If you want to sell your clothes here, do not do it. It took staff an hour to go through less than 15 articles of clothing. They only wanted 2 items and paid me $8. They said they didn't want anything because of the condition of the clothes. NONE of my clothing had holes or stains and all of it was clean. read more

One of my favorite stores! It has all of my fav brands for dirt cheap. I refuse to buy name brand bc of this store.

You can find a good deal on clothes in here. But, I would not waste too much time here. Some of the clothes are under priced and some are overpriced. I came across some faded things and worn things that probably shouldn't have been taken in. The place is need of a cleaning. The employees here have been nice and very rude from my experiences here. I've heard them say demeaning things about the customers just loud enough to where it can be heard. I was lied to twice and was talked to in a passive aggressive manner. I watched another customer walk in and heard the girl tell him something completely different than what she told me. The business seems like it's busy but I will not return to this location just because of the immaturity of the employees. I've worked in retail, I've waited tables through college, I've done sales and I always had to remind myself that people have bad days...but at the end of the day you have YOURSELF to answer to and you should learn and grow and treat others with a kind heart. I can understand if your still in high school but when your grown you should have some manners and morals. I understand this may not be the highest ranking job out there but it seems like a thriving business. Hopefully the employees are being paid enough, which by their lack of civil manners tells me they probably are not, I think things could be way better. Someone will see this out there and take advantage of the opportunity. Hope it can get better. read more

I'd never shopped here before - that I can remember. But I came in to sell some shoes and you are required to wait while they review things. I had 2 big boxes full. They said. 20-30 min, but took no more than 15. Since I had to wait, I decided to shop - big surprise! Nothing looked good on the hangars at first, but I eventually found five possibilities and tried them on. Every single one was a winner. So. Well curated selection, and just as well priced as Goodwill, which is a nightmare to shop in. Despite that I'm over 40, not their target audience. Guess I'm relatively hip. Crowded aisles, a little unpleasant to navigate, but definitely worth a visit for some quickie cheap recent fast fashion. Oh, and one great top from Free People!! On the downside, they only bought ONE pair of my awesome & great condition shoes, half of them from ModCloth (so cute, right??) and a couple from Coach - because I wear a huge size 10, which is not so common. But at least they were nice about it. Tip: you can get $5 off of your purchase if you post a review and show it to them. Doesn't have to be a five star review, just a review. read more

The past few times I have been in, all employees have been rude. This last time I went in at 12pm and was told I "can't drop off and pick up clothes" anymore for donations. I didn't have time to stay, so went back at 7:30pm that night and they told me even though they are open until 9pm they stop taking donations at 7pm even though they were doing nothing but standing there and all of 2 other people were in the store. I asked if they could just check out the 4 prices of Lulu Lemon and Under Armor clothes I had before turning them into Goodwill and they said "no because then they would have to for everyone" (all of the other two people in the store). I have been told by others the business is going downhill and now after giving them 5 chances, I'm done as well. Never going back. Good luck. read more

This place is not for everyone, but it's definitely for me. This is literally the only place I come to get the most recent season's fashions. I really like that most everything is going to fit the way it did when you try it on in the store. There's usually only 1 of everything but there are so many options to choose from that you forget about that one thing that you loved that didn't fit.... there are so many things to love! I don't trade my clothes here although I should but I know they won't buy back the things they sold to me last year! All I own are clothes from Plato's closet. read more
