PCS got it handled in two days without any hassle. Long story made short: The civil process was dismissed (without prejudice) due to being unfounded. Try getting anything done with any coastal county in California like this and it'll take months!

I was later told it was because my vehicle was "running," but that was not true--my car has an automatic shut-off feature and was not running at the time. During this incident, personal and confidential items were taken from my vehicle. In another situation, I believe I was followed prior to an encounter outside a bar. When I exited, holding only water, I was physically confronted by a peace officer. Despite not being the aggressor, I was charged with assault. Based on my experience, these incidents raise serious concerns about potential misconduct, including unlawful entry, false reporting, and excessive use of force. I'm sharing this so others are aware and can stay informed about their rights when interacting with law enforcement. Accountability and transparency matter in every community.

Now I'm on it for 30+ and always late to my destination. Their system allows for add ons at any time, pushing current rider's drop-off times back. If you have an appointment, you better book your pick-up for an hour or more in advance, and pray you make it. They'll claim it's "holiday" traffic. Bs. It's been this way since they took over.
