The greens added a little kick, the onions perfectly sliced; almost paper thin. The green chiles cut into little morsels add that Smokey bit we crave when we think of fiesta style foods. There were bits of queso fresco crumbled over the whole thing, giving that tang. Even the brown rice was treated with the utmost respect and has the most amazing flavor and hearty texture! Lastly, I'm sure someone back there made that citrus crema from scratch and I basically licked that little ramekin clean! Thank you, thank you! A stop anyone in Junction will not regret!

Big mistake. 1) it's in the basement of an old folk's home and so it felt odd like we didn't belong, 2) it took over a half an hour to get our food, 3) some of our food was hot, some of it was warm, and some of it was cold. We were afraid to send any of it back because it could take another half hour, 4) the taste of the food ranged from mediocre at best to downright bland and awful, 5) the system for putting away your plates and trays is odd. When we had looked at photos of the menu beforehand, we thought this place would be like Kneaders. This is nothing like Kneaders. Stay far away from this place.

When I asked Bailey for the bill, I was surprised to find a charges of $.50 for mustard and $1.00 for onions. I truly love a good hot dog and these were pretty good. I wish they were grilled, but I came to found out this establishment steams their dogs and they are a grill less & greaseless. Very green and I respect that. But a dog deserves a grill. I give Bailey five stars for service. The other person named Tyron, one star.

This is literally the best pizza EVER! The people are so nice and friendly. The crust is the best crust ever. They also have wonderful homemade ranch to go with your pizza (for free). The prices are great and any pizza you want you can also get in a calzone form. All of the ingredients are fresh and wonderful. My family and I sat at the bar and they made our pizza fresh right in front of us. Sadly I don't live in Colorado but if I did I would eat this everyday because it is great. I would definitely drive to Colorado for this wonderful pizza. And would even move to Colorado so I could eat it daily. Please eat this restaurant because it is great. First off, the pizza is great! They source all their produce from local farmers which is so cool! That means when there are these nationwide recalls for salmonella or whatever, they are never hit. The antipasta salad is a great appetizer and I also really love their garlic cheese bread. The owners are sweet and super helpful and you can tell all the staff work super hard.
