I don't recommend this place for your lashes, they don't have a trained lash tech. This lady placed lashes with glue on top of my skin instead of my lashes and I kept correcting her that it should be placed on my lashes. She kept on dragging the lashes with glue all over my eyes and putting it back on until my eyes became sore. She didn't apologize for any of this, rather she became upset because I was teaching her her job. She over charged me out of anger and then went to talk to her boss, When I tried talking to the boss who claimed that he was the owner of the place about she overcharging me and how she did a bad job with my lashes, He was so rude to me and asked me not to come back if I don't like the service. I had to pay and leave. Please do not go there for anything lashes. They clearly do not appreciate customers and they take customers for granted. read more

The first time I went in I was welcomed very nicely by the owner and it was a very short wait (they let me wait in the massage chairs which was very nice!). I've been coming here for the past 6 or so years, since I was in High School. I've had a couple issues when the men work on me. They usually rush through the work and half ass it. I really hate saying anything while they are finishing the work because they'll catch an attitude, half ass fix what I'm pointing out and start working rougher or faster so I've learned to just politely let them finish and say something to the desk people at the end. Which is also still uncomfortable because they'll have someone fix it but make it obvious that it's bugging them. I've issues where the men are hurting me because they are working to rough and when Ive said something they say okay sorry and keep doing it just as hard while beginning to talk in their language and laughing. I came in today to get a pedicure and full set. I don't think the lady heard me because I was on the phone when I came in so I had to get every service separately. I had just gotten a refill about three days before but I wanted a new color which means I had to take off the set I had before and get a whole new set. I got a deluxe pedicure but the men i got it done by barely cut my cuticles, he just put the scrub on my leg and let it set, then rushed through putting the wax bag and didn't make sure it covered all of my foot. He throw a random oil and cream on me. I could tell he had no idea what he was doing. I had to move the wax around and when saw me do that he told me to just relax, he bullshitted through the whole massage, used up the 7 mins by taking of the wax bag and putting acetone on my toes (I don't think he thought I would realize that's what it was but you can literally smelled it). He seemed more interested in finishing up and the new ladies walking in. He realizes he still has a lot of time for the massage and still cuts it short. He tells me he's done and just walks away. I walk up to desk they completely forgot I wanted another service which is fine I was on the phone so they probably didn't hear me and that's on me. I take the chance to inform them about my dissatisfaction. He just tells me thank you for letting me but no one checks with me or tries to fix anything. I set through the whole removal of my nails and fullset. I have to go to my next appointment and I realize that my card isn't with me so I call my mom to come so I can pay they tell me I can just Zelle them. The guy hadn't said anything to his manager and I express that I don't want to pay for the deluxe because I barely even got a basic pedicure I would like to pay for the shellac and classic pedicure which is only 10$ difference. They said they have to go through the camera and check. At this point I'm late to my appointment, they ask me to sit down to check my toes. Again I let them know before I sat down to do my hands about the issue. I sent the money discounting 17$ and let them know that I'm okay with not returning. Apparently they are having an issue with the Zelle so they call me and I speak to the lady, she tells me to text them proof of the payment. I do it. She tells me she's going to call the police if I don't pay the full amount. They tell me I sent it to the wrong number, I show them proof that I did not. The money is out of my account and everything on my end checks out. Now they say I have a 20$ discount so next time I have a $3 credit but at this point I do not care to come back. I always come in, spend over $100 and tip at minimum 10$ most times more to each person I get serviced from. I come back despite their rude attitudes because I'm a loyal customer. But the work they do here is mediocre at best. I always get super simple designs. Sometimes I'm happy most times I hate how fat the nails come out. AGAIN I STILL KEEP COMING HERE. I guess because of the convenience of it being close to my house. My mom hates that I keep coming because the few times I've come she sees the poor customer service they give. We work in the service industry. My mom has made career of this and we are very successful thanks to our customers and the care we give them. We appreciate the people who care for us because we understand the honor behind the person servicing us. To see how little they care about their customers and how they continue to allow people to get away with poor customer service and poor skill in the service they are giving is disappointing. They get a lot of people coming so they don't care about who they lose. I have never written a review until today. The ladies that work their and go above and beyond in their skills deserve to work somewhere were their talent won't go to waste. This is my third visit to the shop with Linda. Linda is always very nice, professional and patient with me while performing my shellac manicure. Everyone here is so friendly. Planet nail bar is to me no bar at all, this place reminds me of pictures of palaces of royalty. From their crystal chandeliers, to their very clean floors with some good ole hospitality in between Their mixed drinks are to die for and they free with service. A nice happy hour drink after a long day at work. This place is where a woman or even a man should can come and relax be pamper from the day to day life's ups and downs. Okay so I have been here for 2 years now and I love how dedicated the staff is here . They always work their hardest to give me the nails I want. And I'm not an easy service. I always get my nails done to the 9s and they always deliver . Even on the occasional issue such as a nail breaking or something of that nature they make it a point to service me promptly and get my nails fixed back up . The gentlemen that runs the front desk is always on his A game and knows how to make Some great drinks . On the occasion that I get pedicures they are always very attentive and follow all requests that I make with out grief . My sets always last me at least 3 weeks and the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality they put Out . read more

The nail shop was pretty nice, but nothing extra ordinary stood out to me. Upon entering I was given a drink menu and seated at a spa chair to do my pedicure. The lady doing my toes was a bit rude, and didn't want to answer any questions, but every had bad days so it didn't bother me too much. After about 2 minutes, the tech doing my full set came to start my nails. And she did a great job, but what I will say is that she cut my nails shorter than I asked, which was weird and she thought I would not noticed, but I did. She did a great job at the coffin shape though. read more

They have plenty of seating and service is always good. I go to Jade for my gel manicure and she does a great job. I love that they offer a variety of drinks, pretzel chips, and an egg roll. Prices are affordable so this will be my new spot to get my nails done. read more

I wasn't going to leave a review but I felt one was needed because I have literally been in pain for 2 months due to services from this facility. I received 3 full sets from Amanda prior to my last removal of a full set by Amanda on August 31st 2023 each full set was a refill, same color , and thick. They were beautiful and didn't break I hand no issues and did not see a concern un they were taken off. I guess my issue comes with the way that my nails were taken off . instead of my nails being soaked off as requested, Amanda saw that they were lifted on the side and stated that she wanted to be quicker an pop them off with another nail tip. She did. She proceeded to pop each of my nails off with a nail tip as I told her I was in pain with each nail. Two of my nails were bleeding and with further examination it was clear that father so many refills, my nail bed was softened and she had sliced through my nail beds with the nail instead of properly soaking them off . For the last two months I have been in pain when I wash my hands, take a shower, type, or do other normal day to day chores. There is nothing I can do to help it. I can't paint or put nails over it due to risk of infection. the only thing I can do is wait for my nails to grow out. I'm thinking another month the nightmare will be over . If I could give zero stars I would. It's such a shame because Amanda does Beautiful work, but should really follow guidelines on how to apply and take off nails and Hygiene guidelines. read more

He went to ask one Custer but not the other. One of them even laughed and stared you know we don't have mask. So o said f*** it and headed out and told them how prejudice they were. If I could give 0 starts I would! I came in for a fill in , that I shouldn't had needed just yet because I got my nails done here less than 2 weeks ago! I sit down & the lady decides to clip off my nails & give me a full set after I asked for a fill in only ! 2 nails had broken from the previous set and that's why I came in ! The dip powder was done poorly ! I was charged $52 when I initially came in for a fill in ! If you go her I highly suggest you pay attention & be really strict in them because they'll do whatever they want & charge like you asked for it! read more

So I've debated over writing this review. I've gone here three times now. Each time getting an acrylic refill with regular polish. Each time they've charged me a different price and all higher than the prices listed on the website. The first time they gave me a water and I thought, maybe it's not really complimentary. This last time they charged me even more. What really sucks is this last time was the worst refill I've ever had anywhere. There was absolutely no attention to detail. I had to ask her to go back and fix different things during the process. Another problem was the lady doing my refill is the owner/manager. So every minute or two she was leaving me to deal with something else. I absolutely don't mind waiting for someone to sit down and do my nails. I prefer that over sitting over 1.5 for a refill that is done crappy. I left there and had to go home and file and reapply clear b cause my nails had a matt finish to them. Three days later and my nails catch my hair along the cuticles and 5 days later I have a chip. Some of you may say I should have said something while I was there. I probably should have but I don't like confrontation and I don't want to be one of those people. I don't want to cause a scene. I just want to get my nails done somewhere that's affordable and have them done correctly. I have two stars because the first two times I went my nails were done better. Each time I've had a different person. I will give this place one more try. Hopefully I can update my review after. read more

Basically my mom went here to pamper herself for once. She went in for a pedicure and lashes. The lash tech lady did not know anything about lashes and how to properly apply them. She burned my moms eyes. To the point she couldn't see and was causing a lot of pain. She bared threw it because they kept reassuring her it was fine and they knew what they were doing. I can assure you they did not because they GLUED HER EYELIDS TOGETHER!! her nails were also extremely blocky and looked like a three year old did it she still paid for her horrible experience because they refused to give her any money off or hear her concerns. Anyway all of that just so her lashes could fall off in the middle on the left side the very next day. so she went back 3 days later after almost all the lashes were gone. She asked for a refund or to get the service done the right way and they called the cops on her and lied and said she was harassing them. the cops came just to say it was a civil issue and they couldn't do anything to my mother, and so they had to ether refund her or do the service she paid for. they chose to do the service. then when a new lady came to do her lashes the two that were breading her by recording her every chance they could kept coming to the room to get her on camera. Basically if you have any sense on where you spend your hard earned money it SHOULD NOT BE HERE!!!!! You've been warned. read more

This nail bar was overall pretty decent! The service was fast and I was seated right away. The only reason for my 3 stars because the tech I feel like did not listen to what i asked her to do for my nails. I asked her to make them shorter and she said "when I file they will be shorter".. well, they weren't. Then she attempted to do the design I brought in but I don't believe she had the capability to do so. And instead of just saying she has never done the style before she took my money and butchered the design. If I were to come back, it would be with another tech that's all. read more
