Today was my first time visiting this place. I searched their website and knew exactly what I wanted. I was not disappointed. I ordered the truffle Mac 'n' Cheese, a cupcake and cheesecake. I was blown away. It was one of those times where I danced as I ate. Everything looked, smelled and tasted like a happy place!

I enjoyed my lunch at Plant Craft Kitchen. I had the B.L.A.T. sandwich, the meatless bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomatoes. I also had the tomato basil soup. Both were really good. I do wish the tomato basil soup had a little bit of cream in it. Service was fast and friendly . I got a vegetarian pizza to go and it was really good. I want to go back because there are many choices on the menu to try!

This is located off the Lindbergh strip in Sunset Hills, near BJC. There is plenty of parking. The dining room is for parties that may come and go - not a huge dining space but not super limiting like a cafe. I came here after an evening walk, so I was wanting something "good for you," and for the past two months, I've been trying out a lot of plant based restaurants. Since I had never had jackfruit, I asked the super helpful cashier what it tasted like. She described it as "like chicken" and even offered me a small sample. When I tried the sample, I was sold. It was savory, lighter in density and tasted like...chicken! I took a seat by the window while I waited for it to be prepared. They have an Instagram-worthy chair in the corner with an empowering quote emboldened above: "Don't plant anything but love." The food came up shortly after with layers of corn tortillas topped with cashew cheese, savory bites of jackfruit, black beans, red onions, diced tomatoes, and healthy portions of avocado topped with cashew sour cream. When I was done with my plate, I hardly left any crumbs. That was the best vegan nachos I have ever had! I definitely will be back to try more things. I saw cookies on my way out and forced myself to walk past them!

The vegan options were good but I was not blown away. I got a jackfruit wrap but I don't think there was even any jackfruit on it. Also there were not any interesting spices or new takes on the food, just taste like what I make at home. If you are new to vegan eating or looking for a healthier spin it's a great place to try and the food was big portions and healthy just was looking for something a little more. The staff was kind and there was nice tables with umbrellas for outdoor seating.

By far the best Mac n cheese I've ever had. I love eating at this place!! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. One of my favorite go to spots when I am craving mac n cheese.

Vegan cacio e pepe tastes like feet and gave me intense stomach pains. DO NOT ORDER. Restaurant is nice inside and has a cute interior. However service was kind of slow.

This place is lovely! When we arrived, the owner was helpful, attentive, and recommended great suggestions. We settled on the vegan nachos, impossible burger with kettle chips, and a vegan cookie. We were elated they had Mexican cokes because a lot of places don't carry them. The wait for our food wasn't too long and the food was amazing. The vegan nachos do stand out. The cookie was a perfect end to a nice meal. We decided to give this place a try since it's vegan, and we are looking for more options as we adapt to healthier and clean eating habits. The restroom was clean, fully stocked, and they have the good soap! Haha, I can't wait until I'm back in the area to try more menu items. Until next time...

The best vegan pizza and salads I've ever had! The food was healthier than most places that just fry everything. It was very clean and I felt great after eating here. They have a weekly meal service too.

Stopped for dinner before going to the movies. I eat vegetarian but many of my meals I prepare at home are vegan. I'm always excited to try vegan/plant based restaurants. I order the Tofu Poke Bowl and loved it. It was very filling with the brown rice under all the veggies and tofu. The cashew cream sauce was delicious! My boyfriend (a meat eater) tried the tofu and said it was the best he'd ever had. He hasn't had a lot of tofu but he liked the texture of the tofu here. It's dried out really good and not spongy. He ordered the quesadilla and side salad and enjoyed all of it. The mushrooms were great; juicy and "meaty". The food is very flavorful and seasoned well. Many people assume plant based or healthy food is bland. It's definitely not here! The service was pretty quick. My date ordered avocado with his quesadilla and they forgot it; he didn't make a fuss about it because they had gotten very busy. The restaurant is small. There are, I think, 5 tables plus window/stool seating inside. The bathroom is very clean. Overall we had a good experience at Plant Craft Kitchen. Nice, affordable restaurant for anyone looking for a healthy vegan meal in South County.

I was so glad when this place opened up! Finally, a plant-based restaurant nearby. While I am not vegan nor vegetarian, I do like to incorporate plant-based meals throughout the week to keep things balanced and for health reasons. The first time I came here, I had their vegan meat loaf. I took it with me to work for lunch as it was pre-made and was in a convenient container. It was so good, the flavors were fantastic and I have been dreaming of that meatloaf ever since. During my most recent visit, I ordered an impossible burger served with some tortilla chips. Again, I did not eat in but took it home as I live only roughly 5 minutes away. Wow, the burger was so good! The cashew mayo was creamy, I couldn't even tell it wasn't regular mayo. I ate the whole thing it was so good. I can't wait to return and try their other menu items. And during my last visit I found out that they do brunch?! *Gasp* The workers are always friendly here as well and they do have tables for dining in which are kept clean and bussed.

Brussels sprouts, jackfruit nachos, and pesto pizza... PERFECTION!!!

My husband and I moved to St. Louis six months ago. We came from a boring town with few options. We have tried 44 new restaurants in that time. This is by FAR my favorite! 10/10!!! We had the nachos (must have), the Brussels sprouts (best ever), and the pesto pizza (slap yo mama good). It's going to be hard to try three new menu items next time because we loved these so much, but we owe it to the chef and menu. We're going back this weekend.

The very first time I saw this restaurant, I was intrigued by the name and wanted to try it badly. I was doing a delivery and couldn't stop long enough to get anything to eat because they were getting ready to close. The other day, while doing a delivery, I decided to take a break and try some food at this restaurant. The menu was typical vegan style, although they had Brussels sprouts, which is my favorite vegetable, so I had to try them. Unfortunately, they were not very good. I was surprised at how fast they prepared my order. However, I was also surprised at how I was treated by what seemed to be the owner. She was snippy and seemed angry to deal with me. I was the first person in the restaurant, and she was very nice to everyone who came in after me. I don't know what it was about me that upset her, but she had furrowed eyebrows and a frown on her face when dealing with me. When I placed my order, she seemed upset, and when she gave me my order, she was still upset. This was really weird for me. I don't think I'll be returning here, and I don't recommend that anybody else go.

Pizza with cashew cream sauce, mozzarella, artichokes, mushrooms, olives and vegan sausage! Delicious.

I had a really awesome, personalized vegan pizza here, but what really made the experience top notch was the excellent service. I ordered a personal pizza with an array of toppings. The price was very reasonable, in fact, given the portion size, it was one of the best deals I've seen for a vegan pizza in a while. The pizza was cooked just how I like it, chewy on the inside with just a bit of crunch on the crust. The toppings were fresh and generous with the amounts. I'd describe the pizza as having a mid-thickness (not thin, but not deep dish) and for someone with a big appetite, the pizza was enough to fill me up. The server was very friendly and made me feel welcome in the restaurant. I learned a little bit about the history of the kitchen and he took the time to ask me about my day. I happen to be wrapping up a cross-country road trip, trying vegan food in different cities, and this meal was one of the best of my voyage. Thank you for providing a great, vegan dining experience, even if I was only stopping by, briefly, for takeout!

I'm always up for a dish with maduros, so I was happy to see this. For our main course, my boyfriend got the jambalaya, while I got the mushroom ravioli. He loved his dish. Mine was decent, but unless you love brussels sprouts, you may find them a bit overwhelming. I found myself wishing I'd ordered the katsu sandwich. (They were out of the maitake mushroom dish that looked interesting.) For dessert, we got the dark chocolate and tahini budino, a rich mousse, and the cinnamon bread pudding that was coved in a toasted aquafaba whip that was just divine. If, like me, you don't drink, you'll be glad to know the restaurant has a few zero-proof cocktails. I loved my Smokey Orchard, smooth drink with zero-proof whiskey, apple, rosemary, and lemon. My boyfriend got the Rhinestone Cowboy, which does have alcohol. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend it to folks visiting.

I'd never heard of it, and I may have never visited, if it weren't for the fact that I was meeting a group here. I'm against both cultural appropriation and food that doesn't have any meat in it. There are no vegan Mexican restaurants in Mexico, right? Do they refer to regular Mexican restaurants as Mexican restaurants, or just restaurants? I've often wondered the same thing about Chinese restaurants in China. Certainly, they don't call them what we call them here. I don't even think they do that elsewhere in the US. Terror Tacos has tables named after horror films and a QR code-based ordering system. I was lucky that my group selected a table named after the Lost Boys, a staple of my childhood. Death by stereo! I've seen old people get up and leave restaurants because they preferred not to order via QR code, or they couldn't figure it out. It's a testament to Terror Tacos uncompromising nature that they employ such a system. I mean, if you couldn't already tell that from the decor. I briefly considered seeing if they had any real meat in the back they could put in my tacos, then decided I'd better not. Old people might consider dining elsewhere anyway, for the protein. Apparently, there's a pizza place across the street that also doesn't serve meat. On my run, in the neighboring streets, I saw several people kinda stooped over. Was it the vegan food, or the drugs, or a little bit of both? I kid Terror Tacos, but this was honestly great. In a few cases, I could hardly tell I was eating fake meat. Some of the meat substitutes were obviously not real, but still not half bad for what they were. If they used these same recipes with actual meat, they'd have a line down the block and around the corner, as if they were selling especially potent heroin. You can get tacos in a flight, like at a winery, and if you order at least five of them each one is discounted. Five is probably more than most people need, but not anything I couldn't handle. When I mentioned that I ordered five tacos, members of my group were shocked and concerned. It's that kind of group. They use a lot of go containers, which I'd oppose philosophically even if I needed them. An obvious standout was the Basic Witch, basically their version of one of the regular crunchy tacos at Taco Bell. It's surprisingly similar, but more hefty. It'll run you, but it's the cheapest of the tacos on offer here, and if you get five of them, they knock a couple of dollars off. If I return, which of course would only be because I was meeting someone, I might do just that. The other ones were pretty good too. I appreciated some of the other fake-meat options because they were spicier, but I didn't care for the texture as much on the ones that were meant to resemble whole cuts of meat, like a steak. The guy who brought them out pointed to each one and said what they were, but I immediately forgot. I know I had the Citrus Mistress, the Cowboy from Hell and a Quesabirria. Anyway, individual names are less important when it's all just ground up agricultural byproduct, soy and various other things RFK Jr almost certainly wouldn't approve of. The key is that they've somehow gotten it all to taste not half bad. They may have made a deal with the devil.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is one of my favorite vegan restaurants I've been to (and…read moreI'm not from St Louis, just in town visiting!) We stopped by on Friday night for dinner, the plaza it's located in was pretty quiet, the only cars seemed to be for this restaurant. I think it might be hard to find if you're not specifically looking for it. Once inside the decor is so cute though. It's fun and clean but also a little quirky. They have a TV showing animal videos in the main seating area. They have several appetizers to choose from, we opted to go with mozzarella sticks and the burnt ends. The Mozzarella sticks were gooey and a little stringy. They taste slightly more rich than a traditional dairy mozzarella sticks, but I doubt you'll find something that tastes as close to the real thing as here! The burnt ends were made of seitan and they were so delicious. The bbq sauce was very tasty and the seitan was a little charred in places. A decent portion size as well. For our mains my husband tried the tacos which he really liked, and I got the "shrimp" po boy. I think the "shrimp" was made from a mushroom protein of some sort but it looked and tasted eerily similar. I definitely never thought I'd be eating a vegan version of a po boy again and I was thrilled to see it on the menu. To top it off I got the cookies and cream vegan milkshake. Very tasty! I believe it's an oat milk base. I also liked they had some food retail items such as Rebel Cheese Brie. I've been wanting to try that brand for a long time and was excited to be able to order some to go! They also offer some non-vegan items for the meat eaters if you bring any along. I'd probably prefer to see a full vegan menu, but I understand making it easier for others to eat there as well. The staff was very friendly and smiling the whole time. I would happily go back here many days in a row to be able to try all the other items on the menu.

I was excited to go to the restaurant after trying their burnt ends at a festival. It's pretty small, so I could see it being difficult to get a table during busy times but it was no problem for us in the afternoon. Very cute outdoor patio, though it was much too hot to be out there. Multiple TVs in the room but nothing up too loud or too distracting. Our server was so kind and attentive. She was honest about her recommendations and happy to answer questions. Other staff in the place were nice, too. Food came out in a perfect amount of time. I've been a vegetarian almost my entire life so I've tried a lot of different meat substitutes. I was pleased that they offered real protein-based meat subs (unlike a lot of places who do mainly jackfruit and veggies without significant protein content). They used pea protein, seitan, and soy. I would love to see them play around with tempeh for more variety in texture. I got the brisket which seemed seitan-based. It was very good and well cooked. They used a good quality vegan cheese and mayonnaise for the aioli. Also tried the popcorn chicken which was yummy though could have used a little bit of spice (thinking about example, MorningStar's popcorn chik'n). My partner (non-vegetarian) got the turkey burger and was pleased, too. Got the soft serve for dessert and it was very good, pretty typical vegan soft serve. A little more icy than creamy and plainer than dairy soft-serve, but still good especially with the toppings it came with. I was quite full by our meal and very happy with our lunch experience!
