First off, Plant B is inside or part of DOG HAUS. I was so confused, looking for a location called Plant B. Secondly, the menu for Plant B is not directly advertised on the Dog Haus menu. You have to look at the menu on the website and ask Dog Haus to make it for you. I ordered the Gooey Lewis, and replaced the caramelized onions with the crispy onions. It was fantastic. I'm very pleased with my burger. I didn't realize a burger is essentially 4 sliders. You can cut up burger along the Hawaiian bread lines. If you order 4 impossible sliders, it would cost you almost $20. If you order a burger, which is 4 sliders uncut, you save money, maybe like $4ish? The first time I tried to find this vegetarian place, I gave up confused. The second time I called and was told it's in the same location and a part of Doghaus (separate review). So glad to have found this place as there are not too many vegan/vegetarian choices in n this area. First of all, their vegan hot dogs/sausages have great flavor combos and like their meat counterparts, very tasty. Their sweet potato fries are really one of the best I've had. This has been a place I wanted to try for a while now and yesterday my mom and I had the opportunity to drop in for take out after a show. First off for anyone wondering, Plant B is the vegetarian side of Dog Hous; so yes, it is in fact inside the Dog Hous restaurant. Just ask for the Plant B menu and the staff will hand you a paper menu with the right info. That said, some of the items are already on their regular menu so have no fear they do know what they're doing. Mom had the Gooey Louis and I had the Impossible burger; with a shared cheese fries. Both items come on Kings Hawaiian rolls which is honestly our favorite bread so made us happy, just be sure to ask for a knife to cut them into sliders and make it easier to hold. The Gooey was well and truly gooey per its name and very tasty! The impossible was everything you'd want in a burger with a veggie patty twist, and some heat! That was the most surprising thing about it was the sudden flair of heat that I still have no idea if it was from the sauce or something else but was so good and elevated that normal burger to something special. The cheese fries were a real winner and I am not ashamed to admit I definitely ate most of them. Crunchy and perfectly salted in that over salted on its own but paired with cheese makes it perfect way. And best part? The cheese was in a cup!! We were able to dip the fries to get the amount of cheese to fry ratio we wanted or just eat fries. Perfect. Only thing that would have made this whole thing better is if they had an impossible chili to go with it! There's lots of parking in the lot and outdoor seating when the weathers nice, inside are bench seats and games available! I've gotten food delivered from here twice and both times I was shocked at how good it was. I tried one of their burgers the first time and then got a beyond brat the second time. I occasionally eat vegan food/meat and generally, I prefer impossible meat to beyond. But this time - I literally could not tell the difference whatsoever between this and a "normal" brat. It was SO good and maybe even tasted better than the real thing?? I would 1000% eat here again and recommend to anyone, even the fussiest eaters. Lazy and hungry, I scrolled aimlessly through my Uber Eats app trying to decided what to eat over the weekend. I've seen Plant B - Conga Park, the plant based extension of Dog Haus, a million times but I finally decided to give it a go. I knew they had a couple plant based options, but to my surprise they quite a few. (There were way more options on Uber eats app than I've seen on their website. Idk maybe I don't know how to use the website). To keep things simple, since most items still have cheese, egg etc. and I didn't feel like making substitutions, I ordered the item that was listed as vegan. The "Take Bahn Mi" *impossible patty, cilantro, jalapeños, hoisin sauce, spicy veganaise, pickled veggies, on a vegan ciabatta roll* (doesn't that sound so good!!) I also ordered tots and french fries. When my meal arrived it was pretty cold, but I feel like that's just the way things go when you order through a delivery service. (I blame my laziness, not Dog Haus.) I will say that it was packaged and sealed up very nicely! The "Take Bahn Mi" was actually pretty flavorful I was pleasantly surprised! I wish I had taken my time eating it, but I was pretty hungry. I ate some of the fries and tots and decided to reheat them in the oven. They were still just ok. Tried to order here before realizing the owners have a very strange definition of what a "plant" is. Pretty much all of their items are slathered with animal products and I don't even trust they used milk free buns. Don't be fooled by this company trying to cash in by utilizing plant based trends when they don't even do the bare minimum. Also, they deleted my first yelp review because it "didnt state enough about my experience" or something. Clearly they dont want people to be informed of their misleading business practices. We went back to explore other options as far as burgers. This time i had the holly aoli impossible that is on the menu with fried eggs but i took out the eggs - it was with the chipotle sauce and had the non sweet brioche or pretzel bread which is 100% better FOR ME. I ordered the spicy basil impossible but without the sauce. It's good but I have to tell you that this vegan hamburger is nowhere near as BIG as the photo presents. This burger is quite small in comparison to the photo which looks stacked with goodness. As someone said it's inside an animal meat restaurant (dog haus) and the impossible burger was packaged inside of a dog haus container which had printed info on Angus cow flesh. I used to order delivery often from Plant B. Their food has always been good. It's been a while since I ordered from them. Tonight's order was extremely disappointing. The onion rings were like they were made at Jack in the box. Small fried circles of bread with a hint of onion in each one Tatter tots. Hard deep fried air pockets with air in the pocket no potatoes Take Bánh Mì used to look like what's in the attached photo. That's no longer the case. It arrived in a stale long hard roll with not much more then the thin burger sliced lengthwise with some sauce and a dash of veggies. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again. 5 rules for eating at Dog Haus (same place is called Plant B, so look no further). Omg, my new fave sandwich which uses the Beyond Meat Sausage PERFECTLY COOKED! Here's my customized So Cali Haus Dog sandwich: ixnay the arugula, add grilled onions, (keep the crispy onions too) + avocado and one egg on a brioche bun (sorry, no partridge in a pear tree). Rule 1: make sure you're alone in your car, maybe even park around the corner so no one can view your make out sesh with your sandwich. Like being at the gym and hearing the guy next to you grunt like it's time, it could get weird with others in the car hearing the moans that escape your mouth with each bite of your sublime food. Besides the parking lot is tiny so there's just no sense fighting for a spot just to allow for witnesses to your massacre. Rule 2: Bring a change of clothes and a spray bottle of Shout. ...or you could just opt for a painters coveralls and forget worrying about the mess you're gonna inevitably make when you THOROUGHLY enjoy your food. Otherwise, if your meal is anything like mine, filled to the brim with all sorts of goodness, you'll be wearing enough home on your outfit it could lead to... ahem, awkward questions from others. On that note those napkins you keep in your car for you know what, you're gonna need those for your food fest. Rule 3: Order extra spicy basil aioli. OMG SO GOOD?! I was on Postmates hungry af and being a vegetarian, of course this place came up. I saw some bad reviews about how one of the dishes contained bacon yikes but I decided to try it out on a whim anyways and I'm glad I did. Y'all deserve more love! I have to start off by complementing this place for their intent and delicious food. I love that there is a vegan/vegetarian option available local to me and I really enjoyed the way the food tasted. I have never eaten here before and it was my first time, however I had ordered delivery and my food arrived cold. Nonetheless, it was absolutely delicious, but to my surprise the burger was super tiny. I had to go back into my order and make sure I didn't accidentally order a slider lol. This was a pretty confusing experience. I called to order takeout. The person who answered asked me to hold, which I did for 7 minutes. I didn't hang up but used another phone to call again. Got right through that time so clearly the first guy just forgot about me. But then the woman who took my order didn't seem to know the menu at all. I asked for a Spicy Basil and she clearly didn't know what that was. Which brings me to the bigger issue. This is not a restaurant. This is a vegetarian menu at Dog Haus that they market separately. When you go to pick up, there is no Plant B sign that I could see. You are going to Dog Haus. Confusing. And then there was no Plant B menu inside either. I had to check the address twice to make sure I was in the right place. And then I had to wait 10 minutes or more to pick up and they left out items from my order. Food was ok but nothing special. I absolutely hate to give plant-based companies anything less than 5 stars, but I had to. Very tasty food (thus the 3 stars), but they need to change their pictures. The pictures do not accurately reflect the size of the food. I order the Bahn Mi and my boyfriend ordered the Sooo Veggie dog. The Bahn Mi looks like it's spilling over in the pictures. When I received the burger, it was about an inch wide and maybe 4 square inches. The veggie dog was about 5 inches long (max); my boyfriend said that it looked like it was made for a toddler.
