My only complaint is with the items behind the glass, it's hard to see the prices, and even harder to get an employee's attention. There's a call button, but no one seems to respond; I've pressed it three times with no luck. I usually just take a photo and ask about it at the front desk when I remember.

Staff was present, but did not interact, welcome or assist anyone in the store. They were behind the register talking to each other while they had a store full of folks. The one associate on the floor was folding clothes, but had his cart and ladder blocking a main aisle, and got a tad snappy when multiple people said excuse me and one guest moved the ladder as it was very clearly in the way. Additionally, the store seemed a mess with lots of shelves and racks needing attention. We browsed and scoped a few pieces, but the experience was under and overwhelming at the same time. Gap is an outlet staple, so to see this one starting off at Tanger like this is not the best of signs. Hopefully they can get it together a bit, especially before the holidays roll in.

Even when I walked past an employee with an armful of clothes, they did not offer to open a dressing room for me. When I went to check out, I had to stand around while the employees finished their conversation before they helped me out. Although the service is less than a typical J. crew experience, the deals make a visit here worth it!

First, they said the owner was out of the country, and the last 4 calls they promised a callback after speaking to the owner and manager. Still haven't heard back from them. The store presents itself as a Christian business and has a prayer room inside, which makes the lack of accountability and customer care especially disappointing. I expected the product to be better quality and, at the very least, for someone to follow up and make it right. I hope the store resolves this promptly and begins treating customer concerns with the integrity its branding suggests.

I think this is especially important to mention because a lot of their merchandise is religious based so it is a unique experience that needs to be savored. Today, I purchased some Christmas Home Decor that I will treasure for years! I also stopped in their treasured Prayer Room. It is a little area in the center of the room where you can write down prayers on a tag and hang it on the wall. Others are encouraged to take a tag and become a Prayer Warrior for the person who left the prayer. Today, was a very impactful visit for me. I went into Philanthropy with a heavy heart because we found out our good friend that has been battling cancer was moved to hospice. The prayer room gave me peace & I left feeling a little lighter.
