Clean bathrooms, easy access to sign up and pay for classes online, reasonable prices. The center is located in a quiet business park in Decatur. The parking is safe and very close to the building. This is a great gym to use if you want to get away from the massive buzz and traffic at the larger chain fitness centers.

The plates will be spread out all over on random machines and most of the time machines have weights loaded up on them. If you are strong enough to load it, you are strong enough to unload it.
