Our family has a unique situation and I want to share with the community there in Las Vegas how…read moregrateful we are that we met Nick, Ana and Eddie of Best Auto Buy, who helped me buy a 2002 Dodge Ram conversion van with a wheelchair lift in it for my brother who lives in Oregon. I had been looking for some time and running out of options because of the cost. This fit our budget and barely. Through a lot of phone calls and a lot of emails, texts, mail and pictures we were able to get the deal done! They went above and beyond in regards to helping us purchase the van from out of state. My brother is in Oregon and it's going to him. I am in California and I'm in route to go visit him next week. If all goes well the van lands in Oregon just before I do. Nick and the gang there had the van taken all the way to the other end of town, to T&M Automotive to be inspected for us a couple weeks ago. (T&M Automotive are also really good.) My only regret is that it's more than likely a one-off thing because we located the van there at their store. I would gladly work with them as much as I could in the future because they really went above and beyond in this very difficult case. Nick was even texting me and the team there from out of the country while on vacation! That's service! Even if we don't, I want to make sure the community there knows it would ONLY be due to distance but I want everyone to know how wonderful they are and anyone else from out of state dealing with them knows how wonderful they are. I also want to thank you guys again and wanted to put it in writing so that it would help your business. Thank you for doing right by us. Thank you for doing everything you said. Thank you for representing the vehicle fully and transparently. My brother is super excited about it and it is a life-changing experience for him. If I could give this company zero stars I'd genuinely would. They sold me a car with almost 200000…read moremiles on it, looked to have no issues. Did a test drive and knew right away the car needed to loosen up the breaks and the wheel was leaning to the right. We let them knew about the issues, they claimed they would fix the issues before we picked up the car free of charge. Once we picked up the car the brakes seemed to be okay, but still leaning to the right possibly a wheel alignment. We let them know about the issue again. They claimed when we picked up the car it would be fixed, the mechanic was not there when we went back. We called again to see if they could fix it another day but they refused saying that we need to pay for the repairs since we caused them (note that we barely owned the car for a month and let them know before that the car needed a possible wheel alignment!). Took the car recently to an actual mechanic, the car has a broken axel and the ac needs to be completely repaired, these are extremely dangerous and major issues especially living in Las Vegas with the severe heat an, $800 fix. They sold me a faulty car with many issues, disgusting individuals and they do not care for their customers. If you are looking at places to purchase a new vehicle you are honestly better off buying on craigslist at least they will be honest with the cars issues.
