I purchased a golf club from their online website and they shipped an item completely DIFFERENT from the product images. I emailed them, but they NEVER RESPONDED. Their website offers a 30-day return policy and states "contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and MAKE IT RIGHT." I'm not a golf fanatic, I'm more of a golf club destroyer, I can hit even the hardestly hidden house, I even think I lose my ball's on purpose. But, alas I have friends who play golf, and the beer girl's I have met, have caused me to think about getting into the sport. I went into Planet Golf just because it is a hop skip and a putt from my house. I'm glad I went in. Even though they seemed a bit fraternal to other customers, a sales associate did come up and ask me if I needed help. It must of been obvious to him on how stupid I was about the sport when I asked if other then Beer Girl 101, was there any other good training tips. Listen this guy was patent with me. He explained the purpose of a Hybrid club, and showed me some great left handed clubs. Seeing that I was going into sticker shock on some of the Taylor Made's and all the other made's, he suggested I get used clubs, to replace the one's I've damaged or lost. He took me over to a linty of used lefty club's, and showed me some winners. Really a good guy, and the sale was made. Love great service. Stay away from this outfit as they will not honor their advertised prices. I found a putter that I wanted advertised online by Planet Golf Miami. I ordered it and they charged my credit card the full amount plus tax & shipping. When I did not get a shipping notice I contacted them to see when they would be shipping my putter as it was supposed to be in stock. They called and said it was ready to ship but they could not honor their advertised price even though they had already charged my credit card the full amount. They wanted another $30.00 before they would ship the putter. They just want to get the order and then try to hold their customers hostage for more money. read more

Love these guys! Eddy and Jorge were very customer friendly. went in to hit some ping G25 irons on there simulator thinking I would get the graphite shafts. Eddy reviewed my swing and stats and recommended the steel shafts instead. It was not just about the money for them and I truly appreciate that. I ended up forgetting my credit card there and got a call about an hour later. They offered to deliver it to my place (even though I live in Miami Beach) and Jorge drove over and handed it to me personally. When finally I was getting helped another employee came and asked him if he was done and started showing him some clubs. I waited patiently and when they were done they both left.
