And it was so refreshing to be able to shop in a clean, air conditioned showroom. No pressure from sales people and a huge variety and selection. It was so easy to call, make an immediate appointment and then just show up and pick out your car. Aside from researching the shop and reading reviews online, I think it took me less than an hour from start to finish. The vehicle was already detailed and ready to go! Found the vehicle I was looking for. Made an appointment with PK Motors owner, Patrick, to finalize sale. Process was seamless, made payment and head to my home in Southern California. I am happy with the car itself, no complaints. Unfortunately, I stopped on the way home to check something in the manual, no manual. Once home I contacted Patrick and he "found" it in his office. He said that he would mail it and he did, without the case. Called him back, he acted surprised and blamed it on an employee. Said he would take care of it, never did. Ended up having to buy one on EBay. If you purchase a car from PK be sure to check that everything is there, post sale service is basically nonexistent. Also be sure to confirm how many key fobs come with the car. Unfortunately mine only had one and I've been quoted $800 - $1,000 for a spare. My family and I had a wonderful experience with PK Motors. We initially found a car we liked on their website, so I called to see if it was still available. I spoke with Lydia who told me it was and that they do showings by appointment. So we scheduled an appointment and went to see it the very next day. We loved the car and decided to think about it overnight. The next morning we came back to test drive it, and PK actually let us take the car for a few hours to get lunch and really get a good feel for it. I thought that was really cool of him. We drove it back and officially purchased the car! It was a smooth and simple process that overall took less than 24 hours from first viewing the car to driving it home. I also appreciate that they do free diagnostics for the life of the vehicle. PK is very personable, and him and Lydia make a great team. Apparently, walk ins are welcome yet they prefer appointment to have individual time with you. Upon arrival, I texted the phone number and Oscar let us into the showroom. Next, I met Lidia who let me know that if I was serious about buying the car they had to run my credit before driving the vehicle. After spending a lot of time looking over the vehicle closely, I decided to move forward. I later met with PK who ran my credit and I was approved instantly to drive the vehicle. I was careful around the back streets and decided to buy the vehicle. What I liked about my experience is that there weren't 20 sales people standing out front. I loved the fact that the credit check was quick and discussing numbers with PK is straight and to the point no back and forth. Do your research regarding the car you want and see what PK has to offer on the floor. I am pleased with my vehicle and I think PK and Lidia are straight forward and honest. I contacted pk motors via text message from their web site to determine if the vehicle was still available prior to heading down to look at it. They indicated that they did indeed still have the car available and they would reach out to me. I waited for hours with no response so I drove down to their location which is in a strange light industrial area of north Las Vegas I attempted to open the door into the showroom however it was locked so I called their number and then a gentleman came out to meet me and asked him why is the door locked and he said they show cars by appointment which is rather strange since every other dealership I have ever been to they are practically begging you to come in .. anyways we went to look at the vehicle and when I asked to go on a test drive I was told they don't do test drives until you get the numbers right. Which I promptly left. I have bought and sold many cars in my lifetime and I have never heard anyone tell me this I am writing this review to help people understand what your getting yourself into down there read more
