Great great structure from what I saw. Gym is super clean and bright. Loved how enthusiastic the members at the gym were. What a freaking awesome class. It's very beginner-friendly, so you'll notice a lot of newer or casual gym-goers, which keeps the vibe low-pressure. The amenities are a nice bonus--massage chairs, tanning, hydromassage--all more like a sports club than a hardcore gym. Bathrooms are always open, with plenty of stalls and usually well-maintained. Parking is in a shared mall lot, so it's free but can get a little crowded during peak hours. Not ideal if you're looking for heavy lifting or advanced training setups, but for everyday fitness and a stress-free environment, it's a solid choice.

The owner Frank is a gem, from day 1 he and his wife have always been supportive and always over deliver to their members. This gym is a place where people of all ages, fitness levels and body types get together to workout. I love the attitude and support of the community. I remember my first few months just wanting to stick to myself and get in and get out but it's just impossible! The staff is super helpful, friendly and they really genuinely make you believe that anyone can do it! But not in just a pipe dream but reality. I used to run a 14 minute mile in now down to under 9! If you have seen a Crossfit video, meme, joke and roll your eyes at the thought of Crossfit and the "Bro" culture that comes it it don't worry this place is not that.
