizza? Well the difference is in the sauce... I like control of how much sauce I get on each bite - sometimes I don't want any at all. These breadsticks give me the best of both worlds - pizza and breadsticks. I love the blend of cheeses they use and the crust is the perfect crispy/soft ratio. The best part is they only charge $4.95 for all that delicious goodness! Plus they deliver super quick. My favorite pizza shop in OC for sure. I usually get the pickup special ($7.99) for a large one topping. Wow. Amazing flavor and price. I am consistently impressed. They always have the right amount of sauce/cheese/toppings. It is always cooked perfectly too, which most pizza shops mess up usually. The sauce is packed with flavor and the cheese is fresh and delicious. I am so happy I found this spot. 9$ for two people? Can't beat that! Their garlic rolls are also really good although mine were a bit soggy. Definitely check out their specials. They are opened late on weekends too (2am)! The worst delivery we have ever order. The pizza had a looot of red sauce, the pepperoni couldnt even be taste because of that much sauce and the wing... omg they were like a soup of bbq sauce with some wings. It was imposible to it that, not even our dog ate it. read more

The pizza is pretty good for the price. Nothing special. The pasta with marinara is really good! I'm giving 2 stars for the customer service and menu/price changes. Seems like as of late, every time I go into Pizza X 2 I'm met with an attitude. No apology for overcharging me, getting defensive when you point out inconsistencies with your receipt or menu items, etc. They're always busy so I'm not sure if it's just stress, but it's really off putting. Also, price and menu item changes are fine, but notifying the customers of these changes prior to having them place their order would alleviate a lot of confusion at time of pick up. ** All staff at Pizza X 2 wear masks, but they don't require customers to wear masks while in their restaurant. There are "masks are required" signs posted everywhere, but if you come in without a mask on you will still be allowed to order and wait in the restaurant for your food. I hope the above changes are made sooner than later. read more

I love the pizza here. The dough is delicious, the quality of the toppings are fresh and fantastic. Their prices are amazing. Especially on their customer appreciation day which is 1x a month where pizza is under $5, a huge amount of their amazing breadsticks are under $2 and the wings are really cheap, I can't remember the exact pricing. They are so soft and moist with the appropriate amount of cheese, it does not look it from appearance, they present and sometimes even feel like they have too much oil and or cheese but when you try it, it is the perfect combination. read more

Pros: Delivery was fast! I ordered from Eat24 and got my pizza in lest than 30 minutes, maybe even 20 minutes. And they give you a $5 promo on your first delivery. Cons: Everything was very bland :( I ordered medium cheese pizza, and breadsticks. Cheese had no flavor, neither did the sauce. Everything just needed a pinch of salt. We found this place randomly while driving towards a club . We wanted to get a quick bite to eat and pizza sounded good . I liked the seating area inside , very spacious and clean , and the woman behind the counter was friendly and attentive . I ordered a pan pizza with 3 toppings , and some bottled water. They made the pizza fresh and it came out piping hot. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but the taste made up for it. There were too many tv's on in the seating area in my opinion , made it kind of distracting and confusing where each broadcast was coming from. Other than that my experience was excellent ; great customer service , clean eating area (considering they seem to do mostly delivery ) and delicious pizza. This was my go to place for pizza growing up. I lived VERY close and my parents ordered from here at least once a week. (don't judge my parents AWESOME parenting skills.) Once I moved I unfortunately had to stop ordering from here because I was out of their delivery zone. I came back recently, is the food as good as I remember it? I'm not sure. Maybe it's hyping something up from your childhood so much in your head that when you finally try it again it disappoints. I ordered my food (1 large hawaiian pizza and 10 pcs wings) at 7:40pm online through yelp for pickup... it is now 8:40pm my estimated wait was to be 10-35 min. I arrived at 8:20pm assuming my pizza would be ready but instead they start making it when I arrive. So now I've not only waited an hour but while I was waiting, I saw the guy making the dough hold it next to a trash can and make contact with it, he then proceeded to make a pizza out of it... I wouldn't recommend this pizza place due to their lack of customer service and the irresponsible behavior of their drivers. On one night in particular, I was nearly hit by a driver who was speeding in a 25 MPH residential zone nearly hitting me and my dog as we crossed the street. When I called to let them know, they offered me free breadsticks. Really?! This was not an appropriate response to such a serious incident, and it showed that they don't take the safety of their customers seriously. Additionally, the pizza at this place is not worth the risk, as it's not even close to the quality of pizza I'm used to from NYC. All in all, I highly recommend avoiding this place. I don't want your horrible pizza or sad dough scraps just your drivers to drive safe. Its not that urgent to run someone over for your pies! Also pretty offensive to offer a side of breadsticks worth $3.25 for almost getting run over. A pie would have been more appropriate-but the taste would have killed me! read more

Ever since then we've been repeat customers irregardless of where we've lived in Long Beach. For one, they take competitors' coupons. First time customer!!!! To begin I was walking passed Pizza x Two one evening and the welcoming scent of pizza lingered through the shop. I told myself that I would try their food via delivery one day, so fast forward to last night I ordered a large pepperoni w wings over the phone, the customer service wasn't the best over the phone. So I took one star off for that. Secondly, the pizza was tasty although there was a bit too much red sauce on the pizza. The pizza dough needed to be baked a bit longer. I also noticed before writing this review that the under cooked dough and the generous amount of tomato sauce was repeatedly mentioned in the previous review comments. THE WINGS I love wings!!!! So I ordered buffalo, honey bbq, and spicy bbq. They were ok..... I would suggest that the chicken wings were less soggy and more crunchy. I took another star off for the wings. Note: These are things that can be altered and avoided by vocalizing personal preferences while ordering. " less doughy and more crunchy pizza crust" and "crunchy wings".
