Pumpkin Spice beer is excellent! The Chili Fries are also very very good. Service is also great! Will be back!

I will do my best to summarize, I guess the best way to describe it is that it's like very time I arrive it is like the feeling that you get when you try something absolutely delicious for the first time. It blows me away. I have been here over a dozen times over the last year. And I will say it doesn't surprise me that they are able to navigate the harsh road of small business. I recommend it to anyone who wants a rare and unique brewery experience. Of course, if you get them at a low volume moment, the conversations you have are of the highest quality. The service and atmosphere is amazing as well!

We've been meaning to stop by and try out this new brewery in Medina. It didn't disappoint. They had a bunch of really great options and a few IPAs. They have a sampler and also food options. The inside isn't huge, but it's spread out and laid out really well. You order your beer and food at the counter and go take a seat, they call your number when your food is ready (it's announced outside too). It was really organized and clean. So excited to hang out here and share it with friends.

Came here on a Saturday for lunch. Service was friendly, easy to get a table. Food came out pretty quick and was solid. The beers we had were solid, nothing great, nothing bad. Not opposed to returning here, but wouldn't make a special trip just to visit.

Great place!! Nice atmosphere!!! Friendly service!!! My mother really enjoyed her beer here!!! You can get 4 kinds to sample for $10!!! There's also mixed drinks!!! The menu is good, too!!! We had the pretzel as our appetizer. It was huge with salt and soft!!! There were 3 dips! I liked the grainy mustard the best!!! I had a turkey, Swiss and raspberry melt!!! It was so good!!! Raspberry inside and drizzled on top!!! Delish!! There's inside and outside seating!! Cool place!!! Reminded me of Europe!!!

They have a bunch of tables set up outside, which is nice. The food we got was amazing! I got the turkey with raspberry glaze, it was perfect. The beer was okay, I wouldn't classify the sour I had as a sour. But you could mix it with flavors so that's neat. It gets sweet when you do that though. I would come back to try more food and different beers. Oh and the pretzels were huge and delicious!

Had a beer here. Nothing special. The workers/ownership seem to be of the "wah wah wah nobody can make me wear a mask" variety.

they have a fantastic Rubin sandwich and the staff is great. I would give them 5 stars if they had Phil's Beard IPA all the time.

Food came out promptly despite it being late on a Friday night. Highly recommend the Brussels sprouts appetizer (not pictured unfortunately) as they definitely do them differently than most places and they were great. Burgers were fresh and delicious. Wife always has her's without the bun and asked for jalapeños which were also fresh and very HOT!

If you have a question about what food might pair well with what beer, they are there for you with solid recommendations. Clearly, they have been trained through this process and educated as food and beverage choices. We were there with another couple and ultimately ordered three different appetizers. We were received fried steaks, cheese, curds, and fried green tomatoes topped with homemade pimento cheese and crab meat. Every one of these was absolutely delicious, enjoyed in the back of the business where the bar is located and the ambience is just bright enough to allow you to enjoy everything. For dinner I received the recommendation of the burger of the week, the Monte Cristo. Imaginary burger with French toast as a bun, a perfectly cooked burger, an amazing piece of ham, some wonderful Swiss cheese and topped with a dusting of powdered sugar and drizzled and homemade maple syrup. It came with sides of a raspberry compote and sour cream. It might not sound delicious, but I have to tell you every bite was a taste treat many many layers of deliciousness. All in all I would have to give this restaurant an extra extraordinary rating and tell you to give it a try if you haven't you will not be disappointed.

Before we had even ordered our food, we were already talking about coming back because everything on the menu sounded so good! We sat indoors at one of the high-top tables across from the bar, and the atmosphere was very open and welcoming. They also have a really nice outdoor patio that looked like a great summer spot. We started with the pickle chips appetizer, which was a great way to kick off the meal. My husband sampled a couple of their beers, including the Sunny & 60 hazy IPA and the Blood Brothers blood orange beer, both of which he really enjoyed. For dinner, I ordered the 12-inch Italian hoagie, which was huge and came with house-made chips and a delicious French onion dip. My husband chose the Black-n-Blue Burger with truffle fries, and my older son ordered the bacon double cheeseburger with regular fries. My youngest son went with the pan-seared salmon dinner, served with green bean casserole and risotto. Our server, Anthony, asked if he'd like a Caesar salad before his meal arrived, and we're glad he did because it was outstanding! The food was excellent across the board, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. What really made the experience stand out, though, was our server Anthony. Since it was our first visit, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, offered recommendations, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Hop Brothers Brewing Company exceeded our expectations, and it's easy to see why people keep coming back. Great food, great beer, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!

We started with the Frickles, crispy pickle chips served with honey mustard and sriracha 1000 island dressing. The sriracha 1000 island is so good that we always ask for an extra side to dip our fries and chips in. I ordered a house salad with the Bumbleberry Poppy Seed dressing, which was fresh and flavorful. My youngest son stuck with his usual favorite, the Smoked Brisket Poutine, which never disappoints. My husband ordered the June special, the 5-OH Burger. This massive burger features an 8-ounce patty topped with ghost pepper cheese, Hawaiian BBQ candied jalapeños, bacon, onion straws, a grilled pineapple ring, and a cream cheese jalapeño popper. The flavor combination was outstanding, and the spice had a delayed kick that sneaks up on you a few seconds after each bite. My oldest son went with the BBQ Burger, loaded with smoky BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, house bacon, onion straws, pickles, and horsey sauce. Another excellent choice. To wash it all down, my husband enjoyed two beers: the Hazy Headhunter and Hop Thunder from Down Under, both of which he really liked. The food is consistently great, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is always lively and welcoming. Today we sat outdoors on the large patio. After all these years, Fat Head's continues to be one of our family's favorite places to eat. Highly recommended!
