I wish I could leave zero stars. Let me start off by saying I LOVE this establishment in salt lake and cottonwood heights. I eat there all the time. This location, howevis terrible. The employees are rude and need training. We received our pizza made incorrectly. I told the waitress and asked if it could be corrected, with attitude she said yes, walked away and picked the toppings off and turned around and said this should be correct. I asked her to remake it because that is unsanitary and she should not be touching the food without clean gloves. The 3 girls behind the counter all rolled their eyes... the next pizza was cold and soggy and still incorrect. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager agreed it was not made up to their standards but also did not believe the girls would remake it without tampering with it. I asked for a refund and the 3 girls made rude comments the whole time. Unfortunately I will no longer be coming here. I wanted to update and say that I am overly impressed with how the company handled this situation. The manager reached out, and because of that we tried the restaurant again. The employees there today were kind and helpful. Our food was excellent. The corporate office also reached out and helped work our what happened. All in all I will now be going back to Pizzeria Limone in Bountiful and am more than happy with how this turned out. read more

Let me start off by saying I don't write reviews. I've been a customer of Pizza Limone for 4 years now. From family parties to neighborhood get togethers Limone has never disappointed - until today. The bountiful employees definitely need a training in what this business is about. Looking around the restaurant as we waited for an employee at the counter we noticed of the 5 people in the restaurant all had their food, while the three employees up front were huddled in the back chatting away. At 5:49PM my payment went through and we waited. At 6:20PM our pizza's landed on the table (typically takes under 10 min). One Burratta and one Viola. The tables were dirty - I can't see why when the employees have enough time to get into 'break time' as they wait for customers. My pizza was far from hot and fresh - not even close to warm. I assume it sat around for 20 minutes while the other pizza was prepared. I walked the pizza to the employee hanging behind the counter and ask if they now served the burratta pizza cold. He asked the employee who made the pizza and she shrugged. I stood in awe. "Well this pizza is cold. Maybe you could put it through the oven again for me." The employee responded, well it's was probably cold from the cheese on top.... (no comment.) Is he challenging me I thought - "Well there's no cheese on the bottom so I can't imagine that's the case." After a minute of explaining "Cold" He responded he'd make me another. At this time my party had finished dinner and I sat around waiting for 15 more minutes when the order finally arrived. "Nice and hot," another employee (I'd imagine someone who watched over the younger employees) responded as he wished us a good night. I won't be back to the bountiful location. read more

Tried the bountiful location for the first time tonight with my husband. We are very disappointed with the pizzas we got. The red sauce was very weird tasting. We have been to the one in south Jordan and loved it so that's why we tried the bountiful one since we just moved here. We probably won't be coming here again. We are so sad it wasn't good! They need to go to the south Jordan location for some training!! They have the best pizzas in that location. The two stars are because the location is nice and the girls working were nice as well. The service was amazing, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I frequently visit the location in South Jordan at the District and I generally order the same thing every time. Dana recommended I try a new salad, the Catania, and it was absolutely delicious. Apparently it is only available at the Bountiful location so I will definitely be coming back here! The Margherita pizza was perfect. Also, try their passion fruit lemonade. It is to die for! read more

No joke as the other reviews mention this location is an absolute disaster. I read them all and thought to myself it couldn't be that bad. Well it's not, it is 10 times worse. I have been eating at pizzeria Limone for 5 years at least 1-2 times a month. My pizza was covered in flour, missing ingredients, and completely under cooked. There were other Customers complaining about the wait. The kitchen was dirty. One of our pizzas was a full sized Napoli that was smaller then my kids cheese pizza. Stick with Ti Amo in colonial square, I only came here because Sunday options are limited in bountiful. I don't blame the workers all 3 of them were severely understaffed. The owner needs to take responsibility and get these poor kids some help and direction. Until then stay away. read more

Literally do not waste your time. Drive to the one in salt lake and back. You'll have your pizza faster. First time we went it was busy however after sitting over a half hour we realized they forgot our food, so we brought it up to them, it then was another 15-20 minutes before we got our uncooked pizza. So we thought it's been a few weeks let's try again. We sat for 40 minutes. My husband pizza was uncooked and wrong. He finished his pizza before i even got mine, which for the record was a cheese pizza. Pretty basic. Will not be going back, which is a shame. read more

Not only is this a great place to get authentic thin crust pizza in a casual dining atmosphere they also have fresh in-house produced gelato. This is the latest opening for this local chain and the Bountiful area is fortunate to have them here. Favorites are their Pera with prosciutto, sliced pears, read onions and pistachios along with a fresh Sicilian Lemonade and a dish of pistachio Gelato or a lemon brownie. read more

So disappointed... 7 months pregnant and was craving a pizza from her that has been great the last few times I've gotten take out (which is everytime & have never had this issue) and I couldn't have been more disappointed when I got home. The cheese was barely close to being melted all the way, but there was an ungodly amount of cheese on the pizza that it prevented the crust from actually rising underneath, aside from how much oil was used, the pizza flopped straight down when you pick up a piece it was so soggy it was hard to eat. Somehow the underneath of the pizza looked burnt. I had to pull off so much cheese, and I ended up eating mostly the crust AFTER I had tried to put it back in the oven at home to melt the cheese more and try to make is less soggy. What a lost cause that was. I went to here to get pizza I was craving and my husband went to papa johns instead to get the pizza he liked. I would have much rather eaten his than mine. It's going to be a long while until I come back to eat here again. I've noticed since my first visit a few months ago that even the staff has become less pleasant or have zero personality. Best pizza in Utah! The workers are so kind and attentive to our needs! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by the cashier and were given a whole rundown of the menu, which was really helpful! The smiles on the workers would make anyone want to come back! The pizza had just the right amount of cheese and was not soggy! The crust was delicious and the toppings on the pizza were exceptional! To start off I would like to say we go here often and it's always great and consistent. Today when I went there the line was long and the staff was a little overwhelmed with it being very busy for a Sunday. The thing that I would like to point out is that I'm not sure if it's this area but some people / customers are very rude to the staff and they tend to act extremely childish. Dont yell at the staff when its busy. I have witnessed this more than three times in the past few weeks. This is not Little Caesars, it does take a few minutes..If you are one of these people reading this, act accordingly. If you give respect you get respect. This is easily the best pizza in bountiful. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. If you come here definitely get a side of there blue cheese dressing and dip your pizza in it. My family had a very pleasant experience at this location and we will defiantly be back when we need our pizza fix. read more

I love Pizzeria Limone, but this location was a disaster. Walking in, it was pleasant with an offer to taste their freshly squeezed lemonade and try their handmade gelato. My family was getting take out, but the wait was an hour and a half long. There were no tables to sit for a half hour of this wait time, it was also uncomfortably hot, so we sat outside waiting for the to-go order. During the first half hour of standing, we were near the pizza makers, since it was an open kitchen. The woman in charge of confirming orders to go to the tables was confused for half of the orders, forgot certain items, and quickly blew off our inquiry about our order multiple times. While it was admittedly busy, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, there was no apology for any of the wait nor mix up in multiple orders. It was obvious the staff was new, and not well trained. This behavior from the staff was nonprofessional and inexcusable. By the time we got our order, the pizzas were made wrong, and the onions (the best part in my opinion that adds a kick of flavor) in the margherita pizzas were missing. It was a big disappointment, but it would have been too much of a hassle to fix the pizzas. read more
