WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!! They refuse to cancel a membership that I never signed up for and then tell me I have to come into the office to cancel it but I dont have transportation and I never had a membership with them. Been charging my account $10 for months and this month now they charged my account $25 which cause my water bill payment to get declined! I would never recommend this place to anyone ever!! BEAWARE!!!! They will make every excuse on why they wont stop charging your account... So if you cant come in person to cancel a membership you are being charged for under someone else name or you dont use, then oh well you are stuck with monthly payments regardless. This company is heartless and should be a ashamed of taking advantage of people this way. PATHETIC BUSINESS ETIQUACY!! PENNY PICHTERS!! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!! read more

Trash staff , even worse rules they literally have no one at the desk for extended periods

While I have injured myself hindering my workout abilities, I still love when I go into the gym. I love the guilt free atmosphere and versatility of equipment to rehab micro tears in a shoulder or manage bone of bone knees with exercise bikes and ellipticals. Using the QR code to see how to use a machine really cuts down on having to depend on the staff to explain how to use the equipment, however, the staff are more than glad to work with you. I absolutely love the massage chair. I need one at home!!! I also love the hydro massage chair as well. I am so glad to see this gym in my city! read more

The gym itself is great however the staff needs an entire re-haul. Only the trainer (I feel because he is older) has good customer service skills. The rest of them are rude, loud, and need some customer service training. That includes the management at this location. When you speak they don't respond or if you ask a question they respond with such a horrible attitude. I love the convenience of this gym due to location and hrs but I'm really considering changing to Fitness Connection. I would rather make that drive then deal with nasty attitudes at this location. read more
