0/10 - Do Not Recommend…read more I brought my car in to diagnose issues and was told I needed a tune-up. Over several days, they repeatedly misdiagnosed the problem, gave conflicting information, and held my car unnecessarily, refusing to provide codes or clear explanations. When I politely asked questions about the repairs, the mechanic became hostile and called me a "problem client" -- basically blaming me for trying to understand what they were supposed to do. After all the confusion, wasted time, and unnecessary trips, I went to pick up my car and was told none of the promised work had been done. On top of that, they refused to provide itemized receipts and repeatedly tried to gaslight me about what had actually happened. This shop is dishonest, rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Do not trust them with your car, your time, or your money -- they will mislead you and waste your time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

Made an appointment to meet with the owner to discuss some scheduled maintenance on my car…read moreincluding timing belt, tune up and brakes. The meeting I thought went well until he said to me I needed to give him a deposit for the parts which I responded I would need a price estimate for the repair first. That said, I fully intended to let him do the work, but who commits to anything prior to knowing the cost? The work order was written up, but I never heard back from him. I went back to the shop a few weeks later to speak with the owner again, but he conveyed the message via his receptionist that he was too busy to speak with me. That was last I heard from him and I never received an estimate. I think it was probably best, for the looks of the location doesn't exactly inspire trust, so I got the work done at the dealership even if it did cost more.
