This is the only place within a 25 mile radius that carried the part. Old school type of hardware/ plumbing store, did not disappoint. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the price for the part would've been cheaper at the store than even Amazon. Rheem reimbursed me, but for future reference this place has better prices. Robert was very friendly, knowledgeable, and, in my opinion most importantly, not pushy. he let me and my wife take our time sitting in the furniture he had on display so we were sure we were placing an order for something we knew we were going to love long term. both pieces took an inordinately long time to be delivered because of the crap going on at the ports. of course, this isn't Robert Westley's fault. we'll be back as i continue to furnish the house.

The signs for the furniture shops are kinda small. Most furniture shops here has a front and back door. I started checking out shops from "Deco Home", where located right next to the entrance of this shopping mall. So if you took the aisle, you can continuously browse shops from their "back door" I guess. I took bunch of pictures at each shop, so I hope they'll help you. This place is more elegant side with lots of good art works. Lots of sea shells, and beach feelings. Furniture: Simple yet fancy side - good for Malibu beach houses. Art works: They do have some quite interesting pieces. One of the yellow flower paining (check out my pictures) was quite nice, though it costs $2600 (they have a blue one as well). I have a great eye on art and something beautiful. Cushions: Colorful but $200/piece, which isn't so crazy for this industry. Accent pieces: There're many oceanic items - shells, beach stuff. - Conqueror's Deduction - It's a good place to find accent pieces. More "shabby chic" than minimalism.

When reaching out to the installer & store, both gave the run around. "It was the installer", "its how the store requested it to be cut", "its how you asked it to be cut." None of their back and forth made sense and wasn't worth the initial hassle/savings in the end because we had to have the countertops re-cut and polished by another contractor.

I knew this salesman was busy but after that customer left in his brand new diesel Dodge pickup truck that he left idling in the driveway the Salesman continued to ignore me and my wife. I asked the salesman if he had something to wipe the dust off the floor sample because it was covered with dust and he said I don't need to and the corner didn't have dust. so I was done. I put it down and walked outside and waited for my wife. We ended up buying $4,500 worth of Vinyl flooring elsewhere and $2,500 worth of tile elsewhere too. So sorry guys, you treat your customers like trash then they take their business elsewhere. And PS: You should clean your samples periodically.
