The happiest smog check I've ever had. Ashkan provides white glove customer service and a warm and optimistic personality. On top of that the prices are fair and it took less than 10 minutes. He wore a mask and gloves, offered me water and hand sanitizer, making every consideration for his customers...He even pulls the car out and turns it around to make it easier for his customers to get in and out of his shop. Wow! This is a 5 star plus business!! Literally the best customer service I've had in my life! I was able to pull right into his shop where he greeted me cordially. All safety precautions were in place including an air purifier where the customer waits. He gave me a cold bottle of water to drink while I watched him do a thorough inspection of my exhaust and gas fill areas. The process took less than 10 min. He moved my car to make it easier for me to exit and even stood in the street so I could get out safely. At first a 2004 Daimler-Benz car I just bought did not pass here due to recent repairs it had from the previous owner, but got specific instructions from this center on how to clear the problem by driving 150 miles below 65mph and no AC. I pulled in and received immediate service. Special attention was made to make me feel safe and secure,. The test was done quickly. Sean provided me with options on how to best communicate with the DMV to get my registration renewed.
