I just purchased a 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited from Findlay Toyota Henerson. I am very…read morepleased with my purchase and overall buying experience at Findlay. Several Toyota team members stood out and have convinced me this is the best dealership in the Las Vegas area. Firstly, Alejandro Marquez, sales representative, was excellent. Also, the sales manager, Alex Paz, was tough, honest, and made the perfect deal for me. Plus, there was Salvatore Tucci, who helped me set up the car with my phone and made many adjustments to suit my preferences. Shakra, from Customer Service, was very helpful with my DMV registration. Since I had many other options for buying my new Toyota, this team stands out for their honesty and great service. I will recommend this dealership and will be back for my next Toyota.

The full KBB price was not given as promised, they just added $4000 to trade in and added it to the sticker I never saw. Again, without my knowledge. Now there's a problem with the financing numbers, well yeah!! They have failed to call Bach for pre scheduled calls twice. Are not calling me back when I leave messages. I've bought cards there before, probably 15 Toyotas in my lifetime. I even contacted the General Manager. No response. I have to say that their service dept is amazing!!! The sales and finance departing need lessons from Service!! Very very disappointed!!!

Service department…read more I was pretty hesitant about coming back here for service, but I'm so glad I did. Victoria completely changed my experience. She was kind, patient, and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel uncomfortable or talked down to. It really meant a lot. Also, Peter runs a department with clear integrity, which is hard to find these days. I truly appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Thank you both for turning a stressful situation into a positive one! I'll be back, but hopefully not too soon

Wow! And not in a good way, I don't even know where to begin…read more. This happened last year, the day after Xmas as I was shopping for Kia EV6 GT. My original plan was to purchase a used one but if I can find a deal on a new one, why not right? I saw Kia was doing 0% APR and was hoping the deal is good for the EV6 GT. They also have 10k cash back incentive but doesn't seem to be able to combine both 0% and 10k off. (yeah I know wishful thinking) Now I've already did my homework and got another quote (out of state dealer) with the EXACT same vehicle (same color everything) so I'm comparing apples and apples here. The quote I got was at $894/mo for 72 months for a NEW 2025 Kia EV6 GT in matte blue (not my 1st color choice) The ONLY difference is Towbin decided to add almost $6,200 worth of dealer add-ons, stuff you don't really need or can get it cheaper $3,995 for Desert Protection Package - No thank you! I can get my own tint for a lot less $695 for Red Alert Braking, if you really want this, you can DIY with a $20 LED bulb.. $995 for Polysteel - Don't need $495 for GPS Locator - They're joking here right? The vehicle COMES with GPS tracking, it's called Kia Access. They also wanted $20 for SMOG fee.. yes for an Electric Vehicle! On the day of my appointment, Jesus is the guy I'm booked with. He is actually the saving grace in this review. He seems fairly new to the biz, and was already waiting for me by the vehicle. Jesus is very friendly, chill and cool (unlike 99% of the sales folks) He also knows a lot about the vehicle (or he memorized the brochure) Either way, he did his homework and it shows. We took a quick test drive together and yes I can see myself driving this on a daily. Here's the part that went sour, he called backup (yes your traditional sales guy with the phony smile pretending to be your best friend) To make this short, we went back and forth a few times, I believe the initial offer was over $1200/mo for 72months!! Like really? I wasn't having it and already told them what I'm willing to consider ($900/mo for 72 months) He comes back telling me "Am I ready to hit the bong?" He made it sound like he came down to $900/mo then I looked and it was $950/mo.. then he made this comment that really ticked me off.. something about "ONLY extra $50/mo" Yes if it's truly 50 bucks I'm all for it, but x 72 that's $3,600!! Yup that's when I started to walk away, the guy actually chased me down even as I was backing up. I received numerous text and calls later asking me to come back they are willing to deal. (yeah not happening) And guess what? Just checked their website the vehicle is STILL sitting in their lot. No surprise there!

Hey Yelp friends! So my first experiences with the…read moredealership were questionable. I'm not sure yet. We brought the beastie in for a tire replace and then after that the wheel locks went missing, so we had to purchase new ones. Then, the warning light came on before winter break and it was the computer sensor for the DEF tank. It took weeks for them to get it diagnosed, parts ordered and then installed. They had our truck for too long. Plus, we were paying out of pocket, it wasn't just a few hundred dollars. It was so stressful. We are teachers. We work at two different schools and carpooling everyday was exhausting and stressful to say the least. So when we got the truck back it seemed to be functioning. When the DEF needed filling my hubby took care of it, but then we noticed the gauge isn't showing that it was filled. So great, we knew we needed to take it back in, to my disappointment. So, we went in to the service department. My hubby explained everything and suggested they start the work right before spring break so they can have the beastie for a week and we won't be stressed. The manager spoke to the team and we have an appointment to drop it off. I'm relieved so far. Still concerned about the DEF gauge, but optimistic. They guys were welcoming when I pulled into the service area and friendly and helpful when I was pulling out. The manager made time right away to invite my hubby into his office right away to discuss what we needed and got us set up with a plan right away. So far so good. I will keep you posted. Thank you Auto Nation for the great customer service yesterday and we look forward to a successful experience when we come back in March for the servicing of the DEF gauge.

My advisor Sean addressed my concerns and gave me good expectations on what to expect. Throughout the process he had amazing communicate with myself and the lead tech to get the issues resolved. Got my vehicle back today with no issues and a good wash, which was much needed. I was initially worried that the interior may be dirty from getting people in and out of it, but was happy to find my vehicle in the exact condition I left it in. Happy that no excess miles were put on her other than about 20 which seems reasonable for test drives, pulling in and out of service dept, etc. Super grateful for the amazing service that I've had from Kazorie in sales, to bringing it in on my first service. Thanks so much guys!!!

We were out for the day with our dogs and quite a aways from home. I was able to gain access by popping off the door handle cover but I didn't get it back on right, and it got stuck and I couldn't get it off either. if we couldn't get the key fob to unlock the doors we could not get into the vehicle, and our two dogs were in the back. Even though they were short staffed and busy, Richard had Leon come up and take a look at it. Leon said this happens occasionally and can be difficult to remove the cover. Less than ten minutes later and boom, he had it off. We left it off so I can access the lock if needed. Thank you Richard and Leon you saved our day!! We now have an appointment at the dealership near our house to get the problem addressed.

Watch your receipts and parts closely at the counter…read more I went into Henderson Chevrolet to get a specific oil pan drain plug washer to fix a slow drip on my Corvette. I brought an old-style purple washer with me to show the parts counter for comparison. The employee immediately recognized it, calling it the "old style." I bought the new style washer and I ended up purchasing a new plug as well, which came with a washer pre-installed. The next day when I got out into the bright sunlight, I looked closely at the brand-new plug I was sold. It didn't have the updated, wider black rubber sealing washer it was supposed to have--the employee had sold me a new plug pre-fitted with the exact "old style" purple washer we had just discussed. The next day I went back to return the plug. When I got to the counter, there was a silent understanding between us. Not a word had to be said; he knew exactly what he had done, and he knew that I caught it. To the store's credit, I was not charged the 15% restocking fee printed on the receipt, and the return was processed smoothly. However, as an older customer, it is incredibly disappointing to feel like a parts department is trying to slip outdated or incorrect inventory past you. Trust your eyes, double-check your parts in the sunlight before you leave, and verify your paperwork.
