The best customer service out there! My rental house had a termite problem so I called a different company and scheduled an inspection which they never showed up to! I then called Planet Orange in the concord location being that my rental is in the same city and was instantly more satisfied. Scheduler Araceli and inspector Dave were so professional, kind and always answered the phone when I called them. They were able to meet me for the inspection within a days from when i called for and inspection and had the report and quote for the damage very quickly after that. I just wanted the house to be tented and the report specified an exact price for that service. As well as the localized treatment option. The inspector was very great at explaining the difference between subterranean and dry wood termites and the difference of damage caused by both. I would give 5 stars for the termite service. Shane and Cole performed the termite work. The person who did the termite inspection was great too. They gave me a lot of information. Were on time and very professional. All in all an excellent experience. Of course, I still have to confirm whether the termites are entirely gone but I am hopeful! This business also deserves 5 stars for Scott Menendhall's responsiveness to my complaint about the initial pest control service. It is one of the few termite companies that work on Saturday, which is very helpful to me because I don't have to take time off work for the treatment. Once I made an appointment for an inspection I got a confirmation email. Then Nick(?) came and inspected the site. Shortly after that I got the inspection report in my email and Nick called to explain the treatment options. Thaddaeus in the sales department answered many questions of mine over the phone and email before I signed the contract. At occasions where he doesn't know the answer to a specific technical problem he talked to the technical lead and got back to me promptly. That was very reassuring. The actual treatment was well done too. The crew (Raymando? and two other guys) arrived on time, treated the foundation and attic pretty thoroughly as far as I can see. Planet Orange sucks!! Horrible customer service. Just ridiculous!! I've called multiple times to ask questions and I always get the same answer we will send someone out! I've had two different employees come on two separate occasions saying the same thing I'm not licensed to identify the kinds of pest!! After receiving two inspections by other companies I almost did not call Planet Orange. So happy I did. Their inspector Jamieson crawled under our house and our attic - taking almost an hour more than the other companies. I could tell he took pride in his job and it gave me the security knowing he found all the termite infestations. He explained the problem, the process and knows termites! Understanding the bugs, their impact helped us feel like there was real value. Very straightforward and quick. Their office staff was very professional and worked with us nicely. We were happy to use them know they use natural based products. Knowing my wife and small kids won't be inconvenienced made the decision easier. They are now the front runners to replace our attic insulation. If they do as good a job as they did on our termites well be ecstatic! We'll see! Very happy with them. Termite service guys were also on time. They performed Service in timely, fashion, were respectful of the house and cleaned up well. 2 weeks later no sign of pests. Planet Orange did a terrific job. The inspector came out right on time and did a thorough inspection. He even showed us where the termites were coming in. We did not find the entrance as it was overhead next to the bathroom skylight. He also went into the attic to check if there was structural damage by the skylight. Of course the entire inside and outside of our home was checked as well. The exterminators changed our appointment time to morning due to a cancellation but called first to see if that was convenient. They arrived on time and worked efficiently and thoroughly. The answered all questions and explained what they had done. A day or so later, we even got a call from the office asking if we would mind doing a quick survey regarding their service. Would not even come out to look at my backyard cottage unless I included the main house because they "do not guarantee work on structures less than 400 square feet." I didn't even ask for a guarantee, just for someone to come help me see what's going on with some damaged boards. Pretty snotty attitude on the phone about it too. Deal with them if you like, but if they won't look at a small building that indicates to me they want a big payday regardless of what kind of damage you've got. read more

I had a bed bug infestation. Those evil little things are a nightmare! When I first called, the lady on the phone gave me hope and calmed me down. I followed the directions for the prep before the 1st visit, and Melissa (Exterminator Extraordinaire!) said that I did a really good job of it. She was Amazing.
