I came to Carla for a free consultation last Saturday morning. She stated that I NEEDED to come into the gym because of what she wanted and that she didn't offer virtual services for this particular "program". I signed up and paid $1440 via Zelle. We agreed that I would start workouts and meal plans (the paid services) on Monday. I went home that evening and reviewed my schedule to try to find room for these visits and realized that I couldn't do the in-person program. I called her Sunday morning, less than 24 hours later and before beginning any paid services, and requested to cancel. Carla then shared that she could do virtual training and had an entire program for this, already established. What?! I stated that she told me no yesterday and that I was confused. She refused to acknowledge this fraudulent claim and stated that if I cancelled she didn't offer refunds. Again what?! I moved forward with the cancellation because I can't imagine working with someone who is willing to take someone's money like that. So now I'm out of nearly $1500 without receiving any services. Ridiculous.

Of course you can choose a male or female massage therapist. It's your choice. You can choose the type of massage you would like, it's your choice. Teheran is extremely flexible and will work with any schedule, and the price is very affordable. When you walk in, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. It smells really good too! There is a comfortable couch to relax on while you are waiting. I was offered something to drink...and a little wine (smile). Nice touch. Be careful...You don't want to over do it (LOL). Anyway, there is a private massage room off to the left. When you step into the room, you will be walking into a world of soft music, soft sheets, hot stones, hot towels, and a total "to die for" experience! Teheran is not just your average massage therapist. He is also a neuromuscular therapist and a fitness trainer. I call him: "The man with the magic hands." My daughter and I went for a massage on this past Mother's Day (5/13/18). I figured it would be a great Mother's Day gift. Boy Did I make the right decision. When my massage was over, I felt like a new person. I scheduled my next massage before I left. Because Teheran knows so much about the body and pressure points, he was able to massage my ankle in such a way that it did not swell up the way it usually does. Don't even bother coming after hours, the door lock barely works; anyone can come in!!! They've WRONGFULLY charged me a membership for MONTHS after I cancelled and refuse to refund me fully. The front desk guy was more focused on flirting than getting my membership cancellation right! Disgusting. It's upsetting when you try to support black businesses and this is how they operate. (I.e. using the squat rack to do a stretching routine) Plenty of equipment for anything you would want to do, and plenty of space on the free weight side. The downside, which is the same with every gym, is there will always be inconsiderate lifters (especially when they are at the gym with no one watching). The plates will be spread out all over on random machines and most of the time machines have weights loaded up on them. If you are strong enough to load it, you are strong enough to unload it.
