Wow. Where can I begin. How about from the beginning - Came to Yelp to hunt down and compare various Party Bus companies for a big surprise 25th Birthday celebration for my Girlfriend. I had already been in touch with many friends and family from out of town who had confirmed they were coming to surprise her so I wanted to make sure this bus was great. Although I may have hesitated seeing nothing but 5 Star reviews for Platinum Worldwide originally (I mean c'mon, how could a company have ALL 5 stars), it was immediately easy to spot how they got these ratings when I started setting them up as our company. First - Bilkis couldn't have been more helpful, she was always available and answered my questions promptly. Prior to booking the bus I hadn't even thought of the fact that the weekend of my Girlfriend's Birthday was also a MASSIVE prom weekend here in LA. Most companies would have turned us down but Bilkis not only took our reservation, she also gave us a bigger bus than we needed for the smaller bus price, since the one we needed was booked. We had 35 people in our group and our bus was MORE than accommodating. As soon as it got to our pickup location I met our awesome driver, Cecilia, who showed us the features (AMAZING sound system with iPod hookups and plenty of laser/strobe lights to get the party going). The bus was incredibly well kept and I wouldn't hesitate to say the best bus I've ever partied on, and I've had a fair share during other birthdays/bachelor parties. The ride was great, the tunes were blaring, and 35 people walked (stumbled) away at the end of the night saying it was an amazing experience. One of our group thought they left there bus on the purse later in the evening and Cecilia was kind enough to look around for us, and even called us back the following day to check in and see if the purse had been found. It had, it was being crunched in between our friends house under some of our less sober friends. That's customer service. I don't write many reviews, let alone lengthy ones, but I could not recommend this company more for any limo/party bus needs. I'll certainly be back for any future adventures, and I'll DEFINITELY let others know about the company. Booked platinum worldwide for a company excursion up to Los Angeles. We had a dinner stop in laguna niguel before heading to downtown LA. Everything was confirmed multiple times before our date. On the day of, I received a phone call from the driver we'll in advance of our pickup time. Bus arrives about 15 minutes early. Bus was immaculate. Perfect for wanting to start the evening off right. Employees had no idea what we were doing. They had just been asked to show up at the office with their significant other at a specific time. While WE were late in getting everyone on board and on our way, our driver did an amazing job getting us to both dinner and our event on time. I don't think I would've been able to navigate the horrible LA freeways in a car as well as our driver did in a 30ft bus. Our night was awesome. I experienced my first limo bus ride on Jerome's booze/wine/fun filled Temecula trip - and I had a blast! I had a lot of negative expectations before we even got on the bus because of a prior trip on a Hummer limo which was bumpy, awkward and led to motion sickness. The circumstances for the Hummer limo and the limo bus were the same: get together with a group of strangers (Hummer limo was a group of about 18+, the limo bus was a group of 30+), drink on a moving vehicle during a car ride to last over 2 hours, try not to throw up. The limo bus was definitely more successful in the social aspect. The way that our bus was set up, it was easy to communicate/scream from one end of the bus to the other when participating in an ice breaker to get to know each other (e.g. what's your name, and what's your favorite sexual position, errr, I mean, what do you do for a living?) Oh yeah, and the stripper poles really helped us get to know each other better in a more physical sense if you know what I mean... The ride was bumpy at times if you were standing up (and dancing, or drinking shots of vodka, or popping bottles of champagne, or giving lap dances) but the three stripper poles and handles on the top of the bus helped us balance ourselves. There was a mini-fridge stocked with water and soda (e.g. chasers) and ice to chill our champagne. iPod and iPhone hook ups helped set the mood so that after 3-4 hours of wine tasting, the ride from Temecula back to Anaheim is a blurry haze of almond champagne, laser disco lights and Lady Gaga. We managed to do the 2 hour ride to Temecula and the 2 hour ride back to Anaheim without having to stop to pee (or throw up). I think we deserve awards. But since nobody gets an award for having strong bladders and strong gag refluxes, I will have to honor Platinum Worldwide Limo Bus with the "thanks for getting us to & fro safely, sending us a great driver and not judging us from the noises and commotion coming from the shuttle..." award. read more

Our limo driver was prompt, he was very professional and he made us feel comfortable. I was very happy that my sister decided to get the white limo (which had extra room in comparison to the typical black limo). It easily held comfortably eight people and I am sure we could have fit at least two more, still comfortably. To get five stars I do think everything should have been perfect. The three stars I award were for the driver Adrienne, who did a great job as she arrived on time and picked us up from our stops timely. Bilkis, the reservation specialist was attentive and always prompt at answering questions. I don't know how the other vehicles are in their fleet, but the hummer could use a good, detailed cleaning inside. I'm hesitant to reserve this company again unless I can see the actual vehicle we will be getting first. I live in Michigan and booked this company for a 32 person party bus for a huge bachelorette party. Planning events like this is stressful enough without the add on of being 2000 miles away but this company made it so easy for me. they allowed me to pay in installments (as i received money from people) instead of all at once and Bilkis was SO helpful and answered all of my questions for me. the price was more than fair and included soft drinks, ice and cups. Unlike some other limo companies i found they charged a flat rate for gas and didn't force you to pay tip up front. Our driver's tip was more than deserved though. The bus itself was very clean and in good condition and our driver Bill was so friendly and prompt and made sure everything was taken care of. I used Platinum Worldwide to book my husbands "Dirty 30" birthday bash. We booked the silver 40 passanger party bus with 3 poles, 2 bar tops, and a bathroom. Bilkis, the office manager, was incredible! She helped us organize everything, was quick to respond to every email/phone call, and also let us come see the bus a couple times before the party, She even let us come the night before the party to load the bus with our alcohol and deorate it! Once the bus arrived everything was already on ice and stocked with soda and water (which I didnt even know was compimentary!) Ive been on afew party busses in my day and this was by far the best and had the most to offer as far as lights, speakers, and other ammenities. The office is based in Fullerton, but our "pick up" spot was all the way in Corona (45 minutes away) AND the bus took us all the way to Casino Morongo from there. So they definitely travel far distances which I was impressed with (I called afew others and they would not go that far) The bus was clean, the speaker system was great, and it was SOO fun! No one even wanted to get off the bus once we arrived at our destination. However, If you are booking the 40 passanger I DO NOT reccomend filling it to capacity! We had 28 people and everyone fit comfortably, I cant imagine 10 more people having enough room to sit comfortable. Also, our driver Robert was awesome! He was really cool and handeled our very intoxicated guests with care ;) I never felt that we were being babysitted or "watched" (which some limo drivers do). he let us do our thing and was incredibly professional AND cool.
