Even better, they partner with other small local businesses. This week, their Melody's S'peach'less ice cream features Michigan peaches from J&S Farms, and their ice cream sandwiches co-star cookies from Sarkozy's. This is often one of the first food trucks to sell out at events like the Night Market (third Thursday of every summer month at Bank Street) and the Kalamazoo Farmer's Market (every Saturday morning at Bank Street), so hit them up first for the delightful yums. They also cater, which would be a super fun way to support local at an event. La!
