The waitress told us it was specially cooked for 20 minutes in the bag (can't remember the specific details, but it involved some special prep), Unfortunately, it wasn't very flavorful and the pieces were few and small. My mother commented that it seemed like Chinese steamed fish and couldn't understand what was so special about the dish. We finished up with the tiramisu, which was different from the standard versions I've tried in the past. I think it was a bit too dairy/cream heavy for me (given my lactose intolerance).
