My initial appointment to get a Dr. referral for an MRI with contrast when smooth. Very easy and to the point. When it came to the appointment for the Dr. to read my results that's when the headache came. The office called me the evening before my appointment telling me the Dr. would be out for a month and that I need to reschedule. The day before?! I agreed to see a different Dr. instead, on the same day of my original appointment, at an earlier time. I rearranged my whole morning work schedule to be there. As I was pulling up 10 minutes before the appointment, the office called me to cancel AGAIN!!! Ten minutes before the appointment starts! They said the other Dr. was not going to be in and I need to reschedule. Completely unprofessional! Two canceled appointments within 24 hours, minutes before the appointment is scheduled!? I requested for my results to be read to me over the phone but I have little faith. If someone had canceled their Dr. appointment within 24 hours they would still be getting charged, yet they can do it twice? After going to the reviews I see that multiple people have had bad experiences with the office, the Dr.'s and surgeries. I do not trust this office to give me accurate information on my MRI results. Dr Jason Greishober is an amazing orthopedic surgeon and doctor if you have issues with your knee or whatever specialties he offers, he is the doctor for you. Had to have both hips replaced due to osteoarthritis and Dr Pyrko did an exceptional job. 6 weeks after my first hip replacement, I was able to go on a 9 mile hike with practically no discomfort. 5 years on, I'm still hiking and not experiencing any problems whatsoever. Last year I couldn't walk. Now I've been walking well and without pain for about a year. This was a process. It works! I can walk alot and even run! just a little run. My team who assisted me with the entire surgery process were good and knowledgeable as to what I needed. My advocate actually answered my telephone calls! or called me back-even on Sunday! Dr dick blanks is the worst surgeon ever he performed two botched surgeries on me, where he forgot to attach my left pectoral to my bone and then when he redid, 14 months later, he attached it in the wrong place! I was then referred to Dr Dean Wang at UCI who corrected my pectoral because Dr blanks at Platinum Orthopedics could not do it, he was always high and he is the one doctor that told me I was fine, when in fact, I needed additional surgeries to fix what Dr blanks could not fix because he's inept he's unprofessional and because he gets high off his own pills. Without a doubt he is the worst doctor/surgeon, I've seen so many bad reviews about him! I've been in his waiting office so many times and had to see other patients go through such a horrible experiences, like myself! I was sidelined and unable to work for 3 years, this valentines day, because of Dr blanks. He ruined my life with his carelessness and his unprofessional Acts he committed medical malpractice on me, and for the past 3 years he called could not perform a successful surgery on my left pectoral, but he botched me and I had to go to a medical specialist to fix me because Dr blanks had no idea what he was doing I am very scared that medical professionals like this exist when they are not professional at all! The staff is Rude. From the front desk to the Xray tech. It's difficult to get an appointment and reach anyone. I thought I was seeing a Dr. for my first visit, but instead it was a PA. That was not cool. When I finally got an appointment, via email or tex, I told them the Dr. that I was referred to and whose name was on the referral. I didn't see the Dr. Now I'm trying to cancel an appointment and that is even difficult. I've also been to the one in Fountain valley and they are no better. It is really bad practice to think you are going to see a Dr. and instead get a PA. Patients should be told that upfront. read more

I injured my Lt shoulder badly in 8/23 and required extensive surgery. I was assigned Dr Grieshober by my insurance does not hurry your visitand I'm very thankful I was. All the staff Clerical and medical were all helpful and pleasant. Dr Grieshober is very pleasant and does not rush your visit. I did require a long recovery and have done so. If you need a orthopedic surgeon I recommend Platinum Orthopedics and Dr Grieshober. read more

I went to the Euclid Street location in Anaheim and if I could give this office 0 stars, I would. To start with, I had already made an appointment back in May and stopped by last month to fill out forms for my records from out of state to be sent over. The girl at the front desk didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. When the day came for my appointment a couple weeks ago, I arrived at the time the appointment reminder recording said to. When I got there I was told that I missed my appointment and it was for like 30 minutes earlier than the voicemail from them said it was. I waited over 2 hours in the waiting room just to be seen. I finally saw doctor Ryan Fan. He was very kind but he decided it would be best to refer me to a different doctor within the same office. This morning I saw doctor Peter Pyrko and he had THE WORST bedside manner of any doctor I've seen in a very long time. He kept interrupting me and he outright fat shamed me. I've been dealing with my hip implants for nearly a decade and he didn't even want to listen to what I had to say. I'm pretty sure he didn't even bother looking at my chart or my records that I confirmed with the nurse had been received from out of state. If he had looked at my records or file he didn't do it while he was in the room with me. No caring, no compassion or understanding. Nothing. Just abhorrently rude behavior. It is NEVER ok for a doctor to treat a patient like that regardless of their weight or circumstances or anything! If he treated me this way, he has likely treated others this way. If you have any other option for an orthopedic specialist, take it and don't go here. read more

I had two consults with 2 different doctors, one for the knee and one for the ankle. They did a few xrays and issued me a boots which i have never used. They charged my insurance $554 plus my copays for both doctors. Consult was ok. Bad part was the $8 that i owed them apparently was sent to collections. When arriving on site, I was immediately treated poorly, I understand I needed a referral which my doctor sent many times for some odd reason neither my primary or their facility could figure it out but the nurse right away gave me an irritated look and response. Very unprofessional I could hear all the nurses discussing my case and then hearing them talk about their nails and hair. Was sent here by my doctor but its impossible to get an appointment. Call and no one answers, you are put on perma-hold. If you are willing to wait 20-30 minutes on hold and get through, dont expect the person answering your calls to be happy either. After trying a few times, I finally got through only to be told I would have to see the Doctors assistant because the doctor doesnt treat elbows. I went to see Dr Raczka last year for my neck pain, i had a XR of my neck with me and they didn't want to open it , they said i need to take another RX at their office, my xr was less then a week before! Believe i don't like making bad reviews but the doctor was amazing but putting me to the exposure of a XR again was not necessary. So after a few weeks i received a bill for the XR, i called and complained and the billing department said they were going to ask the doctor to forgive that amount because i had a XR in my hands . they promised to call me back but never did . I Assume i was ok , and today i got a letter from a collection company !!! I called them again and the person at billing again said that was no notes from my conversation last year (dec 2019) so i had to pay , i never been sent to collection in my life. i am very upset :-( I know is only 52.43 but on this days any cash is a lot to everyone right ? read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. No one calls you back, they put you on hold and after waiting 45 minutes they hang up. if you have a phone appointment except to wait 2 to 4 hours for a call even when u call them to remind them you have been waiting hours. Listen I understand waiting up to an hour for a phone appointment especially with Covid but seriously 2 to 4 hours is unacceptable. Don't expect the surgery scheduler to call you even after 3 days and 3 messages, voicemail says 24 hour turnaround but hey at this point would expect nothing less. Dr. Fan is cool when you get a hold of him. This office needs major communication work. Honestly just updating your patients it will be a long wait or 3 days to get back to you is fine. but you actually have to communicate. Please work on it. it goes a long way. read more

After 5 years of referrals & consults he was the ONLY doctor that took the time to come up with a solution to fix my finger that had 5 yrs of built up scar tissue without jumping to making hand surgery the fix.. Inconsistent w appointment scheduling or communicating what is needed or required for next appt, also they'll purposely call you around 4 & you'll always be caller #8 so they don't have purposely deal w you till the next business day. The doctors that I have seen have been excellent. I've had 2 shoulder surgeries and 2 trigger finger surgeries by the doctors there. The PA are excellent as well very caring and helpful the doctors and PA's would all get a 5 but when it comes to informing you about surgeries forget it they WONT CALL YOU BACK. I was scheduled for my 3 trigger finger surgery I got the the pre op things done, I stopped the medication as told to do a week before the surgery I had someone Driving down from the San Francisco area to take me to surgery as he were halfway down here I called the Office to find the location for my surgery and they told me it was never scheduled I had called them the Friday before the surgery then I called them the Monday three times and spoke the the front desk and they said the surgery coordinator would call me back but never did. They use to be good but I don't know what happened but not anymore. There office Manager does not return calls at all. If you ask me this all reflects on her because she's not managing that office correctly. The doctors there should be on Top of manager who is supposed to manage the office and obviously is not doing that it's obvious they're not doing their job because she's not doing her job nor service of the staff. read more

"Platinum"? yeah right. These guys have no clue how to schedule or keep patients happy. 3 months I've been on calls trying to set up my appointment for removal of hardware in my wrist. It has given me arthritis at 25 and the hardware is also stabbing my radius which is EXTREMELY PAINFUL. IT feels like I'm being stabbed with a knife in my wrist when I rotate it. I was scheduled to get my surgery in January only to have the surgery scheduler "on vacation or out of the office" since January and is to this day (spoke on the phone again today when they canceled my surgery) still gone. I had two calls from platinum orthopedics in the last two days confirming my surgery today only to get a call that they are canceling it AGAIN the day of. This is extremely unprofessional & has taken a toll on me personally. I am sick of having my hand hurt for months with this company doing nothing to assist. How hard is it to have someone schedule surgeries correctly. This isn't rocket science and you're affecting people's lives. read more

Really really poor customer service to start off. I can barely get ahold of them as their wait times on the phone range from 20 mins to an hour every time. When I arrive for appointments I usually wait up to 30 mins to get seen even when I pick the first appointment of the day. What are they even doing back there if there's no one ahead of me? Not to mention the poor care I received, waited months to get seen and was told the crippling pain that makes it difficult to walk some days was "normal for a woman my age". I'm 28 and told the doctor multiple times I dislocated my knee when I was 25 which started all my pain and issues. For him to look me in the eyes and say that proves his low opinion and care of women's pain. I can't even begin to describe how incredibly offended and dismissed I felt. Doctor clearly doesn't care at all and the staff don't either. I'm just so disappointed I wasted so much time here. Give this place a wide berth and avoid at all costs. read more

I received a referral back in March 2020 for this place but due to Covid I had to wait for an appointment as "they were only seeing emergency patients". Finally have my appt on July 6, 2020. I had the paperwork sent to me so I had it all filled out and prepared for my appt. My appt was 1:00pm with Dr. Mashoof, the girl on the phone said office is closed from 12:00-1:00pm for lunch, and I'll have the first appt as soon as they open back up. WELL THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! Firstly, the elevators were hard to find. I took the stairs because I couldn't find the elevator and almost killed myself with pain. Why the heck is an orthopedic office on the second floor anyway? I arrived at 12:45pm to see the office open (when previously told it would be closed) and many people in the waiting room. I wait, wait , wait some more. I see many people who came after me go in. Everyone in the waiting room has also gone in. After waiting almost an hour I left. If this office doesn't have the decency to take me on my appt time, the heck with you, I'll go find another doctor. At 2:30pm (1 hour and 30 minutes AFTER my appt time) I receive a call from the office stating they were just calling my name (thinking I left the office momentarily) and asked for me to come in. I told them "NO !! I waited an hour only to see you to take EVERYBODY except me, I will not come back nor will I reschedule and do not even think about charging my insurance for the appt I didn't have!!" The girl on the phone says "Oh sorry bout that....Byeeee". No explanation and she didn't even sound empathetic. I hung up on her. Worst patient customer service ever. read more
