Hidden gem not too far from the hotel row in GJ. Great break from the usual chain food one gets when on a road trip. We had the Mediterranean pizza. Their normal crust is thin but if you ask them they will bake the pie with a slighter thicker crust. Wow, talk about great food! We ordered traditional wings, carnivore calzone, and a kid's pepperoni pizza. I had my calzone with white sauce and pesto and that was a great combination. The wings had tons of flavor and were perfectly crispy! My daughter even ate the crust on her pizza and she never eats the crust! This is a family owned business. Scott came to our table to see how everything was and his kids Ethan and Jade were just as friendly! Not sure why the ratings are so high. Maybe it's just one of the best pizza places in this area. Everything didn't taste as good. They only do thin crust, which is fine. But there's more cheese than meat and sauce. So everything tasted bland or at least a bit off. Again, this might be one of the better pizza places in this area. So, if you never really had pizza before or are just hungry, then this place might a good fit. Not saying the pizza was terrible, just saying it's not the best and shouldn't be rated as high. Toppings were a little sparse for what one would expect but the let down was the crust. The crust was doughy and lacked any crispness. Basically had the same firmness as the cheese on top it. The service was great, everyone was so kind and helpful and the environment was very fun with great music. When I first walked in with my party, we were the only ones there (around 6:00 PM) but by the time we left every table was full and two DoorDash deliveries had been picked up. We were craving pizza after a long day on the mountain bike trails and this place hit the spot. My hubby and I eat gluten free and this is the best gf crust I've ever had hands down. I ordered a medium cheese pizza to go from here last week and it was the best decision I have made recently. I always have to try new pizza places and this will now be my favorite place to order pizza in all of Grand Junction. It wasn't too thin and it wasn't thick. It smelled so good in the car and tasted amazing. It was a great cost too. They have the good ranch as well. The workers were really nice and friendly. I watched them cut multiple pizzas and they took their time and it was cut perfectly even. They do not skimp on the cheese and there wasn't too much sauce. Do not order extra cheese because you won't need extra. Every pizza I've had has lots of cheese!! You must try this place for yourself. read more

While I enjoyed the balsamic-vinaigrette dressing other reviewers preferred their Ranch-dressing, home-made. If I lived in Grand Junction I would probably order this salad several times per week.
