Their inventory is absolutely gorgeous with only clean-title vehicles at very competitive prices. We worked with Lidia, who was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Since they're appointment-only, you get a personalized experience where you can take your time looking at the vehicle you're interested in. She even showed us a few other options that would fit our family's needs. We ultimately purchased a Porsche Cayenne and it is absolutely beautiful and in excellent condition! Once we submitted our financing application, we were able to take it for a test drive. We actually have a friend at our credit union, but the credit union PK Motors works with was able to get us an even better interest rate! The paperwork took less than 30 minutes and we were driving our new car home shortly after. No spending hours sitting at a dealership waiting around. The entire process was efficient, stress-free, and enjoyable. PK, the owner, is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about his customers. It was one of the best car-buying experiences we've ever had. I am happy with the car itself, no complaints. Unfortunately, I stopped on the way home to check something in the manual, no manual. Once home I contacted Patrick and he "found" it in his office. He said that he would mail it and he did, without the case. Called him back, he acted surprised and blamed it on an employee. Said he would take care of it, never did. Ended up having to buy one on EBay. If you purchase a car from PK be sure to check that everything is there, post sale service is basically nonexistent. Also be sure to confirm how many key fobs come with the car. Unfortunately mine only had one and I've been quoted $800 - $1,000 for a spare. Patrick said he knew some people in SoCal that might be able to help me out, not a word once I drove off the lot. My fault for being trusting at a used car dealership.
