Tony was able to match that deal on a 2015 model with more options! He had the car ready to go - cleaned, prepped, gassed up and literally ready for me to drive home - within 2 hours of our first phone call. They were able to get me in to try to fix the sync issues that I have been having with my car. I am a medical school student with NO time to spare so they tried to get everything done as quickly as possible. Friendly staff and very willing to work with me. The issue is still not solved with my car (stupid microsoft sync system) but we have already discussed when I can bring it in for them to try to resolve the issue. Once it is totally resolved I would rate them a 5/5 read more

If I could put no stars for this review... I would! I purchased a 2014 Ford Fiesta and it is hands down the WORST vehicle ever created! I have had countless problems with this car including but not limited to uneven rotors, shuddering when accelerating from a stop, and lack of acceleration. I first noticed the shuddering from the engine only a month after I purchased the car. The rotor problem became known after I noticed that my car would not come to a stop. I have taken the car back for service numerous times, but the response that they give me is always "It is a characteristic of the vehicle and there is nothing we can do to fix the car." I am completely fed up with plantation ford and their service department! I am currently attempting to return the vehicle and after this experience... I will NEVER buy a Ford again! read more

I went to Plantation Ford service dept for an oil change & rotation, have my windshield washers fixed, and have my speakers checked as speakers are rattling and cutting on and off (since it was new). I left the truck there all day, upon time to pick up I went back to find out nothing was done to the washers because they had to disassemble the fender as the line appeared to be clogged. Needed to reschedule. The radio wasn't checked, this diagnostic comes with a fee of 130.00. (Like I said this has been ongoing for 4 yrs, always blown off when mentioned during a service visit) So I invested an entire day and only got the oil change & rotation. I paid and went out to my truck and the rear view mirror was off of the windshield and hanging by the cord attachment. So I went in to see what that was all about - Carlos & Nelson said they have no way to fix it and sent me to a glass place that quoted me 50.00 to glue my mirror back on out of my pocket. Seriously, I am not going back...I actually bought this truck there....won't buy there again either. (less than one star review) read more

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with! First of all we were on a family vacation from Michigan, the day before we left Florida my engine failed on my Explorer and we had the car towed to the dealership. When we first got there we waited around for the car to be checked in understandable, we then talked with the service adviser Dewalt and asked how long this would take and he said about a week, WRONG! Try 2 weeks they failed to tell the warranty company we were from out of state so we waited a week and then decided to fly home and my husband would fly back, which was very costly. The service manger was not helpful at all nor did owner even bother to contact us even after my husband emailed him. All in all I should have given two stars, my car is running pretty nicely but as far as customer service goes one star is sufficient. Oh and I'm still waiting on my paperwork, mind you my car was done on Thursday it's now Monday. read more

I had gotten into a car accident in November (2015). My car was towed to the Plantation dealership since I live closer to that one than the Fort Lauderdale one. They had analyzed the damage and fixed it within 2-3 weeks. They did not provide me with any updates during that time, I had to call them and hound them for details. When I got my car back, I didn't realize until later that my trunk was completely wiped out! Before the accident I had things in the back (a bag of clothes and shoes that I had to get fixed but forgot about for a while, a mini tool kit I got as a Christmas gift amongst other things). I was COMPLETELY WIPED OUT! When I called about it, I was looking to speak with Pete at the body shop but kept getting his secretary. I had asked his secretary to have Pete call me back. I got no call from him. I only got a call from the secretary claiming that they looked and found nothing. I was thinking that perhaps the tow truck people took my things but I had rode with them to the dealership to meet Pete and they had left. So how is it that my things are gone and they have zero clue about it???????! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will not be going back! I will continue to go to the Fort Lauderdale location! Updated review. The service department at Plantation Ford is useless at best. I called regarding the airbag recall on my Mustang and was told to bring the car in. I made the appointment and took the car in. After sitting for a solid 30 minutes I was told by the service rep that they don't have the replacement airbag for the mustang and won't until fourth quarter of 2016. I was having troubles with my windshield wiper and radio, the guy I spoke to was genuinely nice, told me I may have to keep my car over night so the techs could have some time to get to it - ok no big deal I was in a good mood, the following day I came to get my car, they couldn't find the problem, told me I had an electrical nightmare and etc (mind you there wasn't one). I asked what they did, they gave me this song and dance is all. Any who I told them well did you check to see if it was a bad relay switch or a bad fuse, they responded with I had my guy chasing wires for two hours, we should charge for two hours instead of one, we are going to need 5 or 6 more days and 5 or 600 more dollars - it's going to cost you. I respond to that with, why didnt you start with the basics that doesnt make any sense, you are diving so deep just for a windshield wiper. And I was left with well it just doesn't work that way here. So now I'm a little more aggravated, I ask to speak with there manager - maybe he could mitigate the problem - boy was I wrong, basically he backed his guys up and said if it was so easy then fix it yourself. I walked out, talked to the owner - pretty much responded the same and then threw me a sales pitch for a new vehicle because my 2002 stage 2 numbered roush mustang was old. I went back to work took 5 minutes (probably should have done this first then trust that specific ford dealership) to look at the fuse panel and replace a blown 15 amp. These guys are rude and Im not from Florida so this experience for me at Plantation Ford was horrible. I walked In to get my check engine light checked out as well as the recalls that were sent to me about this car. Plantation Ford employee was rude and dismissive I've never felt so disrespected, I had to just walk to my car so I said thank you and left. I came back to see what I could find out as I'd like them to service my vehicle , I'm not from here and I trust the dealer. Before even getting the car checked out he tells me the price $130 to look ... ooook Rude!!! I'd never do service with them like that, that's not the way to speak to people. I didn't even get to tell him what I found out as I had the car checked out already....Upon reentering the store he mentioned his grandfather is sick and he had a stressful weekend. Please steer clear of this dealership completely. All of these positive reviews are by current or former staff members. Not only is their customer service atrocious, but they would rather scam potential car buyers and belittle them when they decide to shop elsewhere for a car. If you are looking to buy a Ford, or any car or truck in general, go somewhere else. You will save a lot of time and money. Before today, I had never gone to a dealership and was asked to pay $10000 above the agreed selling price. Just saying that they will try their best to steal your money, so beware. Also of note, Brandon Cox, an employee at Plantation Ford, will do his best to overcharge you for a new car and will try to talk down your own car during a trade in so that he can make a few extra bucks off of you. I have never been so disrespected by anyone before, especially someone whose line of work is to help customers. Trust me when I say that any other dealership would be better than Plantation Ford. I never tried their service department, so that could be good from the reviews and I will not act biased towards that. But from the highest level of management to the car dealers, they will try their best to scam you. read more
