    Just picked up a Lincoln Aviator and had a great experience working with Bob Torma. I wanted to share this because buying a car can sometimes feel stressful or overly sales-driven, but this was the opposite. Bob was personable, straightforward, and respectful of my time. He wasn't pushy or salesy--he got right to the point, answered my questions honestly, and made the whole process feel easy. It honestly felt more like dealing with a friend who was helping me make a good decision rather than someone trying to make a quick buck, which I really appreciated. If you're in the market for a vehicle and want a smooth, low-pressure experience, I'd definitely recommend asking for Bob. Thanks again for making the process enjoyable and helping me get into the Aviator!

    Quinn was a great salesman. I normally dread having to buy a new car. I had been looking at getting one of the new Bronco's for a couple of years and kept putting it off. My truck finally needed to be replaced. I went to a few different mechanics and dealerships trying to find a good deal. Planet Ford was the only one that was willing to pay a fair price for my trade in truck. I think that Quinn and his manager were the ones who really made it happen. I hate to say that I met the only honest car salesman in town. It's more that they were straightforward and direct. We all knew what was going to happen. That I was eventually going to spend money somewhere and I am glad that I did with them. Thanks Quinn and Planet Ford Spring

    First, Planet Ford Spring, TX first refused to honor the recall on my 2020 Ford Eco Sport. Then, the 2020 Ford Eco Sport engine shut down on April 25, 2024, and has been at Planet Ford Service Center and took months to work on the vehicle. The vehicle received major damage due to the shutdown. When Planet Ford realized that the vehicle would need major repairs and started to demand I pay for repairs. I filed a complaint with BBB and NHSTA. On Dec 4, 2024, when I went to find out the status of the repairs I was met by Megan Wenzel and the Service Manager, Jason C Shultis. Jason informed me that Planet Ford, the director and himself had made a decision: PLANET FORD IS NOT GOING TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE AND THEY WANT THE VEHICLE FROM THEIR DEALERSHIP!!! DON'T BUY FORD!!!

    This place is amazing , I don't know what the other reviews are saying. On July 31 2024 Me and my wife went in to planet ford to look at the truck is . In less then 2 hours we drove away in a brand new 2024 F150 They experience was amazing and so are the sales team Ryan .W and Adela are amazing !!! Definitely recommend talking to them . And the finance guy Chris . That man put me a deal together I couldn't turn down . I would definitely come back in the future and upgrade my truck 10/10 recommend!!!!

    It's been many months since my visit to Planet Ford. I found the picture I took, of the card of the representative that assisted me, Brad Zook. I remembered how kind and helpful he was. He showed a feature I wasn't familiar with my key and how to unlock my car if the key battery died. I recommend visiting solely from our Interaction.

    I wanted to write this review for Ford's vehicle service department, which has standards below that of a government building. The stars of this horror show are service advisors Chance Hess and Timothy McKnight. I went in 1/8 to have my failed 2020 car radio seen, and when I walked in the lobby, everyone looked up but no one bothered to help me. I eventually found Timothy, who said I need to leave my car there for a couple weeks. The option to get a call whem my car is ready to be looked at is not there. Why even bother with an appointment anyway? There were 14 cars infront of me. I decided to take the car home and book when I was going out of town the next week Following week I got Chance Hess who is truly the artist in being the worst service advisor out there. Same story, had to leave the car there (thankfully I was going out of town). Car was left Friday 1/12, looked at the following Friday, but Chance couldnt be bothered to contact me for pickup. I had to get in touch with him on Monday 1/22. When I showed up, I was told it was a 3 month wait for parts, with no estimated delivery, they would contact me when it arrived. When it came to having my car brought out, I waited 20 minutes, chance never gave me any paperwork, and my car had not come out. I went in and asked Chance to help me get my car as there was no rush there either. He couldnt be bothered to help me. Finally another employee noticed I was waiting a while and attempted to help me. About 45 minutes later my car showed up, with no apology I decided to find the part I needed myself, ordered it, and fixed it within 15 minutes. I deeply regret even spending time at this ford. My 2020 Ford explorer computer failed in 3 years of ownership, 58,000 miles. How pathetic. I wouldnt bother bringing my car into this nightmare of a dealership for service. Unfortunately it's huge but I would love to see these guys go out of business. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else, dont deal with this circus.

    Damaged oil pan by the mobile team that even a new drain plug will not fix.

I bought a car from NexCar in July 2025, and I just got around to changing the oil on it. I found that the technician at NexCar cross threaded the drain plug (this damages the oil pan, leads to oil leaks, and can put metal shavings in the oil), and I know NexCar did this because they change the oil on all their cars. To remedy their mistake, some gorilla put RTV silicone all around the plug and WAY over tightened it (this further damaged the pan and can put silicone in the oil). I immediately took pictures and videos of their horrible repair and got a repair quote from a local shop. I sent these to Beto, a service representative, and he took days to respond after repeated calls. Today, after the car has been waiting in a shop for three days, I called again just to be informed by the owner that the cars are sold "as is" and they won't pay for the repairs. If I bought the car from someone on Facebook, I would assume such risks. However, this was an established business with seemingly good reviews. NexCar strung me around for a week waiting an answer and repeatedly ignored my calls. What NexCar did was crooked, and businesses like them give used car dealers a bad reputation. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would.

However, upon receiving the car, I discovered multiple issues that were not disclosed prior to the sale. The audio system is defective, with severe distortion even at low volume. I specifically asked about the radio as it looked like it was post-factory installed. The vehicle came with only one key, which was in terrible condition (I'd rate it 7 out of 100). On top of that, the car was never detailed before it was shipped -- the interior was dirty, and the engine bay was filled with leaves and debris, which is shocking for a vehicle with only 38,000 miles. The doors had glue all over them as someone had taken them apart and tried to put them together. None of this was mentioned beforehand and the list can go on! I contacted Angello immediately to address these issues, but after multiple attempts, I've received no response except "I will forward your message to the director" I got a loan for the can and cannot register it in California because Uptown imports did not send the pink slip to the DMV or to the bank (as they are supposed to) Eventually they ended up sending it to me! (WHAT?) How are they in business of selling cars if they don't even know what to do with the pink slip?! This level of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. If a business can't stand behind what it sells--or even respond after the sale--that speaks volumes. I've waited long enough for a resolution and am extremely disappointed in how this was handled.
