A sprinkler line was damaged during construction and promptly repaired. He did a general tree trim for me last year and recently removed a leaning oak from the back yard. Unfortunately for Johnny, his lack of knowledge turns to anger when he is unable to intelligently speak. He tried to go over bids, without even looking at the pictures that his employee took. When I asked him to review the pics, he became belligerent. He obviously advised differently, after looking at the entirety of the situation. I shouldn't have to advise the owner on how do do their job. Johnny is a know it all, which is very dangerous, proceed with caution.
