This is a cute pace. I did not eat so I cannot comment on the food. Looked decent though. Other people were eating. Good crowd for a cold January day. Offerings are vast. Beer, cider, wine, seasonal type mixed drinks. I had the Ethel's apple pie cider. It's a sweet cider tasted like apple pie with cinnamon. Super good. $7 for 16oz. My friend doesn't like beer or cider and she wasn't sure on the wines so she got a rum and coke. Which was your average rum and coke. We sat at the bar. Bartenders were super nice and helpful. The seats are not comfy. They are those metal stools and chairs. No cushion at all. So if you sit a bit your butt will hurt. Just so you know. Nice stop for a quick drink to pass some time. They have TV's going and it's kinda open with the beer tanks along the side. Definite repeat. Maybe try some food next time. read more

Dropped in around 6 on a Friday night and although it was busy, we were pleased to find a table available. Our server came over almost immediately; helped me navigate the menu for vegetarian options; and checked with the chef regarding my food allergies. My (omnivore) husband had a hot dog. I had a grilled cheese and a crisp, fruity glass of white wine. All very good. We were offered free samples of wine which was a nice touch but one sip of the sample and I ordered a glass. Fantastic beer and staff here! The beers are all named after people that have a story or connection to the brewery. They have a decent food menu, but I didn't eat anything. Had an IPA to start out with, but the star of the show is the Apple Pie cider! The staff is super friendly and even the owner was on hand to greet people and talk beer! This was a very nice brewery. The place was really clean and the bartenders were really friendly. They allowed us to sample some of the beers and ciders to decide which one we liked best. We also got food while we were there. We had an appetizer (Buffalo Chicken Dip), some hot dogs and a salad. Everything was fine with all of our orders. There is a nice outside area that would be nice in warmer weather. I would stop back in here again. read more

I will do my best to summarize, I guess the best way to describe it is that it's like very time I arrive it is like the feeling that you get when you try something absolutely delicious for the first time. It blows me away. I have been here over a dozen times over the last year. And I will say it doesn't surprise me that they are able to navigate the harsh road of small business. We had an amazing visit to Planted Flag! It was 4 adults and 3 toddlers and they were so accommodating and welcoming. From the initial greeting, to our server and kitchen staff- they all made us feel at home and tolerated our toddler chaos! The ciders and beers were delicious and the freshness of the farm to table food was definitely noticeable! My husband and I both had burgers with pasta salad and they were delicious. We've been meaning to stop by and try out this new brewery in Medina. It didn't disappoint. They had a bunch of really great options and a few IPAs. They have a sampler and also food options. The inside isn't huge, but it's spread out and laid out really well. You order your beer and food at the counter and go take a seat, they call your number when your food is ready (it's announced outside too). It was really organized and clean. They have a bunch of tables set up outside, which is nice. The food we got was amazing! I got the turkey with raspberry glaze, it was perfect. The beer was okay, I wouldn't classify the sour I had as a sour. But you could mix it with flavors so that's neat. It gets sweet when you do that though. Food and beer isn't too bad, but the seating sucks ass. The outdoor seating is picnic tables made for children. They're so low to the ground it's crazy, and it's all uneven grass. You'd think by now they'd make a concrete pad with some normal height tables. Inside seating is limited and when busy you can't hear yourself think because of the echo. They also need a second register to order from so things move along better when busy. There is no service other than them pouring you a drink and taking your order at a counter, you have to go pick it up which is fine but not sure why they want tips when they don't wait on you at all. We came here for a family function. Cute indoor/outdoor space. Nothing fancy but service was great! There is a solid beer list as well had hand crafted cocktails. I had a light IPA and my husband had a dark lager (not my taste but he said it was good!) Their food menu isn't big which I feel is a good sign. I got the sausage roll and my husband got the chicken club. House made slaw has a kick and was a nice addition to the sandwich. Space is clean and well kept. New brewery that opened up around the start of 2020, it's quietly tucked away in some trees just outside of the busier part of town. Nice comfortable atmosphere, the inside is a bit small, but there's outdoor seating as well! Their food menu is pretty limited right now, but their beer and drinks menu is huge! We got their pretzel with Dijon, cheese dip (made from real cheese!) and a honey mustard-like dip. It was a pretty good sized pretzel! Great start to share with 4 people. Their sausage had a nice snap when you bit into it and the onions were perfectly cooked as well. We got to talk with the brew master for a bit at their closing hours, very nice man, look forward to seeing this place grow! read more

Friendly staff and decent menu with small kitchen. We got the pretzel and it was fresh with solid variety of sauces--can't pick a favorite! I got a flight to try the three IPAs they had plus Ellis Brews Too. Ellis Brews Too was awesome. The IPAs tasted similar to me with strong fruity flavor influences. The food was alright (took exactly 30 minutes for a hotdog) and the cocktail i got was good, however there wasn't a single person in the building wearing a mask, including the staff. It was truly appalling and i wish i would have just walked right out. I understand Medina leans very red but I felt disrespected in that space. The staff wasn't friendly either, one of the cooks was very rude to me out of no where. They had a written statement up at the bar that read something along the lines of "if you chose not to wear a mask we will not ask why. We will chose kindness instead." They completely disregard it being a statewide mandate. And yes i understand that people can pull the crap of "i have a medical condition" and you can't really ask them about it, but it does NOT include the bartenders and staff. It was kind of unreal. Wear a damn mask to show respect to your costumers, including my friend who was with me who is compromised. read more

Super friendly folks and some awesome brews. Their IPAs were on point and my girlfriend loved their blueberry vanilla sour "cocktail". Every negative review I read was from a liberal COVID sheeple who doesn't believe in personal responsibility and enjoys sucking the government tit. The fact is, the science supported not wearing masks a long time ago, and the states that followed the science, like Texas, did exceptionally well while other states were locked down by liberal fear mongers more interested in politics than science. This particular brewery opened just as COVID restrictions went into place and is super popular and was very busy on a Tuesday night because they employed common sense rather than the leftist Chicken Little mentality. Went there for my first time tonight and it was wonderful! I would highly recommend getting the pretzel it comes with three different sauces and I'll tell you what it is so good !
