This one serves up ALL vegan pastries , coffee cakes , vegan pop tarts and they've got empanadas ... like whaaaat?!! This time I opted for my usual UNSWEETENED matcha latte with almond milk . The coffee is just ridiculously good. The flavors are so good and incomparable to other coffee shops everything tastes so fresh and rich. The stores are always so cozy and inviting on the inside. Amazing vibes for studying or just taking a time to get away. A great third place. On top of all this the staff is always absolutely kind and work quickly, effectively, and consistently. 10/10 I hope everyone can experience this place in their life time.

THE LOCATION: in a bustling and popular shopping center with tons of parking, and other fun businesses, right off the 1604 in the Alamo Ranch area. I have no idea what to expect so I just burst thru the doors like I owned the joint ready to embrace something new. THE MENU: aside from some lovely beverages, the dessert offerings are pretty straightforward. CHEESECAKE!!! And in the best possible, gourmet, decadent way. My eyes were popping out of my head! THE SERVICE: Lucky for me, a very patient gentleman behind the counter was available to assist me during a lull. I'm very grateful for the time he took to answer all my questions. THE GOODS: I knew I wanted cheesecake tonight, but after watching those sweet treats watching me right back through a shield of glass, I understood that I NEEDED cheesecake, and stat! While there were sooo many flavors available in the jars, I wanted to eat cheesecake the traditional way; with a fork to slowly dissect and discover the flavors and texture of each layer. By all appearances, these treats are not your average cheesecake and I'm so intrigued. I choose one slice of each flavor available. At $9 per slice, I'm lucky there were only 3 flavors at this hour. Lol! The jars, btw, are $7 each. Now, I had to ask what ingredients were in each flavor becs there is no written description anywhere in the store. The names do no justice in identifying what you're getting either. Names like "Summer Daze" and "Midnight Berry" leave much to the imagination. Sure, you can see chocolate and/or raspberries, but believe me... you don't really know what treasure you've got until it's melting on your tongue. I can't get home quick enough to meet up with the hubby again. Yayyyyyy! Dessert!!! THE TASTES: Heaven. Nirvana. Jack standing at the bow, arms stretched wide shouting, "I'm the king of the world!" That. That's what it's like. And I literally dissected and analyzed each lovely layer, mostly fluffy, decadent mousse, creamy, cheesy and rich. The crust bottoms. Holy smokes! I actually avoid graham cracker crusts but not this one. A-MAZING. Another slice had a crisp shortbread-like crust. Like, WHO DOES THAT?! Omg. I gorged until I regretted rushing in. Total amateur move. I also secretly selected 2 of the 3 slices that I knew my hubby would turn his nose up to. HAHAHAHAHA! Joke's on him. Trust me. Seriously, trust me. We had to ask what a lot of things were and how much because they didn't have a sign. The prices are reasonable and the treats are delicious regardless. I also ordered Turkish tea and was some expecting something a bit more lavish, it was just a tea bag in hot water. It fell a bit flat for my liking. I'll definitely go back for the pastries though!

We've been here several times before and I thought perhaps it was just an isolated incident. I let my emotions die down too that's why I waited this long. Just bought four drinks from our regular neighborhood Tealicious on Potranco near 1604 and just can't help finally posting this objective review. Back to the Tealicious by HEB Bandera experience, they are totally consistent...consistently providing a horrible customer service experience. The young lady in the cash register was simply impersonal, dull, and snobbish. Again, we thought this was isolated but on all those several instances we visited this location, we have exactly the same sub par customer service experience. This afternoon visit at Tealicious on Potranco, I asked the young lady if the owners are the same on both locations, she verified it not the same. The staff at the Bandera location needs to learn from these excellent staff members at Potranco. No matter what time of day, or day of the week and no matter who's tending the store, the customer service at Tealicious Potranco is consistently stellar. My experience this afternoon at Tealicious Potranco made me finally decide to post my unacceptable customer service experience at Tealicious Badera. Never ever again visiting Tealicious at Badera, we'll always be loyal to our neighborhood Tealicious at Potranco! The best in customer service, consistent at all times!
