It's smaller than Honolulu but they use the space effectively. After I got off the stairmill, I walked around to look at the equipment. He: Hey Mike Me: Yes. He: Your membership only gives you access to the location you signed up at. Me: Oh, I didn't know that. I signed up online. He: But you are good to work out here today. You just might want to look over your membership. I think there's a level that gives you access to all. Me: Thanks! Jason was great! Polite and courteous and made me feel welcomed even though I didn't read the fine print...LOL! I would definitely be back if I change to the next level of membership. Again, it has a great layout!

There is no shortage of equipment you can use for just about any exercise you are looking to do. I have also been working with a trainer there, Coach Joleen, for over two years and she has been a great coach. She is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I usually have sessions twice and week and they are a part of my week I look forward to. And she keeps me on track! She is an excellent coach that I would recommend to anyone. Mahalo, Coach!

The result is extremely disappointing where this gym should honestly put in an order to be renovated. Half of the equipment is broken and have working orders dating back to February or March. There is no ventilation so it feels musty and disgusting where you get to feel sick for most of the time and smell the sweat of every single person in the gym. Staff is 50/50 you get some nice ones and others that give you a hard time.

I have been coached by some piss poor coaches in my time. So I know mediocre, trash and top notch! Each coach here is TOP NOTCH ! My favorite is Brian. I have been working with him a long time he came from K block too. I don't know if it's because he knows us all, but he is great and brings great energy to each class! I mean he is pumped at 5am! I like when Dani Coaches too! She has so much knowledge is more than happy to share! The gym can be a bit intimidating as is it is a competitive gym, in my opinion. But all of us are athletes who come in everyday and bust our butts. So just show up and work and you will be fine! I mentioned professionalism, each time I reach out Dani emails or texts me back within the hour! She is on it! I also like how people don't bring their dogs or their kids to the gym. If you don't need it to work out it stays at home . There is also Zen planner I really like Zen planner! You sign up for your spot 12 hours in advance and that way you know exactly how many people are going to be in the class to me this gift to the coach and the athlete a chance to prepare. Like I said it's a small space so the owners are very mindful of that and making sure they cap the class sizes. I typically go to the 5 AM. Finally, I have a 15-year-old who has been doing CrossFit for approximately two years. I have watched her grow so much at this gym and each time she had asked any coach for assistance they are more than willing to demo for her, and or show her tips and tricks! I try to stay away from this area for this reason and also because parking isn't convenient. However, I love the studio. I think this studio seems to be the one with the highest level of cleanliness and the showers don't look grungy.
